पन्ना। रडार न्‍यूज बड़े दुख की बात है, कि जो व्यक्ति अपने आपको इस प्रदेश की महिलाओं का भाई कहता है उसी के राज में महिलाओं के साथ देश में सबसे ज्यादा अत्याचार-अनाचार हो रहा है। मध्यप्रदेश में महिलायें और बेटियाँ सुरक्षित नहीं है, शिवराज को शर्म आनी चाहिए वे कैसे भाई है,कैसे मुख्यमंत्री हैं उन्हीं के प्रदेश उनकी बहिनें सबसे अधिक उत्पीड़न का शिकार है। भगवान ना करे ऐसा मामा फिर से पैदा हो, जिसके राज में बच्चे कुपोषण का दंश झेलने को मजबूर है। देश में सबसे ज्यादा कुपोषण मध्यप्रदेश में है। यह बात मंगलवार को मध्यप्रदेश विधानसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह ने पन्ना में अपनी सभाओं में कही। न्याय यात्रा के चाैथे चरण में पन्ना पहुंचे प्रदेश के वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता अजय सिंह ने यहाँ अमानगंज,अजयगढ़ और आरामगंज में आमसभाओं को संबोधित किया। न्याय यात्रा लेकर निकले नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह राहुल भईया ने प्रदेश की जनता से न्याय की गुहार लगाई है। आमसभा को संबोधति करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जब प्रजातंत्र के मंदिर विधानसभा में हमारी आवाज को दबाया गया तो हमने न्याय के लिए लोकतंत्र के सबसे बड़े मंदिर जनता के बीच पहुंचने का निर्णय लिया। इसी के लिए न्याय यात्रा निकाली जा रही है। प्रदेश में साढे़ 14 वर्षों से भाजपा का शासन है, लेकिन आज भी पन्ना जिला कुपोषण में आगे है। खुद को प्रदेश के बच्चों का मामा कहने वाले शिवराज ने मासूम बच्चों की कोई सुध नहीं ली।

हत्या के आरोपी है मंत्री-

अजय सिंह ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश मेें दो कानून चलते हैं, एक कानून भाजपा नेताओं के लिए है और दूसरा आम जनता के लिए। भाजपा के नेता और सरकार के मंत्री पर भले ही कोई भी संगीन आरोप हो, उनका बाल भी बांका नहीं हो सकता, जबकि आम आदमी को मामूली से प्रकरणों में जेल भेजा जा रहा है। अजय सिंह ने कहा कि प्रदेश में हत्या के आरोपी जालम सिंह और लाल सिंह आर्य को मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह अपना मंत्री बनाए हुए हैं। उन्होंने खुले तौर पर कहा कि लाल सिंह आर्य और जालम सिंह जैसे लोगों पर आईपीसी की धारा 302 के बेहद संगीन आरोप हैं, उसके बाद भी उन पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो रही है। मंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा को न्यायालय ने अयोग्य बताया तो शिवराज ने कहा कि हम पूरी ताकत के साथ आपके पीछे हैं। सरकार के कई मंत्री संगीन आरोपों से घिरे हैं, लेकिन सरकार या पुलिस इन पर कार्रवाही नहीं कर सकती, क्योंकि प्रदेश में दो कानून चलते हैं।

रेत की लूट को खुली छूट-

उन्होंने प्रदेश सरकार पर कई आरोप लगाए और कहा कि शिवराज सिंह ने अपनी पार्टी के नेताओं को लूट की खुली छूट दे रखी है। कोई रेत में लूट रहा है, तो कोई खाद्यान्न में लूट कर रहा है, कहीं मंडी में लूट हो रही है तो कहीं व्यापमं में लूट मची है। व्यापमं कोई साधारण घोटाला नहीं हैं, इस घोटाले ने प्रदेश के उच्च शिक्षित युवाओं की एक पीढ़ी को समाप्त कर दिया है। गरीब का बेटा योग्य होते हुए भी नौकरी से वंचित रहा और पैसा देने वालों ने नौकरी पा ली। उन्होंने कहा कि इतने सालों में भाजपा के शासन में प्रदेश में न तो बेरोजगारी कम हुई और न ही किसानों को न्याय मिला।

झूठे वायदे करते है मोदी-

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी पर झूठे वादे करने का आरोप लगाते हुए नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव के समय मोदी ने खुद को देश का चैकीदार बताते हुए विदेशों में जमा कालाधन लाने और सबके खाते में 15-15 लाख रूपये भेजने की बात कही थी। इसके बाद जनधन योजना के तहत् खाते खुलवाने के लिए बैंकों के बाहर लोगों की लाईन लग गई। लेकिन अब तक 15 लाख तो क्या 15 रूपये भी किसी को नहीं मिले। नरेन्द्र मोदी ऐसे चैकीदारी बने जिनकी नाक के नीचे से उद्योगपति विजय माल्या, मेहुल चैकसी और नीरव मोदी देश के बैंकों का हजारों-करोड़ रूपये लेकर बड़ी आसानी से विदेश भाग गये। लेकिन चैकीदार उन्हें रोक नहीं पाया। भगोड़े उद्योगपति नीरव मोदी और मेहुल चैकसी वही लोग है जिन्हेें प्रधानमंत्री भाई कहकर संबोधित करते है। इन उद्योगपतियों ने देश को जितना नुकसान पहुंचाया है उतनी राशि से तो मध्यप्रदेश के किसानों का पूरा कर्जा माफ हो जाता। श्री सिंह ने कहा कि कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी मंदसौर में यह ऐलान कर चुके है कि आप प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनायें, दस दिन के अंदर हम किसानों का सम्पूर्ण कर्जा माफ करेंगे। इसके पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने देश भर के किसानों के 72 हजार करोड़ रूपये का कर्जा माफ किया था। कांग्रेस पार्टी ही किसानों, गरीब-मजदूरों और कमजोर वर्गों की सच्ची हितैषी है। हम इन मामा और मोदी जैसे नहीं है, कांग्रेस पार्टी जो कहती है उसे ईमानदारी से पूरा करती है।

