CBSE Results- 2022 | केन्द्रीय विद्यालय पन्ना की छात्राओं ने किया उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन

*    दिव्यांशी ने 10th में 99% और हर्षिता खरे ने 12th में 96.8% अंकों के साथ किया टॉप

पन्ना। (www.radarnews.in) केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड, नई दिल्ली द्वारा शुक्रवार 22 जुलाई 2022 को कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं का शैक्षणिक सत्र 2021-22 का परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित किया गया। केन्द्रीय विद्यालय पन्ना का कक्षा 12वीं का परीक्षा परिणाम 97.33 प्रतिशत रहा। जबकि विद्यालय का कक्षा 10वीं का परीक्षा परिणाम 93.97 प्रतिशत आया है। कक्षा बारहवीं में कु.हर्षिता खरे (वाणिज्य संकाय) ने 96.8% अंकों के साथ विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में प्रथम स्थान अर्जित किया है। होनहार छात्रा कु. दिव्यांशी पटेल ने कक्षा 10 वीं में 99% अंकों के साथ विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। केन्द्रीय विद्यालय पन्ना के प्राचार्य अमर चन्द्र राजपूत ने यह जानकारी दी है।

प्रावीण्य सूची में स्थान प्राप्त करने वाली छात्राएं- कक्षा 12वीं

उन्होंने बताया कि इस वर्ष कक्षा बारहवीं में कुल 75 छात्र-छात्राएं परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हुए थे जिसमें 37 छात्र-छात्राएं विज्ञान संकाय एवं 38 छात्र-छात्राएं वाणिज्य संकाय के हैं, जिसमें कक्षा 12 वीं विज्ञान संकाय का परीक्षा परिणाम शत-प्रतिशत रहा। कक्षा बारहवीं में कु.हर्षिता खरे (वाणिज्य संकाय) ने 96.8% अंकों के साथ विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में प्रथम स्थान अर्जित किया है। इसी प्रकार कु. शिखी परमार (विज्ञान संकाय) और स्नेहा अग्रवाल (वाणिज्य संकाय) 94.6% अंकों के साथ एक बराबर अंक प्राप्त कर विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में संयुक्त रूप से द्वितीय स्थान तथा कु. आर्या श्रीवास्तव (वाणिज्य संकाय) 94% अंकों के साथ विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया है। यह हर्ष की बात है कि कक्षा 12 वीं के 93.3 % छात्र-छात्राओं को 60% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त हुए हैं, जिनमें 45.3% छात्र-छात्राओं ने 75% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किया है | जिनमें 90% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं का प्रतिशत 8% है।

प्रावीण्य सूची में स्थान प्राप्त करने वाली छात्राएं- कक्षा 10वीं

प्राचार्य श्री राजपूत ने बताया कि इस वर्ष केन्द्रीय विद्यालय पन्ना का कक्षा 10वीं का परीक्षा परिणाम 93.97 प्रतिशत रहा। कक्षा 10 वीं में कुल 83 छात्र-छात्राएँ परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हुए थे , जिसमे कुल 65% छात्र-छात्राओं को 60% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त हुए हैं। इनमें से 38.55 % छात्र-छात्राओं को 75% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त हुए, जिसमें 9.63% छात्र-छात्राओं 90% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त हुए हैं। कक्षा 10 वीं में 99% अंकों के साथ कु. दिव्यांशी पटेल विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में प्रथम स्थान, 98.6% अंकों के साथ कु. तुषारिका जगवानी प्रावीण्य सूची में द्वितीय स्थान और 96.6% अंकों के साथ कु. शौर्या मिश्रा विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में तृतीय स्थान अर्जित किया।
केन्द्रीय विद्यालय पन्ना के प्राचार्य अमर चन्द्र राजपूत ने परीक्षा में सफल रहे सभी छात्र-छात्राओं, अभिभावकों एवं सभी शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाओं को हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनायें प्रेषित करते हुए थोड़े अंकों से सफलता से चूक जाने वाले बच्चों को बिना निराश हुए आगे प्रयास करने की सलाह दी और सभी के उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की है।

