राज्यपाल शासन लगने के बाद गृह मंत्रालय का निर्णय

जम्मू-कश्मीर में लगातार बढ़ती आतंकी घटनाओं के बीच वहां एनएसजी की टीम तैनात की गई है। गृह मंत्रालय को भरोसा है कि एनएसजी की तैनाती से वहां आतंकी घटनाओं पर लगाम लगेगी। साथ ही एनएसजी को भी लाइव मुठभेड़ों से निपटने का अनुभव प्राप्त होगा।

नई दिल्ली। फिलहाल एनएसजी बीएसएफ के साथ मिलकर उनके हुमहमा कैंप में ट्रेनिंग कर रही है। जम्मू में फिलहाल एनएसजी की हिट हाउस इंटरवेंशन की टीम भेजी गई है। हाउस इंटरवेंशन टीम हाॅस्टेज परिस्थिति से निपटने में बहुत करगर साबित होती है। अभी तक ऐसी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए आर्मी और सीआरपीएफ अपना अभियान चलाती है। आॅपरेशन के दौरान वह फायर पावर का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल करती है, जिसके कारण सुरक्षाकर्मी या आम नागरिकों को ज्यादा क्षति पहुंचाती है। गृह मंत्रालय के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक 2017 सुरक्षाबल के 82 लोग मारे गये थे और इस साल अब तक करीब 34 लोग मारे जा चुके है वहीं आम लोगों की बात करें तो 2017 में 68 लोग मारे गए थे और इस साल अभी तक 38 लोग मारे गए है। गृह मंत्रालय का मानना है कि हाउस इंटरवेंशन की टीम के जरिये ऐसे आॅपरेशन को अंजाम दिया जाएगा, जिससे मरने वालों का आंकड़ा कम किया जाएगा, क्योंकि ये सभी काफी ट्रेंड स्नाइपर्स होते है।

बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री यशवंत सिन्हा ने अपने ही पार्टी पर एक बार फिर से हमला किया है। उन्होने बीजेपी पर पीडीपी नेता और जम्मू-कश्मीर की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती का इस्तेमाल करने का आरोप लगाया है। साथ ही कहा कि इस गठजोड़ का टूटना तय था। उन्होंने कहा कि महबूबा मुफ्ती सरकार से समर्थन वापस लेने के बाद भाजापा इस मुद्दे का इस्तेमाल देश के सांप्रदायिकता फैलाने के लिए करेगी। सिन्हा ने स्पष्ट किया कि बीजेपी-पीडीपी गठबंधन को टूटना ही था।

निलंबित रहेगी विधानसभा-

राज्यपाल ने अगली घोषणा द्वारा राज्यपाल शासन हटाए जाने या इसमें परिवर्तन करने तक विधानसभा को निलंबित अवस्था में रख दिया। उद्घोषणा में कहा गया कि राज्य में विधानसभा निलंबित अवस्था में रहेगी। मौजूदा विधानसभा का छह साल का कार्यकाल मार्च 2021 में पूरा होगा। राज्यपाल की बैठकों के तहत थल सेना की उत्तरी कमान के कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल रणबीर सिंह ने वोहरा से मुलाकात की और राज्य में सुरक्षा स्थिति पर चर्चा की। राजभवन के प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि राज्यपाल और थल सेना कमांडर ने घाटी में सुरक्षा प्रबंध में बेहद करीबी समन्वय की जरूरत से जुड़े कुछ मुद्दों पर चर्चा की। इस बीच केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि केन्द्र आतंक का खात्मा कर कश्मीर में शांति कायम करना चाहता है। हमारा एक मात्र उद्देश्य है कि आतंकवाद खत्म होना चाहए और कश्मीर मेें शांति कायम होनी चाहिए। हमारी सरकार यह ध्यान में रखकर काम करेगी।
