परिजनों का आरोप पुलिस की घोर लापरवाही बनी बेटे की मौत का कारण

पन्ना/अजयगढ़। रडार न्यूज़  जिले में जमीनी विवाद के चलते पिछले एक पखवाड़े में घटित दो अलग-अलग घटनाओं में चार लोगों को अपनी जान गवांनी पड़ी है। सभी की बड़ी ही बेरहमी से हत्या की गई थी। इसी कड़ी में आज एक सनसनीखेज मामला अजयगढ़ में सामने आया है। यहां के माधौगंज में रहने वाले एक नवयुवक अरविंद यादव का अधजला हुआ शव मंगलवार को फांसी के फंदे पर लटका हुआ मिला। मृतक बेहद संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में शनिवार से लापता था। अजयगढ़ में मिनचिन सागर तालाब के समीप जंगल में एक पेड़ पर बंधी रस्सी के सहारे फांसी के फंदे पर लापता अरविंद यादव पुत्र देवीदीन यादव 18 वर्ष की लाश अधजली हालत में लटकी होने की खबर आते ही सुबह-सुबह कस्बा में सनसनी फ़ैल गई। पीड़ित परिजनों का आरोप है कि अरविंद की बड़ी ही बेरहमी से हत्या कर उसके शव को जलाकर फांसी के फंदे पर लटकाया गया है।

इस वीभत्स दृश्य को जिसने भी देखा उसका कलेजा कांप उठा। मृतक के शव में कीड़े पड़ चुके थे और भीषण दुर्गंध युक्त तरल पदार्थ का रिसाव होने लगा था। फांसी के फंदे पर लटके नवयुवक के दोनों पैर भी बंधे थे। मृतक के भाई लड़कू यादव का आरोप है कि जमीनी विवाद के चलते सगे चाचा ने अरविंद का अपहरण कर उसकी बड़ी ही बेरहमी से हत्या की है। परिजनों का कहना है कि अजयगढ़ थाना पुलिस ने यदि इस घटना को गंभीरता से लेते हुए तत्परता कार्रवाई की होती तो शायद आज अरविंद जीवित होता। यही वजह है कि पीड़ित परिजनों और क्षेत्र के लोगों में पुलिस की भूमिका को लेकर गहरा असंतोष और रोष व्याप्त है। दरअसल अजयगढ़ में पुलिस रेत की वसूली में इस कदर डूबी है कि अपने मूल कार्य पर उसका ध्यान ही नहीं है। जिसका खामियाजा क्षेत्र के निर्दोष लोगों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है।

हम गिड़गिड़ाते रहे लेकिन पुलिस ने नहीं सुनी-

पिछले दिनों पन्ना जिले के पवई और धरमपुर थाना अंतर्गत जमीनी विवाद के चलते हुए खूनी संघर्ष में चार लोगों की नृशंस हत्या की दहला देने वाली घटनाओं से अजयगढ़ पुलिस ने कोई सबक नहीं लिया। स्थानीय पुलिस की सक्रियता और संवेदनशीलता का पता इसी बात से चलता है कि अरविंद के परिजनों द्वारा उसके अपहरण की तत्काल सूचना देने के बाद भी अजयगढ़ के समीप इतनी बड़ी घटना हो गई और पुलिस को चौथे दिन इसका पता चला। मृतक के भाई लड़कू यादव का आरोप है हत्या के इस जघन्य मामले में स्थानीय पुलिस द्वारा कथित तौर पर हद दर्जे की घोर लापरवाही बरती गई। शनिवार की शाम खेत से अरविंद का अपहरण होने की घटना की तत्परता से सूचना देने और संदेही का नाम तथा वजह बताने के बाद भी पुलिस ने इस मामले को तनिक भी गंभीरता से नहीं लिया। अपहृत युवक का सुराग लगाकर उसे समय रहते मुक्त कराने अथवा संदेही को हिरासत में ना लेकर पुलिस ने दूसरे दिन गुमशुदगी का मामला दर्ज करते हुए अपने कर्तव्य की इति श्री कर ली। पीड़ित परिजनों ने मीडियाकर्मियों को बताया कि वे थाना में वे पुलिस अफसरों से अपने भाई को बचाने के लिए गिड़गिड़ाते रहे लेकिन किसी ने भी हमारी नहीं सुनी। फिलहाल अरविंद की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में हुई मौत पर थाना पुलिस ने मर्ग कायम कर विवेचना में लिया है।

 विवाद का हल करने बुलाई थी पंचायत-

यादव परिवार में चल रहे जमीनी विवाद के समाधान के लिए कुछ दिन पूर्व एक सामाजिक पंचायत आयोजित हुई थी। लेकिन इसमें सर्वमान्य हल नहीं निकल सका। फलस्वरूप जमीनी विवाद के चलते अरविंद को कथित तौर पर उसके चाचा ने जान से मारने की धमकी दी थी। गौरतलब है कि लापता नवयुवक अरविंद की जघन्य हत्या मामला प्रकाश में आने और लाश मिलने के पूर्व ही उसका संदेही चाचा अपने परिवार सहित भूमिगत हो गया है। इससे हत्याकांड में उसकी संलिप्तता को लेकर संदेह और गहरा गया है।

इनका कहना है-

“पुलिस पर लगाए जा रहे लापरवाही के आरोप पूर्णतः निराधार हैं, अरविंद की पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने पर ही यह स्पष्ट हो पायेगा कि उसकी मौत कैसे हुई है। मैं वर्तमान में छुट्टी पर हूं इसलिए अधिक जानकारी नहीं दे सकता हूँ।“