इंजीनियर बनना चाहतीं हैं दिव्यांशी

केन्द्रीय विद्यालय पन्ना की कक्षा 10वीं की मेघावी छात्रा कु. दिव्यांशी पटेल ने वार्षिक परीक्षा में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए 99% अंकों के साथ विद्यालय की प्रावीण्य सूची में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। पन्ना के बेनीसागर मोहल्ला में रहने वाली दिव्यांशी युवा पशु चिकित्सक डॉ. दिनेश पटेल की बेटी हैं। जिले के पशु चिकित्सा सेवाएं विभाग में पदस्थ डॉ. दिनेश पटेल पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी संघ पन्ना के जिलाध्यक्ष भी हैं। विधायलय में बेटी के टॉप करने की खबर मिलने के बाद से पटेल परिवार की ख़ुशी का ठिकाना नहीं है। मां का कहना है दिव्यांशी ने अपनी मेहनत और लगन से परीक्षा में शानदार प्रदर्शन करके पूरे परिवार को गौरान्वित किया है। कुशाग्र बुद्धि की धनी दिव्यांशी शुरू से पढ़ाई में अव्वल रही है। वर्तमान में वह राजस्थान के कोटा में रहकर आईआईटी में दाखिले के लिए प्रवेश परीक्षा की कोचिंग कर रही है। इस होनहार छात्रा का सपना इंजीनियर बनकर राष्ट्र के निर्माण में अपना योगदान देना है।

पन्ना। भाजपामय हुए जिले के नगरीय निकाय, कांग्रेस का सूपड़ा साफ़

पन्ना जिले की नगर परिषद पवई के नव निर्वाचित वार्ड पार्षद अपनी जीत का प्रमाण पात्र दिखते हुए। पवई के 15 वार्डों में भाजपा के 10 पार्षद विजयी हुए।

*    दूसरे चरण में भी कांग्रेस का शर्मनाक प्रदर्शन, हाथ से निकली अमानगंज व पवई नगर परिषद

शादिक खान। (www.radarnews.in) नगरीय निकाय चुनाव के दूसरे चरण में नगर सरकार के गठन के लिए पार्षद पद हेतु डाले गए वोटों की गिनती (मतगणना) आज संपन्न होने पर नतीजों की घोषणा कर विजयी प्रत्याशियों को जीत के प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए। पन्ना जिले में दूसरे चरण में भी भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने अपने शानदार प्रदर्शन को बरक़रार रखते हुए तीनों निकायों पर जीत का परचम लहराया है। नगर परिषद अमानगंज, गुनौर व पवई में भाजपा को पूर्ण बहुमत मिला है। इसके पूर्व प्रथम चरण के घोषित चुनाव परिणाम में भाजपा ने पन्ना नगर पालिका समेत नगर परिषद अजयगढ़ व देवेन्द्रनगर में पूर्ण बहुमत प्राप्त किया था। जबकि 15 वार्डों वाली ककरहटी नगर परिषद में 6 पार्षदों की जीत के साथ भाजपा सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरी लेकिन बहुमत के जादुई आंकड़े को छूने में 2 सीट की कमी रह गई। ककरहटी में इस बार अप्रत्याशित नतीजे देखने को मिले हैं, वहां 8 निर्दलीय प्रत्याशियों की जीत ने सबको चौंकाया है। इस तरह पन्ना नगर पालिका समेत जिले के कुल 7 नगरीय निकायों में से 6 में भारतीय जनता पार्टी अपने दम पर पूर्ण बहुमत प्राप्त कर इतिहास रच दिया है। वहीं ककरहटी नगर परिषद में निर्दलीय पार्षदों के समर्थन से ऐन-केन प्रकारेण भाजपा का अध्यक्ष बनना लगभग तय माना जा रहा है।
स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव में मिली ऐतिहासिक सफलता से भाजपा के खेमे में अपार ख़ुशी और उत्साह का माहौल है। इस उपलब्धि को दिग्गज नेताओं क्षेत्रीय सांसद एवं भाजपा प्रदेशाध्यक्ष वीडी शर्मा और खनिज मंत्री बृजेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह के कुशल नेतृत्व में पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं के द्वारा किये गए अथक परिश्रम का प्रतिफल बताया जा रहा है। जिले के सभी नगरीय निकाय इस बार जहां भाजपामय हो गए हैं वहीं मुख्य विपक्षी दल कांग्रेस का प्रदर्शन दूसरे चरण में भी बेहद शर्मनाक और निराशाजनक रहा। कांग्रेस का हाथ दूसरे चरण में भी खाली है।
कांग्रेस पार्टी जिले में अपने पिछले प्रदर्शन को भी दोहरा नहीं सकी। पिछली बार अमानगंज व पवई नगर परिषद में कांग्रेस ने का कब्ज़ा रहा है। लेकिन इस बार अप्रत्यक्ष प्रणाली से (पार्षदों के द्वारा) होने वाले नगर पालिका एवं नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष के चुनाव के लिए जिले के किसी भी निकाय में कांग्रेस के इतने पार्षद ही नहीं जीते कि उसका अध्यक्ष बन सके। मध्यप्रदेश में अगले वर्ष 2023 में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव का सेमीफाइनल कहे जा रहे नगरीय निकाय चुनाव में पन्ना जिले में भाजपा के अभूतपूर्व प्रदर्शन से जाहिर है बहुसंख्यक मतदाताओँ का भरोसा उसके साथ हैं। जबकि कांग्रेस पार्टी का जनाधार तेजी से खिसक रहा है। मिशन 2023 के मद्देनजर प्रदेश कांग्रेस नेतृत्व को पन्ना में पार्टी की बदहाली पर समय रहते हुए विशेष ध्यान देने की जरुरत है।
पन्ना जिले के समस्त नगरीय निकायों में विजयी हुए विभिन्न राजनैतिक दलों एवं निर्दलीय पार्षदों की निकायवार संख्या।

