एडीजी नारकोटिक्स वरूण कपूर ने सायबर अपराधों का दिया प्रशिक्षण

सायबर सुरक्षा पर आयोजित कार्यशाला में बोले – ‘‘सायबर अपराधों के प्रति जागरूकता ही है बचाव‘‘

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज   संचार क्रांति के फलस्वरूप सूचना एवं संचार प्रौद्योगिकी का दायरा लगातार जिस तेजी से बढ़ रहा है उसी गति से सायबर क्राईम में भी वृद्धि हो रही है। सायबर अपराधों के प्रति नई पीढ़ी को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से पन्ना के छत्रशाल शासकीय स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय में शनिवार को ‘‘सायबर सुरक्षा‘‘ विषय पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला आयोजित हुई। जिसमें अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक नारकोटिक्स विभाग एवं पुलिस महानिदेशक पुलिस रेडियो प्रशिक्षण शाला इन्दौर वरूण कपूर मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में शामिल हुए। इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्यशाला में महाविद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं, फेकल्टीज एवं पुलिस के अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया व सायबर सुरक्षा के मूलमंत्रों की जानकारी प्राप्त की। इस अवसर पर एडीजी वरूण कुमार ने कहा कि वर्चुअल वल्र्ड में डाटा ही सबसे महत्वपूर्ण शक्ति है, इसलिए अपना डाटा सुरक्षित रखने के लिए हर संभव उपाय करें। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग को लेकर छात्र-छात्राओं को विशेष सतर्कता बरतने की सलाह देते हुए आपने कहा कि वर्चुअल वर्ल्ड  में कुछ भी शेयर या लाईक आदि अच्छी तरह सोच समझकर ही करें। सायबर अपराध बढ़ने के कारण बताते हुये उन्होंने कहा कि सायबर स्पेस में जो दिखता है वह होता नहीं है। लोग सुरक्षा के उपाय नहीं करते है साथ ही इससे संबंधित कानून की जानकारी भी नहीं रखते है, इसलिए सायबर अपराध का शिकार होते है। आज जहाँ पूरा विश्व मोबाईल, इंटरनेट के माध्यम से आपस में जुड़ गया है, दैनिक कार्यों में इंटरनेट का उपयोग अब सामान्य बात है, लेकिन हमें यह भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि वर्तमान समय में सबसे तीव्र गति से बढ़ने वाला अपराध सायबर अपराध है। आज आपके और आपकी डिवाईस के बीच अपराध होने की संभावना बढ़ गई है। इसी प्रकार डिजिटल फुटप्रिंट, आईडेंटीटी थेप्ट, एटीएम फ्राॅड, काल स्पूफिंग, फिसिंग, आर्थिक धोखाधड़ी, एटीएम फ्राॅड, सायबर स्टाकिंग एवं सायबर से जुड़े अपराध है जिनके बारे में जानकारी होना आवश्यक है। श्री कपूर ने कहा कि आधुनिक टेक्नालाॅजी का इस्तेमाल सुरक्षित ढंग से अपने लाभ के लिये करें न कि दूसरों को नुकसान पहुंचाने में। अब समय आ गया है जब छात्र-छात्राऐं सायबर सुरक्षा के क्षेत्र में अपना कैरियर बना सकते है। यह रोजगार का एक अत्यंत विस्तृत क्षेत्र बनकर उभरा है। छात्र-छात्राएं सायबर लाॅ के क्षेत्र में, अनुसंधान के क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षण लेकर अपने लिये सुरक्षित रोजगार तो प्राप्त कर ही सकते हैं साथ ही देशसेवा का कार्य भी कर सकते है। कार्यशाला में एडीजी वरूण कपूर ने आईटी एक्ट एवं इसकी विभिन्न धाराओं की भी जानकारी दी गई ।

इन बातों का रखें ध्यान-

  • युवा सोच-समझकर ही फेसबुक पर दोस्त बनायें।
  • इलेक्ट्रानिक्स डिवाईस का उपयोग करते समय हमेशा सुरक्षा से जुड़े पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखें।
  • सायबर दुनिया के मायाजाल में काल्पनिक चीजों के पीछे भागने की अपेक्षा मेहनत कर अपनी मंजिल प्राप्त करें।
  • मोबाईल-इंटरनेट का उपयोग करते समय प्रलोभन वाले मैसेज से बचें, क्योंकि बगैर किसी कार्य के आपको कोई भी कुछ भी निःशुल्क नहीं देगा।
  • सायबर अपराधों को नियंत्रित करने व इसके दुष्प्रभावों से बचने का सबसे सशक्त माध्यम इसकी जानकारी होना-जागरूक होना है।

कार्यशाला में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले दो सक्रिय छात्र-छात्राओं को श्री कपूर ने प्रमाण-पत्र व गोल्डन बैज प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया। श्री कपूर को कार्यशाला समापन पर प्राचार्य द्वारा स्मृति चिन्ह एवं प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्या श्रीमति किरण खरे, पुलिस अधीक्षक पन्ना रियाज इकबाल, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक पन्ना बीके सिंह परिहार, एसडीओपी पन्ना उमराव सिंह, सहित महाविद्यालय के प्राध्यापक एवं बड़ी संख्या में छात्र-छात्रायें एवं पुलिस के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
