पन्ना/गुनौर। रडार न्यूज़  मध्यप्रदेश में पिछले पंद्रह साल से विपक्ष की भूमिका निभा रही कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेतृत्व को इस बार सत्ता में वापिसी के उम्मीद है। लेकिन विधानसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले कांग्रेस के खेमे में बढ़ती कलह के कारण जिस तरह घमासान की स्थिति निर्मित हो रही है उसे यदि तत्परता से नहीं रोका गया तो कांग्रेस की उम्मीदों को तगड़ा झटका लग सकता है। बुंदेलखंड अंचल के पन्ना जिले की बात करें तो यहां पवई सीट पर विधायक मुकेश नायक के खिलाफ पहले से ही नेताओं का एक बड़ा धड़ा इस बार स्थानीय कार्यकर्ता को उमीदवार बनाने की खुलकर पुरजोर मांग कर रहा है। ऐसा न होने पर स्थानीय दिग्गज कांग्रेस नेता चुनाव में अपनी ही पार्टी के अधिकृत प्रत्याशी का विरोध करते नजर आयें तो इसमें कोई आश्चर्य नहीं होगा। उधर पन्ना जिले की ही अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित गुनौर सीट पर कांग्रेस में बाहरी नेताओं तथा दूसरे दलों से आये लोगों की दखलंदाजी से स्थानीय पार्टी नेता बेहद नाराज हैं। जिसका अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि सोमवार 9 जुलाई को विधानसभा मुख्यालय गुनौर में अनुसूचित जाति जनजाति प्रकोष्ठ के तत्वाधान में आयोजित आमसभा का उन स्थानीय दिग्गज कांग्रेस नेताओं ने सामूहिक रूप से बहिष्कार कर दिया जोकि वहां कई वर्षों से कांग्रेस का चेहरा बने हैं।

हाल ही में बसपा छोड़कर कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए पन्ना के एक युवा नेता के संयोजन में हुई इस आमसभा को लेकर गुनौर के कांग्रेसियों की नाराजगी इस बात को लेकर है कि उन्हें विश्वास में लिए बगैर प्रदेश व जिले के कतिपय नेता खास मकसद से अपने करीबियों के माध्यम से मनमाने तरीके से कार्यक्रम आयोजित करा रहे हैं। इनका कहना कि पिछले 15 सालों में जिन्होंने कांग्रेस के लिए कभी संघर्ष नहीं किया उल्टा हमेशा पार्टी को नुकसान ही पहुँचाया, ऐसे लोग जोकि चुनाव से ठीक पहले पाला बदलकर केवल स्वार्थपूर्ती के लिए आये हैं और क्षेत्रीय भी नहीं हैं उन्हें संगठनात्मक मामलों से दूर रखा जाये। साथ ही पार्टी में किसी भी स्तर पर टिकिट की उनकी दावेदारी पर कोई विचार ना किया जाये। प्रदेश कांग्रेस नेतृत्व और पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्य्क्ष को अपनी इन भावनाओं से अवगत कराने के लिए गुनौर के कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं व पदाधिकारियों ने पिछले दिनों एक बैठक कर इस आशय का प्रस्ताव भी सर्वसम्मति से पारित किया है। इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में गुनौर के कांग्रेसियों ने अनुसूचित जाति प्रकोष्ठ के जिलाध्यक्ष रामचरण अहिरवार को भी कथिततौर पर हटाये जाने पर कड़ा विरोध किया है। वहीं श्री अहिरवार के समर्थन में जिले के कई कांग्रेस नेता खुलकर आ गये हैं। गुनौर का आज का यह अप्रत्यशित घटना क्रम समूचे विधानसभा क्षेत्र सहित राजनैतिक हलकों में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि 9 जुलाई को गुनौर में कांग्रेस की संविधान बचाओ सभा में मुख्य रूप से राष्ट्रीय सचिव एवं प्रभारी कांग्रेस पन्ना सुधांशु त्रिवेदी, बृजलाल खाबरी एवं पूर्व आईएएस शशि कर्णावत बतौर अतिथि शामिल रहीं। कार्यक्रम को लेकर यह चर्चा है कि पूर्व में इसमें शामिल होने के लिए कांग्रेस के मध्यप्रदेश प्रभारी दीपक बाबरिया को भी आना था। स्थानीय कांग्रेसजनों से जब उन्हें गुनौर की वस्तुस्थिति का पता चला तो श्री बाबरिया का दौरा निरस्त हो गया। सर्वविदित है कि अनुसूचित लिए आरक्षित गुनौर विधानसभा सीट पर अब तक भाजप-कांग्रेस दोनों ही दलों के पन्ना एवं पवई के सवर्ण नेता प्रत्याशी चयन में दखल देते हुए अपने इशारों पर चलने वाले कठपुतली प्रत्याशी घोषित कराकर उन्हें विधायक बनवाते रहे हैं।

लेकिन गुनौर में कांग्रेस के खेमे का माहौल इस बार पूरी तरह बदला हुआ है। अतीत के कटु अनुभवों और पूर्व विधायकों स्थिति को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए टिकिट के दावेदार बाहरी नेताओं की दखलंदाजी को रोकने के लिए आपस में लामबंद हो गए हैं। इनकी एकजुटता और उस पर कायम रहने की प्रतिबद्धता आज संविधान बचाओ आमसभा में अनुपस्थिति के रूप में देखने को मिली। इस आमसभा का बहिष्कार करके गुनौर के कांग्रेसजनों व टिकिट के प्रमुख दावेदारों ने प्रदेश से आये नेताओं को साफ़तौर पर यह संदेश दिया है कि उन्हें किनारे करके कोई भी वहां अपना व्यक्तिगत एजेंडा नहीं चला सकता है। चुनाव के समय अगर इस तरह मनमाने तरीके से व्यक्तिगत कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये गए तो इसका विरोध किया जायगा जिससे पार्टी को नुकसान उठाना पड़ सकता है।