अमानगंज में भाजपा ने लहराया परचम

राजदीप गोस्वामी | नगरीय निकाय चुनाव के आज घोषित नतीजों के अनुसार नगर परिषद अमानगंज में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने जीत का परचम लहराते हुए बहुमत प्राप्त किया है। नगर परिषद के 15 वार्डों में से 8 में भाजपा के पार्षद प्रत्याशी विजयी हुए हैं। कांग्रेस पार्टी के सिर्फ 4 पार्षद आए हैं जबकि 3 निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों ने जीत हांसिल की है। नतीजों से साफ़ है, अमानगंज नगर परिषद में इस बार भाजपा का अध्यक्ष बैठेगा। शासकीय बालक उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय अमानगंज में मतगणना पूर्ण होने पर नतीजों की घोषणा पश्चात भाजपा के विजयी प्रत्याशी जब बाहर आए तो उनके इंतजार में पलक पांवड़े बिछाए बैठे पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं-पदाधिकारियों में ख़ुशी की लहर दौड़ गई। एक-दूसरे को गुलाल लगाकर और मिठाई खिलाकर भाजपाईयों ने अपनी ख़ुशी का इजहार किया।
नगर परिषद अमानगंज के नव निर्वाचित पार्षदों को जीत के प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करते हुए रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर दीपा चतुर्वेदी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि अमानगंज के वार्ड क्रमांक 10,13 एवं 15 में निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार क्रमशः विमला देवी प्रजापति, रश्मि छिरौल्या एवं मिथिलेश रानी राजपूत ने जीत दर्ज कराई है। नतीजे घोषित होने के बाद अब सबकी नजरें इस बात पर टिकीं हैं, भाजपा किसे नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष बनाती है। अध्यक्ष पद हेतु भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता बाबूलाल सोनकर की बेटी अनीता सोनकर व भाजपा की मंडल महामंत्री सारिका खटीक के नामों की चर्चा शुरू हो गई है।

कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी ने वापस ले लिया था नामांकन फार्म

अमानगंज के वार्ड क्रमांक 7 से भाजपा प्रत्याशी प्रशांत कुमार चतुर्वेदी पहले ही निर्विरोध निर्वाचित हो गए थे। क्योंकि इस वार्ड से कांग्रेस के घोषित उम्मीदवार कन्हैया लाल ताम्रकार ने सबको चौंकाते हुए अंतिम समय में अपना नामांकन फार्म वापस ले लिया था। इस अप्रत्याशित घटनाक्रम का नकरात्मक असर अमानगंज में कांग्रेस पार्टी के चुनावी माहौल पर पड़ा जोकि नतीजों से अब साफ़ जाहिर है। पन्ना में 2 वार्डों और अमानगंज के 1 वार्ड में कांग्रेस पार्षद प्रत्याशियों के रणछोड़ बनने (नामांकन फार्म वापस लेने) से पार्टी को निकाय चुनावों में बेहद शर्मनाक स्थिति का सामना करना पड़ा है। अमानगंज नगर परिषद के पूर्व अध्यक्ष एवं कांग्रेस नेता हक्कुन दहायत की पत्नी उमा दहायत वार्ड क्रमांक 4 से चुनाव हार गईं। वार्ड क्रमाँक-4 से भाजपा प्रत्याशी सारिका खटीक को 235 वोट मिले जबकि निकटतम प्रतिद्वंदी उमा दहायत 147 मत हांसिल कर सकीं।

अमानगंज के नव निर्वाचित पार्षद

नगर परिषद अमानगंज के नव निर्वाचित पार्षद अपनी जीत के प्रमाण पत्र दिखाकर ख़ुशी का इजहार करते हुए।
नगर परिषद अमानगंज में रिटर्निंग अधिकारी दीपा चतुर्वेदी ने 14 सविरोध और 1 निर्विरोध निर्वाचित पार्षद को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए। यहां वार्ड क्रमांक 1 से सौरभ दुबे, वार्ड क्रमांक 2 से जेबुन्निशा, वार्ड क्रमांक 3 से राहुल कुमार गौड़, वार्ड क्रमांक 4 से सारिका शारदा खटीक, वार्ड क्रमांक 5 से रोशनी लखेरा, वार्ड क्रमांक 6 से राधा चौधरी, वार्ड क्रमांक 7 से प्रशांत कुमार चतुर्वेदी, वार्ड क्रमांक 8 से संध्या बडे़रिया, वार्ड क्रमांक 9 से मनीष छिरौल्या, वार्ड क्रमांक 10 से विमला देवी प्रजापति, वार्ड क्रमांक 11 से अंकित मौर्य, वार्ड क्रमांक 12 से मुकेश चौबे, वार्ड क्रमांक 13 से स्वाती सोनी, वार्ड क्रमांक 14 से अनीता सोनकर और वार्ड क्रमांक 15 से मिथलेश रानी राजपूत को निर्वाचित होने पर प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया गया।

