बलात्कारी हिंदू-मुसलमान नहीं, भेड़िया नजर आएगा

देखने में आया है कि निर्भया काण्ड के बाद से हमारे देश में बलात्कार की लगभग हर घटना का राजनीतिकरण करने की कोशिश होती है। यह समाज और लोगों की मानसिकता में आई नई गिरावट है। बलात्कार पीड़िता से जाकर मिलना फोटो अवसर में बदल दिया जाता है। इंदौर के अस्पताल में भर्ती मंदसौर की बच्ची से जब भाजपा सांसद और विधायक सहानुभूति जताने पहुंचे तो विधायक जी ने पीड़िता के परिवारजनों से कहा कि सांसद जी का धन्यवाद दीजिए कि वह आपसे स्पेशली मिलने आए है।
इतना ही नहीं आजकल बलात्कार की खबर आते ही धार्मिक आधार पर चिंगारी भड़काने के लिए कुछ लोगों की फौज सन्नद्ध हो जाती है। स्कोर सेटल करने के लिए दरिंदगी और जघन्यता को भुलाकर लोग सवाल करने लगते हैं कि अब मोमबत्ती गैंग कहां छिप गई है? आखिर कब ये लोग दिल्ली, मेरठ, नागांव, मुंबई, ठाणे, नरेला, मुजफ्फरपुर वगैरह जाएंगे और उन बच्चियों के बलात्कार के खिलाफ कैंडल मार्च निकालेंगे जिनके आरोपी मुसलमान हैं? अमुक बलात्कार के बाद आपके मुंह में दही क्यों जम गया था?
मंदसौर में 6 साल की बच्ची के साथ हुए बलात्कार को भी कठुआकाण्ड के बरक्स रख कर देखने-दिखाने के प्रयास तेज हो गये हैं। इस प्रवृत्ति को महज सोशल मीडिया का ढीलापन या बेरोजगारों के शगल की तरह देख कर नजरअंदाज नहीं किया जा सकता, क्योंकि यह एक एजेण्डा के तहत अंजाम दिया जाता है। अगर पीड़िता कोई हिन्दू लड़की हुई और बलात्कारी मुसलमान तो हिंसक और घृणित प्रतिक्रियाओं की बाढ़ ही आ जाती है।
बलात्कार की घटनाओं में हिन्दू-मुसलमान-सिख-ईसाई वाला एंगल खोजना विकृत मानसिकता का द्योतक है। इसे समाज के कोढ़ की तरह देखा जाना चाहिए। पिछले कुछ समय में खबरें आई हैं कि ठाणे की 5 साल की एक लड़की का बलात्कारी मौलवी निकला। दिल्ली के 70 साल के मदरसा शिक्षक ने 9 साल की बच्ची का बलात्कारा करने के बाद उसकी हत्या याद कर दी। राजस्थान के एक मदरसा शिक्षक और उसके दोस्त ने 16 साल की लड़की का बलात्कार किया। असम के नागांव जिले में 9 साल की हिन्दू लड़की का बलात्कार 3 मुसलमान लड़कों ने किया और उसे जला कर मार डाला। बिहार में 6 साल की लड़की का बलात्कार कर उसकी हत्या करने वाला 40 साल का मोहम्मद मेराज आलम था। लेकिन इनके समर्थन में कोई खड़ा हुआ हो, ऐसा देखने-सुनने में नहीं आया। यह जरूर देखने को मिला कि उन्नाव बलात्कार काण्ड में लिप्त भाजपा विधायक को बचाने की जी-जान से कोशिश की गई, लेकिन जनाक्रोश के सामने इसमें विफलता हाथ लगी।

कठुआ काण्ड में जहां आरोपी हिंदू धर्म से संबंधित थे वहीं मंदसौर काण्ड के आरोपी मुस्लिम हैं। लेकिन दोनों जगह हुई प्रतिक्रियाओं में बुनियादी फर्क यह है कि कठुआ मामले में आरोपियों का बचाव करने के लिए हिंदू संस्थाओं से जुड़े नेता और भाजपा विधायक सड़कों पर उतर आए थे, वहीं मंदसौर में आरोपियों को फांसी दिलाने की मांग करते हुए मौलवी और काजी सड़कों पर उतर पड़े हैं और कह रहे है कि इन दरिंदों को न तो कब्र के लिए जगह दी जाएगी और न ही फातिहा पढ़ा जाएगा और तो और स्थानीय बार एसोसिएशन ने साफ कर दिया है कि बलात्कारी आसिफ और इमरान का केस लड़ने उनका कोई भी वकील अदालत में पेश नहीं होगा। इसके उलट आपको याद ही होगा कि कठुआ मामले में किस तरह पीड़िता की वकील को जान से मारने की धमकियां दी गई थीं। हत्यारों के समर्थन में रैलियां निकली थीं और भाई लोग जेब का पैसा खर्च करके वीडियो बना लए थे कि उस मंदिर में बलात्कार हो ही नहीं सकता था। बलात्कार स्त्री के साथ हुआ सबसे बड़ा अप्राकृतिक अत्याचार है। यह स्त्री के तन और मन को हमेशा के लिए रौंद कर रख देता है। इसे जब धर्म के आईने में रख कर भेदभाव किया जाता है तो इंसानियत शर्मसार हो उठती है। लेकिन राजनीति का मयार इतना गिर चुका है कि वह सबसे पहले पीड़िता की जाति और धर्म और वर्ग देखती है। नफा-नुकसान तोलकर प्रतिक्रियाएं दी जाती हैं। देश के कोने-कोने से रोजाना बलात्कार की हजारों रपटें आती हैं लेकिन मुश्किल से ही किसी को सजा मिल पाती है। अभी एक राष्ट्रीय सर्वे आया कि भारत में महिलाओं के जीने के लिए नरक जैसी परिस्थितियां बन चुकी हैं, लेकिन आत्मावलोकन की जगह केन्द्र सरकार की तरफ से उस सर्वे को ही झुठलाने की होड़ मच गई। ऐसी मानसिकता में स्त्रियों को न्याय कैसे मिलेगा?
न्याय होता हुआ दिखता भी नहीं है, इसीलिए बलात्कारियों को न समाज की शर्मिंदगी है, न कानून का खौफ। राजनीति और धर्म के ठेकेदारों की सरपरस्ती में सब कुछ डंके की चोट पर होता है। इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण है बलात्कार के प्रति हमारी संवेदनहीनता, बलात्कार की घटनाओं के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ने की हमारी कमजोर इच्छा शक्ति, महिलाओं के प्रति हमारा दोगला व्यवहार, बेटे-बेटियों की परवरिश में भेदभाव और किसी की भी बेटी के साथ हुए बलात्कार को नजरअंदाज कर जाना। इसी का फायदा उठाकर मर्दों के भीतर पलती हैवानियत मौका पाते ही झपट्टा मार देती है।
जब किसी नीच बलात्कारी के धर्म के अनुसार आपका खून खौलने की प्रतीक्षा करता है तो जांच कराइए। जरूर कहीं कुछ गड़बड़ है। और अगर किसी के कहने-समझाने पर आप ऐसा कर रहे हैं तो मनुष्यों में आपकी गिनती नहीं होगी। दूसरे की मां-बहन-बेटी को अपनी मां-बहन-बेटी की जगह रख कर देखिए, बलात्कारी हिन्दू-मुसलमान नहीं, भेड़िया नजर आएगा और आप उसे सरेआम फांसी देने की मांग करेंगे।
