मुख्यमंत्री ने किया 270 करोड़ की रूंज मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना का शिलान्यास

परियोजना से 39 ग्रामों की 12 हजार हेक्टेयर कृषि भूमि होगी सिंचाई

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज जन आशीर्वाद यात्रा के तहत गुरुवार 26 जुलाई को मध्य रात्रि में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने पन्ना जिला मुख्यालय पहुंचकर यहां मंचीय आमसभा के पूर्व छत्रसाल पार्क में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 269.79 करोड़ की लागत से अजयगढ़ विकासखण्ड में स्वीकृत रूंज मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना का शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री की धर्मपत्नी श्रीमती साधना सिंह भी साथ रहीं। कार्यक्रम में सुश्री कुसुम सिंह महदेले मंत्री लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी, श्रीमती ललिता यादव प्रभारी मंत्री, बुन्देलखण्ड प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष रामकृष्ण कुसमरिया, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष रविराज सिंह यादव, पूर्व मंत्री बृजेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह, बुन्देलखण्ड प्राधिकरण के उपाध्यक्ष महेन्द्र सिंह यादव, जिला पंचायत पन्ना के उपाध्यक्ष माधवेन्द्र सिंह, जिला योजना समिति के सदस्य सतानन्द गौतम, उमेश सोनी रैपुरा सहित विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधिगण, कार्यपालन यंत्री जल संसाधन संभाग पन्ना डी.के. ठाकुर सहित संबंधित अधिकारीगण मौजूद रहे।

निर्माण कार्य हुआ प्रारंभ

उल्लेखनीय है कि जिले की पन्ना विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत अजयगढ़ के ग्राम विश्रामगंज में यह रूंज सिंचाई परियोजना निर्माणाधीन है। इसकी प्रशासकीय स्वीकृति 269.79 करोड़ रूपये की जारी हो चुकी है।

सिंचाई परियोजना का नक्शा।

इस परियोजना से 39 ग्रामों की खरीफ मौसम में 2750 एवं रबी मौसम में 9800 हेक्टेयर कृषि भूमि की सिंचाई होगी। इस परियोजना के लिए मेसर्स एल एण्ड टी कम्पनी चेन्नई से 16632 लाख रूपये का निर्माण कार्य संबंधी अनुबंध किया गया है। परियोजना का कार्य प्रारंभ हो चुका है। परियोजना में 42 किलो मीटर लम्बी नहर का निर्माण कार्य प्रस्तावित है। यह नहर 36 ग्रामों से होकर गुजरेगी। इस परियोजना के संबंध में जल संसाधन विभाग से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इसका जल ग्रहण क्षेत्र 266.17 वर्ग किलो मीटर होगा। इसका कुल भराव क्षमता 72.04 मि.घन मीटर होगी। इसकी लम्बाई मिट्टी बांध 1176 हेक्टेयर तथा पक्के बांध की लम्बाई 147 मीटर होगी। इस बांध में 6 गेट लगाया जाना प्रस्तावित है। परियोजना के शीर्ष कार्य पर 175.68 करोड़, नहर निर्माण कार्य पर 85.03 करोड़ की राशि व्यय होगी। परियोजना पूर्ण होने पर 58099 आबादी को लाभ मिलेगा।

इन ग्रामों में होगी सिंचाई

स्वीकृत रूंज मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना से क्षेत्र के लाभान्वित होने वाले 39 ग्रामों में आरामगंज, तरौनी, भुजवई, सिंहपुर, बरियारपुर कुर्मियान, सलैया, अमलहट, मडरका सुकवाहा, मकरी, भकुरी, भदैया, काजीपुर, हरनामपुर, केवटपुर, अमरछी, चन्द्रावल, कीरतपुर, निजामपुर, कल्याणपुर, नारायणपुर, मझगांय, कांलिजर, चंपतपुर, नयागांव, बहिरवारा, सिद्धपुर, माखनपुर, हरदी, बवेरू, छतेनी, भैरहा, कल्यानपुर, रामपुर, नौबसता, हीरापुर, बिलाडी और धरमपुर ग्राम शामिल हैं। परियोजना से सिंचाई के अलावा आसपास के अन्य ग्राम भी लाभान्वित होंगे। पूरे क्षेत्र का जल स्तर ऊपर आ जाएगा। जिससे कृषि और वन क्षेत्र को भी लाभ होगा।
