रिजवान खान, अजयगढ़/पन्ना। रडार न्यूज अशिक्षा और जागरूकता के आभाव में बुन्देलखण्ड के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ऊंच-नीच व छुआछूत रूपी समाजिक बुराई की जड़े काफी गहरी है। जिसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि पन्ना जिले के अजयगढ़ विकासखण्ड के सीमावर्ती ग्राम लोढ़ापुरवा की दलित बस्ती में लगे हैण्डपम्प का पानी पीने से परहेज करते हुए गांव के ब्राह्मण परिवारों ने दूषित कुएं का पानी पीना उचित समझा। परिणामस्वरूप उल्टी-दस्त की शिकायत के चलते रात्रि में गांव की दो महिलाओं की असमय मौत हो गई। जबकि दो दर्जन व्यक्ति बीमार बताये जा रहे है। दूषित पानी पीने के कारण डायरिया से हुई मौतों की यह घटना मध्यप्रदेश के पीएचई विभाग की मंत्री सुश्री कुसुम सिंह मेहदेले के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र पन्ना की है।
अजयगढ़ स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में जारी है इलाज-
डायरिया के प्रकोप की खबर को बुधवार सुबह क्षेत्रीय मीडियाकर्मियों द्वारा दिखाने के बाद हरकत में आई स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम और अजयगढ़ के प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने आनन-फानन ग्राम लोढ़ापुरवा पहुंचकर हालात का जायजा लिया। कुएं का दूषित पानी पीने से लगातार उल्टी-दस्त की शिकायत के कारण देवरती रावत पत्नी राजा भईया रावत 70 वर्ष एवं वंदना पिता रामदेव रावत 22 वर्ष की मौत हो गई। टीम के साथ लोढ़ापुरवा पहुंचे डाॅक्टर केपी राजपूत ने बताया कि गंभीर रूप से बीमार रचना रावत 17 वर्ष, दीनदयाल रावत 7 वर्ष, श्याम बिहारी 65 वर्ष, अभिलाषा रावत 18 वर्ष, राज रावत 13 वर्ष, सुखदेव बिहारी 50 वर्ष को समुचित उपचार हेतु सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र अजयगढ़ में भर्ती कराया गया है। जहां उनका इलाज जारी है। इसके अलावा माया रावत, रामदेव रावत और गगन रावत का इलाज पड़ोसी जिला बांदा के नरैनी में चल रहा है। अजयगढ़ बीएमओ डाॅ. राजपूत ने बताया कि अनुपम रावत 27 वर्ष, भगवतदीन रावत 50 वर्ष व रामखिलावन रावत की हालत सामान्य होने पर उन्हें गांव में ही प्राथमिक उपचार मुहैया कराया गया है।
शुरू नहीं हो पाई नलजल योजना-
अजयगढ़ एसडीएम जेएस बघेल और बीएमओ ने उस कुएं को भी देखा जिसका पानी पीने से कथिततौर पर ग्रामीण बीमार पड़े। कुआं में पानी काफी कम होने से वह दूषित हो चुका था। मालूम हो कि उक्त कुआं ग्राम लोढ़ापुरवा के रावत मोहल्ले में स्थित है जबकि नजदीकी हैण्डपम्प दलित मोहल्ले में लगा है। ब्राह्मण समाज के लोग अपने ही मोहल्ले के कुएं का पानी पीते है। अघोषित तौर पर वे छुआछूत के चलते दलित बस्ती के हैण्डपम्प के पानी का उपयोग नहीं करते है। डायरिया के प्रकोप से मौत होने और कई लोगों के बीमार पढ़ने से क्षेत्र में इस तरह की चर्चांये व्याप्त है। इनमें कितनी सत्यता है यह तो लोढ़ापुरवा के ब्राह्मण समाज के लोग ही बेहतर जानते है। मालूम होकि वर्तमान में लोढ़ापुरवा ग्राम में चार हैण्डपम्प चालू बताये जा रहे है और तीन कुओं में भी पानी उपलब्ध है। गांव में नलजल योजना निर्मित है लेकिन अब तक वह चालू नहीं हो पाई है। महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि जिस कुएं से लोग बीमार पड़े उसी कुएं से नलजल योजना की सप्लाई की जानी प्रस्तावित है।
सूखा के चलते गहराया जल संकट-
सर्वविदित है कि अल्पवर्षा के कारण बुन्देलखण्ड अंचल का पन्ना जिला इस वर्ष भीषण सूखे का सामना कर रहा है। गांव-गांव तेजी से जल स्त्रोत सूखने अथवा उनका जल स्तर पाताल की ओर खिसकने से पानी को लेकर हा-हाकार मचने लगी है। समूचे मध्यप्रदेश को पेयजल मुहैया कराने की जवाबदारी जिस लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के जिम्मे है उसकी मंत्री का निर्वाचन क्षेत्र पन्ना सहित समूचा जिला गंभीर जल संकट से जूझ रहा है। बिडम्बना यह है कि पीएचई विभाग के अधिकारी बुन्देलखण्ड में पेयजल आपूर्ती व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिए सतत् निगरानी का दावा कर रहे है। पर जमीनी हकीकत यह है कि इस मुश्किल समय में पेयजल संबंधी समस्याओं का निदान नहीं हो पाने से लोगों को पानी के लिए दर-दर भटकना पड़ रहा है अथवा वे दूषित पानी पीने को मजबूर है।

‘‘स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम के साथ मैं स्वयं ग्राम लोढ़ापुरवा गया था। उल्टी-दस्त के कारण दो महिलाओं की मौत हुई है, जिनमें एक वृद्धा थी दूसरी मानसिक रूप से विकलांग थी। लोढ़ापुरवा में चार हैण्डपम्प स्थित है जोकि वर्तमान में चालू है। ग्रामीणों को उक्त कुएं का पानी न पीने की समझाईस दी गई। कुएं के पानी की जांच कराई जा रही है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम द्वारा उपचार कराने के बाद गांव में स्थिति सामान्य है।‘‘