बुआ और भतीजे की खोली पोल-

अजयगढ़ की आमसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह राहुल ने क्षेत्रीय विधायक एवं प्रदेश की पीएचई मंत्री सुश्री कुसुम सिंह मेहदेले व पन्ना के भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष सतानंद गौतम पर बेदह गंभीर आरोप लगाये हैं। अजय सिंह ने आमसभा मेें उपस्थित लोगों से मुखातिब होते हुए कहा कि आपने जिस विधायक को चुना है विधानसभा में उनकी हालत देखकर आपको शर्म आयेगी। विधायकों के प्रश्नों का जबाब देने के बजाय कुसुम जी बहानेबाजी करती है। उन्हें प्रश्नों का जबाब देना नहीं आता लेकिन वे अपने विभाग के ठेकेदारों से कमीशन लेना अच्छी तरह जानतीं है। उन्होंने भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष सतानंद गौतम की मौजूदा आर्थिक स्थिति पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि 15 साल पहले तक वे साईकिल से चलते थे, पर भाजपा सरकार और प्रशासन के संरक्षण में रेत का व्यापक पैमाने पर अवैध उत्खनन कर वे करोड़पति बन गये हैं। नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह राहुल ने शिवराज सरकार पर शाब्दिक प्रहार करते हुए कहा कि इस सरकार में भाजपाईयों और माफियाओं को लूट की खुली छूट मिली हुई है। मध्यप्रदेश के संसाधनों और यहां की जनता हर तरह से लूटा जा रहा है।

दावेदारों को दी नसीहत-

अमानगंज की सभा को संबोधित करते पूर्व मंत्री राजा पटैरिया एवं समीप बैठे नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह राहुल व कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय सहसचिव सुधांशु त्रिपाठी।

न्याय यात्रा के पन्ना जिले में भ्रमण के दौरान टिकिट के दावेदार खासे सक्रिय रहे। दावेदाराेें की जबरदस्त लाॅबिंग और अघोषित शक्ति प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह राहुल ने उन्हेें नसीहत देते हुए कहा कि न्याय यात्रा तो पन्ना से चली जायेगी लेकिन आपकी यात्रा समाप्त नहीं होनी चाहिए। टिकिट के लिए बायोडाटा देने वालों को मेरा सुझाव है कि वे एक या दो वाहन में एक साथ बैठकर पूरे विधानसभा क्षेत्र का भ्रमण कर भाजपा की जनविरोधी नीतियों और वादाखिलाफी से जन-जन को अवगत करायेें। साथ ही यह संकल्प लें कि हमारे बीच में से टिकिट चाहे जिसको भी मिले हम पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी के साथ कांग्रेस को जिताएगें। आपने जोर देते हुए कहा कि सवाल यह नहीं कि विधायक कौन होगा। बल्कि महत्वपूर्ण सवाल यह है कि क्षेत्र के लोगों का जीवन बेहतर होना चाहिए, भ्रष्टाचार समाप्त होना चाहिए और तेजी से विकास हो। यदि आप बदलाव चाहते है तो कांग्रेस पार्टी जिसे भी टिकिट दे उसे जिताने के लिए जी-जान से जुट जायें। टिकिट मिलने तक आप चाहे जितनी कवायद कर लो, खूब तलवार चला लो पर टिकिट घोषित होने के बाद एक साथ खड़े होकर कांग्रेस पार्टी को जितायें, तभी अन्याय समाप्त होगा और सबको न्याय मिलेगा। इन लुटेरों का कुशासन समाप्त करने के लिए मध्यप्रदेश में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनाना जरूरी हो गया है।

अवैध उत्खननकर्ताओं को नहीं मिलेगी टिकट-

मध्यप्रदेश विधानसभा मेें नेता प्रतिपक्ष अजय सिंह राहुल ने पन्ना में न्याय यात्रा की आमसभाओं में एक बड़ा ऐलान करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को टिकिट नहीं देगी जोकि रेत के अवैध उत्खनन में लिप्त है। नेता प्रतिपक्ष के इस बयान से सभा में मौजूद उन रेत कारोबारियों में हड़कम्प मचा है जोकि कांग्रेस से टिकिट की दावेदारी कर रहे है। कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता अजय सिंह ने भाजपा नेताओं पर रेत की लूट को लेकर हमला करते हुए यह बयान दिया है।