गुनौर के 15 में से 10 वार्डों में भाजपा

बुधवार 20 जुलाई को घोषित नगरीय निकाय चुनाव परिणाम के दूसरे चरण में नवगठित नगर परिषद गुनौर के पहले चुनाव में भाजपा ने शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए इतिहास रच दिया है। गुनौर के 15 में से 10 वार्डों में भाजपा के पार्षद प्रत्याशियों की जीत के साथ ही यहां पहला अध्यक्ष और परिषद भाजपा की बनना तय है। निकाय चुनाव के दूसरे चरण में भी शानदार जीत से जहां भाजपा में खुशी की लहर व्याप्त है तो वहीं करारी हार के चलते कांग्रेस के खेमे गहरी मायूसी छाई है। गुनौर में कांग्रेस को सिर्फ एक सीट मिली है। नगर परिषद गुनौर के वार्ड क्रमांक 1 से कांग्रेस की पार्षद प्रत्याशी मानसी सिंह ने जीत दर्ज कराके पार्टी की लाज बचा ली। गुनौर विधानसभा मुख्यालय की नगर परिषद समेत विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत आने वाली चारों नगर परिषदों में कांग्रेस पार्टी की भीषण दुर्गति से गुनौर के कांग्रेस विधायक शिवदयाल बागरी, जिला एवं ब्लॉक कांग्रेस अध्यक्षों के नेतृत्व पर गंभीर सवाल उठ रहे हैं।

 कांग्रेसी दिग्गज हुए धराशाई 

नगर परिषद गुनौर में पूर्व सरपंच एवं वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता बृज मोहन प्रसाद तिवारी के द्वारा निकाय चुनाव के लिए जो बिसात बिछाई गई थी उससे यह माना जा रहा था कि गुनौर में निर्दलीय पार्षदों का अध्यक्ष होगा? क्योंकि कईयों ने पार्टियों से बगावत करके निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के रूप में पर्चा भरा था। जिसके बाद कुछ ने जीत दर्ज की तो कुछ को करारी शिकस्त का सामना करना पड़ा। वार्ड क्रमांक 9 से गुनौर के कांग्रेस विधायक प्रतिनिधि की पत्नी बबलू गौतम, ब्लॉक कांग्रेस कमेटी गुनौर के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राजू जैन व राधिका प्रसाद तिवारी के भतीजे संजय तिवारी वार्ड क्रमांक 7 से चुनाव हार गए ।

