पन्ना। रडार न्यूज बुन्देलखण्ड अंचल का पन्ना जिला पिछले कुछ दिनों से यौन शोषण और बलात्कार के मामलों को लेकर चर्चा मेें है। यहां के ताखौरी गांव की एक युवती के अपहरण और गैंगरेप की घटना पुलिस जांच में झूठी साबित होने, अजयगढ़ में पदस्थ मजिस्ट्रेट मनोज सोनी पर एक युवती द्वारा यौन शोषण करने का आरोप लगाने की हैरान करने वाली घटनाओं को लोग अभी भूले भी नहीं थे कि इसी तरह का एक नया मामला सामने आया है। पन्ना नगर पालिका के पूर्व अध्यक्ष एवं बुन्देलखण्ड विकास प्राधिकरण के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष बाबूलाल यादव के पुलिस आरक्षक पुत्र शैलेन्द्र यादव पर एक सजातीय युवती ने शादी का झांसा देकर एक वर्ष तक लगातार यौन शोषण करने का आरोप लगाया है। मूलरूप से पन्ना कोतवाली थाना के ग्राम बराछ निवासी युवती काॅलेज की छात्रा है जोकि पढ़ाई के सिलसिले में वर्तमान में पन्ना के धाम मोहल्ला में रहती है। बुधवार को ममता यादव (परिवर्तित नाम) अपनी मां और बहनों के साथ पुलिस अधीक्षक रियाज इकबाल से मिली और आवेदन पत्र देते हुए उनसे प्रेमी शैलेन्द्र यादव की शादी रूकवाने की गुहार लगाई। युवती का आरोप है कि सालभर तक उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाने के बाद शैलेन्द्र परिवार के दबाव में आकर अब शादी करने से मुकर गया है। ममता के अनुसार उसके गांव बराछ में ही शैलेन्द्र का रिश्ता तय हो गया है और शीघ्र ही विवाह होना है। पुलिस अधीक्षक को ममता ने बताया कि वह शैलेन्द्र की होने वाली ससुराल गई थी और वहां उसने सबको अपने संबंधों की जानकारी दी, लेकिन वहां मारपीट कर उसे घर से बाहर निकाल दिया गया।

पूर्व में दो बार बदल चुके है बयान-

भारतीय जनता पार्टी पन्ना के प्रतिष्ठित नेता बाबूलाल यादव के पुलिस आरक्षक पुत्र शैलेन्द्र यादव के खिलाफ लगे यौन शोषण के आरोप का यह मामला पुराना है। माह फरवरी और मार्च 2018 में ममता ने पुलिस अधीक्षक, कलेक्टर और महिला आयोग में इसकी शिकायत की थी। बाद में कोतवाली थाना पुलिस को दिये गये अपने बयान उसने परिवार के दबाव में झूठी शिकायत करने और शैलेन्द्र पर लगाये गये आरोपों को निराधार बताया था। इतना ही नहीं ममता ने बकायदा शपथ पत्र देते हुए अपनी ही शिकायत को झूठा करार दिया था। पुलिस द्वारा उसके बयानों की वीडियो रिकार्डिंग भी कराई गई थी। अब तीन माह बाद शैलेन्द्र के विवाह के ठीक पहले छात्रा ममता ने एक बार फिर अपने पुराने आरोपों को दोहराते हुए नये सिरे से शिकायत की है।

दबाव देकर कराया था राजीनामा-

पुलिस अधीक्षक को दी गई अपनी शिकायत में युवती ने उल्लेख किया है कि पूर्व में दो बार उसे व परिजनों को जान से मारने की धमकी देकर, चौतरफा दबाव डालकर और शिकायत वापिस लेने पर शैलेन्द्र से शादी कराने का आश्वासन देकर शपथ पत्र लिया गया और मनमाफिक बयान दर्ज कराये गये। युवती का कहना है कि पहले शैलेन्द्र और फिर उसके पिता की बातों में आकर वह खुद को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही है। उधर ममता द्वारा पूर्व में दो-दो बार शिकायत करने के बाद खुद ही उसको झूठा बताने और अब पुनः शिकायत करने से पुलिस को यह समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि उसकी किस बात पर भरोसा किया जाये।

साजिश के तहत् फंसाने का आरोप-

पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय के बाहर ममता जब पत्रकारों से चर्चा कर रही थी तभी वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता बाबूलाल यादव मौके पर आ गये। इस प्रकरण से व्यथित श्री यादव ने बड़ी स्पष्टता के साथ अपना पक्ष रखते हुए बताया कि उन्हेें और उनके बेटे को साजिश के तहत् बदनाम किया जा रहा है। आपने बताया कि युवती द्वारा की गई झूठी शिकायत के खिलाफ जबलपुर हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की गई है जिसकी सुनवाई इसी महीने होनी है। उन्होंने कहा कि वे झूठे और बेबुनियाद आरोपों से डरकर चुप बैठने वालों में नहीं है। सबूतों के आधार पर वे हाईकोर्ट में यह साबित करेंगे की युवती द्वारा झूठे आरोप लगाकर उनके बेटे को फंसाया जा रहा है ।

इनका कहना है-
युवती पूर्व में भी इस तरह की दोबार शिकायत कर स्वतः ही अपने बयान में आरोपों को झूठा बता चुकी है, इस बार उसने दबाब में आकर बयान बदलने की बात कही है, शिकायत की जाँच कराकर आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
