वित्त मंत्री के बयान से नाराज ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों ने दी कड़ी चेतावनी

सामूहिक मुण्डन कराकर जताया विरोध, जमकर की नारेबाजी 

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज नियमितीकरण की मांग को लेकर प्रदेशभर के ग्राम रोजगार सहायक 15 मई से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर है। सभी जिलों में जनपद कार्यालयों के बाहर इस प्रचण्ड गर्मी में कई दिनों से धरना-प्रदर्शन कर रहे ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों की जायज मांग पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार करते हुए तत्परता से निराकरण करने के बजाय प्रदेश के वित्त मंत्री जयंत मलैया ने हड़ताली कर्मचारियों को उलटा धमकी भरे अंदाज में नौकरी से बाहर कर उनकी जगह पर दूसरे मजदूरों की भर्ती करने का बयान देकर रोजगार सहायकों के गुस्से को भड़का दिया है। वित्त मंत्री के इस बयान की कड़ी निंदा हो रही है और लगातार तीखी प्रतिक्रियायें आ रहीं है। ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों के साथ-साथ उनके परिजनों, विभिन्न कर्मचारी संगठनों और मुख्य विपक्षी दल कांग्रेस ने इसे सीधी धमकी करार देते हुए तीखी आलोचना की है। इनका कहना है कि ग्राम स्तर पर योजनाओं को लागू करने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करने वाले ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों ने उन्हें मिलने वाले अल्प मानदेय के मुद्दे पर कई बार प्रदेश सरकार का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया गया। लेकिन कोई कार्यवाई न होने के कारण ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों को हड़ताल करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा है। शांतिपूर्वक धरना-प्रदर्शन करना आम आदमी और कर्मचारियों का लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार है, लेकिन प्रदेश की जनविरोधी सरकार के नुमांइदें इस तरह खुलेआम धमकी देकर आमजन के बुनियादी अधिकारों को कुचलना चाहते है। ग्राम रोजगार सहायक संघ पन्ना के मीडिया प्रभारी रामदास शर्मा अपनी प्रतिक्रिया में कहा कि हम लोग इस तरह की धमकियों से डरने या इनके आगे झुकने वाले नहीं है। इशारों-इशारों में वे कहते है कि आने वाले समय में वित्त मंत्री जयंत मलैया के इस बयान का माकूल जबाब उन्हें और उनकी पार्टी भाजपा को दिया जायेगा।

प्रदेश के वित्त मंत्री जयंत मलैया द्वारा कटनी जिले के स्लीमनाबाद में ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों के धरना-प्रदर्शन स्थल पर पहुंचकर उन्हें नौकरी से बाहर करते हुए दूसरे मजदूरों की भर्ती करने के धमकी भरे अंदाज वाले बयान को लेकर प्रदेशभर के ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों में जबरदस्त आक्रोश व्याप्त है। जिसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि जिला मुख्यालय पन्ना में जनपद कार्यालय के बाहर धरने पर बैठे जीआरएस द्वारा विरोध स्वरूप सामूहिक रूप से मुण्डन कराकर वित्त मंत्री और प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की गई।

नियमितीकरण के बगैर सुरक्षित नहीं भविष्य-

ग्राम रोजगार सहायक संघ पन्ना के ब्लाॅक अध्यक्ष कृष्ण यादव का कहना है कि उनसे अल्प मानदेय पर बंधुआ मजदूर की तरह काम कराया जा रहा है। प्रदेश के दूसरे विभागों के कर्मचारियों की तरह यदि वे समान कार्य के लिए समान वेतन-भत्ते की मांग कर रहे हैं, तो इसमें गलत क्या है। रोजगार सहायकों से जितना काम लिया जाता है उसके एवज में मिलने वाले मानदेय से मौजूदा मंहगाई के दौर में जीवन-यापन करना संभव नहीं है। नियमितीकरण के बगैर ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों की नौकरी और भविष्य सुरक्षित नहीं है। क्योंकि मामूली सी कमियों के कारण रोजगार सहायकों की सेवा सीधे समाप्त कर दी जाती है। श्री यादव का कहना है कि हमारी परेशानियों का सहानुभूतिपूर्वक निदान करने के बजाय नौकरी से बाहर करने की धमकी देने वाले वित्त मंत्री के बयान से प्रदेशभर के जीआरएस को गहरा दुःख पहुंचा है। इससे जाहिर होता है कि प्रदेश की सरकार मैदानी अमले की समस्याओं के निराकरण के प्रति कितनी असंवेदनशील है।