एक नजर गुनौर के चुनावी परिणामों पर

नगर परिषद गुनौर के पार्षद पद पर श्री रामजानकी वार्ड क्रमांक 1 से कांग्रेस की मानसी सिंह ने जीत दर्ज की । वार्ड क्रमांक 2 से भारतीय जनता पार्टी के जिला उपाध्यक्ष सुशील त्रिपाठी की पत्नी राजश्री त्रिपाठी पार्षद बनीं। सरदार भगत सिंह वार्ड क्रमांक 3 से भाजपा की गेंदा बाई, संत रविदास वार्ड क्रमांक 4 से निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार गुलाब बाई, इंदिरा गांधी वार्ड क्रमांक 5 में भाजपा के रज्जू लोधी, महात्मा गांधी वार्ड क्रमांक 6 से भाजपा के देवेंद्र यादव, साकेत बिहारी वार्ड क्रमांक 7 में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के मंडल अध्यक्ष मलखान सिंह की पत्नी अर्चना सिंह, संकट मोचन वार्ड क्रमांक 8 में भाजपा की माया, बालाजी सरकार वार्ड क्रमांक 9 में भाजपा की ज्योति अंजनी पाठक ने कांग्रेस के विधायक प्रतिनिधि बबलू गौतम की पत्नी को हराया, महावीर स्वामी वार्ड क्रमांक 10 में निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार नगर के प्रतिष्ठित व्यवसाई प्रबल जैन की पत्नी श्रीमती कीर्ति ने जीत दर्ज की है।
नगर परिषद गुनौर के नव निर्वाचित पार्षद अपनी जीत के प्रमाण पत्र दिखाते हुए एवं पीछे की पंक्ति में खड़े भाजपा नेता।
सबसे दिलचस्प मुकाबला उमा वार्ड क्रमांक 11 में देखने को मिला। जहां से लंबे समय तक ग्राम पंचायत गुनौर के सरपंच रहे पंडित बृज मोहन प्रसाद तिवारी की बहु जोकि पार्षद पद के लिए मैदान में थी उन्हें कुछ दिनों पूर्व कांग्रेस से भाजपा में शामिल हुए बद्री प्रसाद पटेल की पुत्री प्रीति पटेल ने उन्हें चुनाव हरा दिया। वार्ड क्रमांक 12 व अंबेडकर वार्ड क्रमांक 13 से कुछ दिनों पूर्व भाजपा से बागी हुए निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार चंदन सपेरा और उनकी पत्नी दोनों ने भाजपा और कांग्रेस के उम्मीदवारों को करारी शिकस्त देकर देकर जीत दर्ज कराई है। सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल वार्ड क्रमांक 14 में भी गुनौर के पूर्व सरपंच बृज मोहन प्रसाद तिवारी की दूसरी बहू मुन्नी बाई चुनाव मैदान में थी उनको भाजपा की द्रोपदी पटेल ने मात दी है। लाल बहादुर शास्त्री वार्ड क्रमांक 15 जहां भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विष्णु दत्त शर्मा और प्रदेश सरकार में खनिज एवं श्रम मंत्री बृजेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने सभा की थी, जिसका भाजपा को फायदा मिला है। आदिवासी वर्ग के लिए आरक्षित इस वार्ड में भाजपा के रामपाल आदिवासी ने कांग्रेस के उम्मीदवार को करारी शिकस्त दी है।

नगर परिषद पवई में भाजपा 10 पार्षद जीते

रविशंकर सोनी | नगरीय निकाय चुनाव के दूसरे चरण की मतगणना बुधवार को शासकीय पॉलिटेक्निक महाविद्यालय पवई में संपन्न हुई। जिसमें भाजपा के पार्षद प्रत्याशियों ने शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए 10 वार्डों में जीत हांसिल की। यहां कांग्रेस को सिर्फ 3 वार्डों में सफलता मिली है, जबकि 2 वार्डों में निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार विजयी हुए हैं। पवई में भाजपा की जीत में मंडल अध्यक्ष गुलाब मधु सोनी एवं जिला महामंत्री दीपेन्द्र सिंह परमार की जमीनी स्तर पर महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका बताई जा रही है। उल्लेखनीय है कि पवई नगर परिषद पर लम्बे समय तक काबिज रहे कांग्रेस से जुड़े बागरी परिवार को इस चुनाव में करारी शिकस्त मिली है। नगर परिषद पवई की पूर्व अध्यक्ष पान बाई बागरी वार्ड क्रमांक- 7 और उनके पुत्र एवं पूर्व अध्यक्ष किरण बागरी के पति बृजपाल बागरी वार्ड क्रमांक- 8 से चुनाव हार गए। पवई के वार्ड क्रमांक 13 से युवा पत्रकार अजित बढ़ोलिया भाजपा के टिकिट पर विजयी हुए हैं।

