पन्ना। रडार न्यूज मध्यप्रदेश के अति पिछड़े जिलों में शामिल पन्ना के इतिहास में गुरुवार 26 जुलाई 2018 की मध्य रात्रि बहुप्रतीक्षित विकास की इबारत की घोषणाओं के रूप में हमेशा के लिए स्वर्णिम अक्षरों में दर्ज हो गई। पन्ना की बदहाली को दूर करने के लिए यहां लोग कई दशकों से जो सपने देख रहे थे प्रदेश के लोकप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने उन्हें साकार करने का ऐलान करते हुए पन्ना को विकास के मामले में देश में हीरे की तरह चमकाने वादा किया है। आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में मध्यप्रदेश में रिकार्ड चौथी बार भाजपा की सरकार बनाने का संकल्प लेकर जन-जन का आशीर्वाद लेने प्रदेशव्यापी यात्रा पर निकले मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान पन्ना में अपनी मंच सभा में बुधवार को निर्धारित समय 8:30 बजे से करीब चार घंटे की देरी से गुरुवार मध्य रात्रि सवा बारह बजे पहुंचे। पन्ना में शाम से ही रुक-रुककर जारी बारिश के बाबजूद अपने चहेते नेता को सुनने, उनकी एक झलक देखने और विजय का आशीर्वाद देने के लिए छत्रसाल पार्क में सभा स्थल पर देर रात्रि तक सैंकड़ों की संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे।
जनमानस का अपने प्रति अपार स्नेह देख मुख्यमंत्री अभिभूत हो गये। उन्होंने कई घंटों से प्रतीक्षारत लोगों से विनम्रतापूर्वक क्षमा मांगते हुए कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश की जनता मेरी भगवान है और में उसका सेवक हूं इसलिए आपके बीच पहुंचकर आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा की 200 से अधिक सीटों पर जीत का आशीर्वाद लेने आया हूं। उल्लेखनीय है कि दमोह जिले से जन आशीर्वाद यात्रा ने बुधवार शाम को जब पन्ना जिले में प्रवेश किया तो यहां सुबह से ही बारिश हो रही थी। विपरीत मौसम के बाबजूद मुख्यमंत्री की सभाओं में भारी भीड़ रही। उनका रथ जहां से भी गुजरा रास्ते में हर जगह लोग उन्हें आशीर्वाद देने और स्वागत के लिए सड़क के दोनों और खड़े मिले। सिमरिया से मोहन्द्रा,पवई, अमानगंज और गुनौर होते हुए पन्ना पहुंचे श्री चौहान ने यहां के लोगों से मिले अभूतपूर्व समर्थन का उल्लेख कुछ इस तरह किया कि- “एक और इस सूखी धरती को तृप्त करने आसमान से अमृत रुपी पानी बरस रहा था, वहीं दूसरी और सड़कों पर जनता आशीर्वाद उमड़-घुमड़ कर बरस रहा था।”
पन्ना और यहां के लोगों की जिंदगी को बदलेंगे
पन्ना जिले के विकास की असीम संभावनाओं को जनाकांक्षाओं के अनुरूप हकीकत में बदलने का ऐलान करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री शिराज सिंह चौहान ने उन सभी मांगों को उदारता के साथ सहर्ष स्वीकार कर लिया जिनका उल्लेख क्षेत्रीय विधायक और पीएचई मंत्री सुश्री कुसुम सिंह मेहदेले द्वारा अपने भाषण में किया गया। । मंच से ही मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा खूबशूरत पवित्र नगर पन्ना को राज्य सरकार के बजट से मिनी स्मार्ट शहर बनाने, पर्यटन की दृष्टि से पूर्ण विकसित करने, पन्ना के पॉलीटेक्निक कॉलेज को इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के रूप में विकसित करने, एग्रीकल्चर कॉलेज खोलने, सकरिया हवाई पट्टी का कायाकल्प कर उसे शुरू कराने और दुनिया भर में पन्ना की पहचान बने हीरा आधारित व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए डायमंड पार्क का निर्माण कराने की घोषणा की गई। पन्ना जिले के समग्र विकास के दृश्टिकोण से जिन सौगातों का यहां के लोगों को लंबे समय से इंतजार था आज उनकी घोषणा होते ही सभा स्थल में मौजूद लोगों की खुशी का ठिकाना नहीं रहा। बहुप्रतीक्षित मांगों को सीएम द्वारा पूर्ण करने की घोषणा पर लोगों ने तालियाँ बजाकर और शिवराज सिंह जिंदाबाद के नारे लगाकर अपनी प्रसन्नता जाहिर की। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पन्ना का प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य लाजबाब है। यहां ईको टूरिज़्म और धार्मिक पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए आवश्यक अधोसंरचनात्मक कार्य कराये जायेंगे ताकि पर्यटन गतिविधियों से लोगों को रोजगार मिल सके। पन्ना को हिंदुस्तान में विकास के मामले में चमकाने के साथ-साथ पन्ना को बदलने और यहां के लोगों की जिंदगी में सुखद बदलाव लाने के लिए हर सम्भव प्रयत्न किया जायेगा।

पन्ना में जन आशीर्वाद सभा के अंत में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार ने मध्यप्रदेश को बीमारू राज्य की श्रेणी से बाहर निकालकर तेजी से विकास किया है। प्रदेश में आज अच्छी सड़कें हैं। लोगों को पर्याप्त बिजली मिल रही है। सिंचाई की क्षमता में कई गुना वृद्धि हुई है। बेहतर निःशुल्क शिक्षा और इलाज की भी समुचित व्यवस्था की गई है। आपने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश के विकास के साथ-साथ हमने यहां के लोगों के जीवन में खुशहाली लाने के लिए ईमानदारी से कार्य किया है।
