नई दिल्ली। राडार न्यूज़ हिंदी माध्यम के छात्रों के लिए अच्छी खबर है, इंजीनियरिंग की पढाई अब अंग्रेजी के साथ साथ हिंदी माध्यम से भी हो सकेगी। तकनीकी संस्थानों को इससे जुड़े कोर्सो को अब हिंदी माध्यम में पढ़ाने की भी स्वतंत्रता मिलेगी। सरकार ने इसे लेकर तकनीक संस्थानों को सहूलियत दी है। साथ ही इसे प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए इंजीनियरिंग से जुड़ी किताबों को हिंदी में तैयार करने की पहल भी की है। सरकार का मानना है कि इससे छात्रों में इंजीनियरिंग को लेकर रुझान और बढ़ेगा, क्योंकि अभी भाषाई दिक्कत के चलते बड़ी संख्या में छात्र इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई से कतराते है।
एआईसीटीई से जुड़े किसी भी कोर्स को हिन्दी में पढ़ाने पर अब कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं है। कोई भी संस्थान हिंदी माध्यम में इसकी पढ़ाई करा सकते है; प्रो. अनिल सहत्रबुद्धे, अध्यक्ष, एआईसीटीई।
संस्थानों को मिलेगी अनुमति
इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई हिंदी माध्यम में कराने की यह पहल अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद (एआईसीटीई) ने की है। हाल ही में सरकार ने भी इसे मंजूरी दी है। हालांकि संस्थानों पर इसे जबरन नहीं थोपा जाएगा, बल्कि वह अपनी मर्जी से अपने संस्थान में इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में से किसी भी माध्यम में कराने के लिए स्वतंत्र रहेंगे। एआईसीटीई का मानना है कि यह पहल काफी पहले होनी चाहिए थी, लेकिन इसकी राह में सबसे बड़ी बाधा पाठ्य पुस्तकों की कमी थी। जिसे अब दूर करने की कोशिश की जा रही है। इंजीनियरिंग से जुड़ी किताबों को हिंदी में तैयार करने वाले लेखकों को प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है। पिछले दिनों केंद्रीय मंत्री सत्यपाल सिंह ने इसी कड़ी में इंजीनियरिंग पाठ्यक्रम से जुड़ी किताबों को तैयार करने वाले लेखकों को पुरस्कृत भी किया है
इंजीनियरिंग का बढ़ेगा क्रेज़
माना जा रहा है कि सरकार की इस पहल से इंजीनियरिंग संस्थानों को उबारने में भी मदद मिलेगी, क्योंकि मौजूदा समय में देश में इंजीनियरिंग संस्थान बड़ी संख्या में सीटों के खाली रहने से बंद हो रहे है। गौरतलब है कि तकनीकी शिक्षा से जुड़े आईआईटी और इंजीनियरिंग कालेजों का संचालन एआईसीटीई के नियमों के तहत होता है। इन्हें अपने यहां संचालित होने वाले प्रत्येक कोर्स को एआईसीटीई से अनुमति लेनी जरूरी है।