मध्यप्रदेश में हुए नगरीय निकायों के लिए 6 जुलाई को हुए प्रथम चरण के मतदान की मतगणना के परिणाम 17 जुलाई को घोषित किए जा चुके हैं। 13 जुलाई को हुए मतदान की मतगणना 20 जुलाई को होगी। पहले मतगणना 18 जुलाई को होनी थी परंतु इस दिन होने वाले राष्ट्रपति चुनाव के कारण तिथि में बदलाव किया गया है। प्रथम चरण में 11 नगर निगमों में महापौर की कुर्सी दांव पर लगी हुई थी। घोषित परिणाम भाजपा को आईना दिखाने के लिए पर्याप्त हैं। 11 नगर निगमों में से भाजपा 7 नगर निगमों में ही जीत दर्ज करा पाई है जबकि पूर्व में भाजपा के पास 11 की 11 नगर निगमें थीं। प्रदेश में 2023 में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव भाजपा के लिए खतरे की घंटी हैं।
57 साल ग्वालियर में और 18 साल जबलपुर में अकंटक नगर सरकार बनाने वाली भारतीय जनता पार्टी दोनों जगह अपनी सत्ता खो बैठी। मध्य प्रदेश और उत्तर प्रदेश के बीच में बसे सिंगरौली नगर निगम की महापौरी कुर्सी हथिया कर आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने मध्य प्रदेश में धमाकेदार एंट्री करते हुए न केवल इतिहास रच दिया है बल्कि भाजपा और कांग्रेस दोनों की पेशानी में बल डाल दिया है। तीसरे विकल्प को तलाश रही जनता को आशा की किरण सी मिलती दिख रही है।
इसके बावजूद भाजपाईयों का इस बात पर इतराना कि शिवराज की कुशल रणनीति और हाड़तोड मेहनत के बूते भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने नगरीय निकाय चुनाव में में मेयर की दस कुर्सियों में से सात कुर्सियां कब्जा ली हैं, मूर्खतापूर्ण ही कहा जाएगा। भाजपाई इस बात पर भी नागिन डांस कर रहे हैं कि कई स्थानों पर कांग्रेस का सूपड़ा साफ हो गया है मगर उनकी मोतियाबिंदी आंखों से वह दिखाई नहीं देता कि अनेक स्थानों पर भाजपा मटियामेट हो चुकी है।
कटनी जिले के दो नगरीय निकाय कैमोर और विजयराघवगढ़ के परिणाम आने पर कतिपय कार्यकर्ता चाटुकारिता के शिखर पर खड़े होकर स्थानीय विधायक का खोखला महिमामंडन कर रहे हैं। यह कैसी कुशल रणनीति है कि कैमोर और विजयराघवगढ़ दोनों जगह भाजपा को अपनी सीटें खोनी पड़ी हैं।
मसलन विजयराघवगढ़ में पूर्व में भाजपा के पास 14 पार्षद थे कांग्रेस के पास एक पार्षद था जबकि नई परिषद में भाजपा के पास 7 पार्षद ही हैं वहीं जहां कांग्रेस के पास एक पार्षद था अब 4 पार्षद हो गए हैं साथ ही 3 निर्दलीय और एक आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) का पार्षद है। इसी तरह कैमोर की पूर्व परिषद में भाजपा के पार्षदों की संख्या 12 तथा कांग्रेस 2 और निर्दलीय 1 पार्षद थी जबकि अब भाजपा के पार्षद घट कर 11 रह गये हैं वहीं निर्दलीय की गिनती एक से बढ़कर चार हो गई है।
विजयराघवगढ़ में पार्षदों की संख्या 14 से घट कर आधी (7) रह जाना, कैमोर में भी एक पार्षद कम हो जाने पर भी क्षेत्रीय विधायक की कुशल रणनीति तो तभी कही जा सकती है जब पार्टी जनों को उस विधायक पर जिसने मय परिवार दो दशक से क्षेत्र में कांग्रेस और भाजपा दोनों पार्टियों को प्रायवेट एंड कंपनी बना समझ कर विधायकी की हो उस पर इतनी भी सीटें मिलने का विश्वास नहीं था जितनी सीटें मिल गईं तब तो जीत का जश्न मनाना बनता है वर्ना फिर तो………! जहां विजयराघवगढ़ में कांग्रेस ने मेहनत कर भाजपा को घुटनाटेक होने पर विवश कर दिया है तो वहीं कैमोर में कांग्रेस खुद लम्बलेट हो गई है।
एक बात और जिला पंचायत के अन्तर्गत आने वाले दो वार्ड 13 एवं 14 जो लगभग पूरी विजयराघवगढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र को कवर करते हैं वहां से सामान्य वर्ग के स्थान पर पिछड़ा वर्ग के लोगों का जीतना क्षेत्र में एक नई राजनीतिक समीकरण को जन्म देने के लिए पर्याप्त है। जो वर्ष 2023 के विधानसभा चुनाव में सामान्य वर्ग से आने वाले वर्तमान विधायक के सामने चुनौती पेश कर सकता है।
मध्यप्रदेश में दो दलीय व्यवस्था होने से जनता के सामने सांपनाथ और नागनाथ में से किसी एक को चुनना मजबूरी थी। बहुत समय से प्रदेशवासी किसी तीसरे विकल्प (नेवलानाथ) को तलाश रहे थे। सिंगरौली में बनने वाली आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) की नगर सरकार आगामी चुनावों में तीसरे विकल्प की संभावना को मजबूती प्रदान कर सकती है। प्रदेश के कई नगरीय निकायों में भी आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने बतौर पार्षद अपनी आहट दर्ज करा दी है। यह ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए कि अकेला चना भी भाड़ फोड़ सकता है।
जबलपुर में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के कद्दावर स्वयंसेवक डॉ. जितेन्द्र जामदार की पराजय को हल्के में नहीं लिया जा सकता है। डॉ. जामदार की हार भाजपा से कहीं ज्यादा आरएसएस की हार है। जिसने न केवल जबलपुर को बल्कि पूरे महाकौशल को झकझोर कर रख दिया है और इससे सारे महाकौशल की राजनीति पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव से इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता है। कमोबेश यही हाल 57 साल तक ग्वालियर में नगर सरकार बनाकर चलाने वाली भाजपा के हैं जिसने भाजपा के कद्दावर नेताओं को सदमे में ला दिया है। भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विष्णु दत्त शर्मा के आंचलिक क्षेत्र में भी कई निकायों में हैं जहां भाजपा लगभग मटियामेट सी हो गई है।

पन्ना। (www.radarnews.in) पंच-ज अभियान के अंतर्गत पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं जागरूकता सप्ताह के दौरान वन विभाग की विश्रामगंज रेंज, बीट-पुरुषोत्तमपुर शहीदन में पर्यावरण संरक्षण के संबंध में विधिक साक्षरता शिविर व पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। शिविर में राजेन्द्र कुमार पाटीदार जिला न्यायाधीश व सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण पन्ना ने महर्षि विद्या मंदिर पन्ना के सभी बच्चों को पर्यावरण संरक्षण व उसके महत्व के बारे में तथा विधिक प्रावधानों के बारे में अवगत कराया। जिला विधिक सहायता अधिकारी देवेंद्र सिंह परस्ते ने जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण द्वारा चलाई जा रही योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी।
जिला न्यायाधीश व सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण पन्ना राजेन्द्र कुमार पाटीदार ने वन कर्मचारियों-अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर पौधारोपण किया।
शिविर के बाद पौधारोपण किया गया। वन विभाग के रेंज ऑफिसर जे.पी. मिश्रा व अभिषेक दुबे ने वृक्षारोपण करने और पौधों को सुरक्षित रखने का तरीका बताया। कार्यक्रम में विद्यालय के शिक्षकगण, प्राधिकरण के देवीदीन अहिरवार, आकांक्षा गुप्ता, लोकेंद्र सिंह, खुर्शीद अहमद, पैरालीगल वॉलंटियर लोकेश रैदास व फॉरेस्ट गार्ड शामिल हुए। इस दौरान आंवला, सागवान, शीशम, बांस के पौधों का रोपण किया गया।

शादिक खान, पन्ना। (www.radarnews.in) नगरीय निकाय चुनाव-2022 के प्रथम चरण के आज घोषित नतीजों में पन्ना जिले के चार निकायों में से तीन पर सत्ताधारी दल भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने एकतरफा जीत दर्ज कराई है। नगर पालिका परिषद पन्ना, नगर परिषद अजयगढ़ व देवेंद्रनगर में कमल खिला है। जबकि नगर परिषद ककरहटी के 15 में से 8 वार्डों पर पार्षद पद के निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों ने जीत का परचम लहराकर सबकों चौंका दिया। करकरहटी के 6 वार्डों में भाजपा के पार्षद प्रत्याशी विजयी हुए हैं। निकाय चुनाव के पहले चरण में मुख्य विपक्षी दल कांग्रेस पार्टी को बेहद शर्मनाक हार का सामना करना पड़ा है। इन नतीजों ने जिले में कांग्रेस पार्टी के मौजूदा नेतृत्व की कमजोरियों और संगठन की लचर स्थिति को उजागर कर दिया है।
जिले की एकमात्र नगर पालिका परिषद पन्ना में कांग्रेस का चुनावी माहौल शुरूआती दौर में ही काफी ख़राब हो गया था। खासकर तब जब नामांकन फार्म वापसी के दौरान पन्ना नगर पालिका के वार्ड क्रमांक- 3 एवं 19 के कांग्रेस प्रत्याशियों ने अपने फार्म वापस लेकर क्रमशः भाजपा प्रत्याशी उमा पाठक व मीना पाण्डेय को निर्विरोध निर्वाचित कराने का खेला किया था। इस अप्रत्याशित घटनाक्रम के बाद नगर में आम चर्चा रही, कांग्रेस नेतृत्व ने भाजपा के दिग्गज नेताओं की पत्नियों की नपा अध्यक्ष पद की राह को आसान बनाने के लिए कथित तौर सेटिंग के तहत उन्हीं के लोगों को जानबूझकर कांग्रेस से उम्मीदवार बनाया था। नतीजतन दो प्रत्याशियों के द्वारा चुनावी मैदान छोड़ने, कई वार्डों में अपेक्षाकृत कमजोर पार्षद प्रत्याशियों को टिकिट देने तथा ककरहटी नगर परिषद के 15 में से 10 वार्डों पर कांग्रेस पार्टी को प्रत्याशी तक ढूंढे नहीं मिलने के मद्देनजर लोग बेहिचक कहने लगे थे कांग्रेस का आग़ाज़ जब इतना ख़राब है तो फिर अंजाम भी ऐसा ही होगा। आज ईवीएम से बाहर आए नगर सरकार के प्रथम चरण के चुनावी नतीजों में कांग्रेस का परफॉर्मेंस बेहद पुअर रहने से लोगों की आशंका सही साबित हुई है।

जल संकट और वार्ड की समस्याएं बेअसर

मालूम हो कि, पन्ना में भीषण जल संकट के बीच निकाय चुनाव संपन्न हुए जिसके चलते भाजपा के प्रत्याशियों को पूरे समय यह डर सताता रहा है कि उन्हें मतदाताओं की नाराजगी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। इसके अलावा यह भी माना जा रहा था कि जिन वार्डों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं के आभाव से लोग जूझ रहे हैं या फिर समस्याओं का अंबार है वहाँ एंटी इनकम्बेंसी फैक्टर प्रभावी रहेगा। जिसके चलते लोग सत्ताधारी दल भाजपा के खिलाफ जाकर वोट कर सकते हैं। इसलिए भाजपा के कुछ प्रत्याशी यह मन ही मन यह मानकर चल रहे थे कि उन्हें शायद उम्मीद के मुताबिक जन समर्थन नहीं मिलेगा। लेकिन रविवार 17 जुलाई की सुबह पन्ना के पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में मतगणना शुरू होने पर जब ईवीएम मशीनों को खोला गया तो 26 में से 17 वार्डों में चली भाजपा की जबर्दस्त आंधी में सारी आशंकाएं सूखे पत्तों की तरह उड़ गईं। वहीं पन्ना के वार्ड क्रमांक- 3 एवं 19 से भाजपा प्रत्याशी रहीं क्रमशः उमा पाठक व मीना पाण्डेय पहले ही निर्विरोध निर्वाचित हो चुकी हैं।

जनादेश ने साबित किया जनता भाजपा के साथ

पन्ना के युवा पत्रकार नीलमराज शर्मा नीलू ने भाजपा की इस प्रचण्ड जीत पर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा, ” भारतीय जनता पार्टी की जीत से यह तय हो गया है कि पन्ना में सिर्फ समस्याओं का हौवा खड़ा किया गया है, जमीनी स्तर पर लोगों को कोई परेशानी नहीं है। इसलिए भाजपा प्रत्याशियों को जनता का भरपूर समर्थन मिला है।” विदित हो कि, नगर पालिका एवं नगर परिषदों में इस बार अध्यक्ष का चुनाव अप्रत्यक्ष प्रणाली से अर्थात पार्षदों के द्वारा होना है। आज घोषित हुए नगरीय निकाय चुनाव के प्रथम चरण के नतीजों से यह साफ़ हो गया है, पन्ना समेत जिले के चारों निकायों में भाजपा के अध्यक्ष बैठेंगे और परिषदों में भाजपा का पूर्ण बहुमत रहेगा।

भाजपा के पन्ना में 19, अजयगढ़ में 11 पार्षद जीते

पन्ना के वार्ड क्रमांक-19 से निर्विरोध निर्वाचित हुईं मीना पाण्डेय को जीत का प्रमाण पत्र देते कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी पन्ना संजय कुमार मिश्र।
नगरीय निकाय निर्वाचन-2022 के प्रथम चरण में पन्ना जिले के घोषित चुनाव परिणाम अनुसार पन्ना नगर पालिका परिषद के 28 में से 19 वार्डों पर भारतीय जनता पार्टी प्रत्याशी विजयी हुए हैं। कांग्रेस पार्टी सिर्फ 6 पार्षदों तक सिमट गई। इसके अलावा 3 निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार भी जीते हैं। नगर पंचायत अजयगढ़ के 15 में से 11 वार्डों में भाजपा के पार्षद प्रत्याशियों ने जीत दर्ज कराई है। यहां कांग्रेस को सिर्फ 2 सीटें मिलीं और इतनी ही सीटें निर्दलीयों के खाते में आई हैं। नगर परिषद देवेन्द्रनगर के 15 वार्डों में से भाजपा 8, कांग्रेस 4, अन्य को 3 वार्डों में सफलता मिली है। नगर परिषद ककरहटी के 15 वार्डों में से 8 सीटों पर निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार जीते हैं। जबकि भाजपा 6 और कांग्रेस के खाते में सिर्फ 1 सीट आई है। ककरहटी में कांग्रेस की शर्मनाक स्थिति का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि, वहां तकरीबन 10 वार्डों में कांग्रेस नेतृत्व प्रत्याशी भी नहीं उतार सका। गुनौर विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत आने वाली ककरहटी नगर परिषद में लोगों ने निर्दलीय चुनाव लड़ना बेहतर समझा। मगर, कांग्रेस का टिकिट लेने को कोई तैयार नहीं हुआ। पन्ना जिले की आरक्षित गुनौर सीट से कांग्रेस के इकलौते विधायक शिवदयाल बागरी के क्षेत्र में कांग्रेस पार्टी की इतनी दुर्गति आखिर क्यों हुई प्रदेश नेतृत्व को इस पर गंभीरता पूर्वक विचार करने की जरुरत है।
