पन्ना। जिला मुख्यालय पन्ना में चरम पर चल रहे आईपीएल क्रिकेट सट्टा के खिलाफ पुलिस में तीन अलग-अलग स्थानों पर छापेमारी करते हुये चार सटोरियों को गिरफ्तार करने का दावा किया है। पकड़े गये आरोपियों से पुलिस ने 43500 रूपये, 8 नग मोबाईल फोन, 3 कलर टीव्ही आदि सामग्री बरामद की है। पकड़े गये सटोरियों में फिरोज खान पिता याकूब खान निवासी रानीबाग टगरा, आमिर खान पिता मुस्तफा निवासी रानीगंज मोहल्ला, फिरोज मंसूरी पिता नब्बी मंसूरी निवासी मठ्या तालाब के पास और नामी सटोरिया मुकेश मोदी पिता पुरूषोत्तम लाल मोदी शामिल हैं। पुलिस की छापामार कार्यवाही को लेकर नगर में आम चर्चा है कि यह सिर्फ खानापूर्ति के लिए की गई है। बड़े स्तर पर हाईटेक आईपीएल सट्टा खिला रहे प्रभावशाली सट्टोरियों के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही न होने से कोतवाली पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। मजेदार बात यह है कि छापामार कार्यवाही में पकड़े गये नामी सटोरिया मुकेश मोदी के जैन मंदिर के पीछे रानीगंज मोहल्ला स्थित घर से नोट गिनने की मशीन तो मिली पर नगदी सिर्फ 27500 रूपये ही जप्त हुये हैं। इसके अलावा एक एलसीडी टीव्ही, डीटूएच सेटअप बॉक्स , 30 नग सट्टा पर्ची, एक मोबाईल फोन भी जप्त हुआ है। वहीं पन्ना के समीपी ग्राम टगरा में अपने घर से आईपीएल सट्टा खिलवा रहे फिरोज खान पिता याकूब खान से पुलिस ने 8400रूपये नगद, 3 मोबाईल फोन, एक कलर टीव्ही, सेटअप बॉक्स और एक कॉपी जप्त की है, जिसमें क्रिकेट मैच की पारियों का हिसाब दर्ज होना बताया गया है। रानीगंज मोहल्ला में स्थित एक महिला के रिहायसी घर से आईपीएल क्रिकेट सट्टा खिला रहे आमिर पिता मुस्तफा खान एवं फिरोज मंसूरी के कब्जे से पुलिस ने तीन मोबाईल फोन, एक टीव्ही मय सेटअप बॉक्स , 3600 रूपये नगद एवं दो रजिस्टर जप्त किये हैं जिनमें आईपीएल मैचों के सट्टे का हिसाब-किताब दर्ज है।
इन स्थानों से चल रहा सट्टा

आईपीएल क्रिकेट के चालू सीजन में पुलिस ने पन्ना से पूर्व देवेन्द्रनगर में हाईटेक सट्टा के खिलाफ कार्यवाई को अंजाम देते हुये मुकेश जैन नामक सटोरिया को गिरफ्तार किया था। ऑनलाइन क्रिकेट सट्टा खिलाने वाले इस आरोपी के कब्जे से पुलिस ने एक60 पेज का एक रजिस्टर बरामद होने की जानकारी दी थी। जिसमें सट्टा खेलने वालों को ब्यौरा दर्ज होना बताया गया था। लेकिन देवेन्द्रनगर पुलिस ने आज तक सट्टा लगाने वालों के नाम सार्वजनिक नहीं किये हैं। यह भी नहीं बताया गया कि सटोरिया मुकेश जैन और पन्ना से पकड़े गये सट्टा खिलाने वालों के तार ऊपर किससे जुड़े हैं। इस गेम का बॉक्स कौन है। देवेन्द्रगनर और पन्ना की कार्यवाही में एक बात काॅमन है कि सटोरियों के मोबाईल में एक विशेष एप्लीकेशन डॉऊनलोड थी जिसमें सट्टा की बुकिंग की रिकार्डिंग और सट्टा का भाव पता चलता था। पन्ना पुलिस की मंशा यदि वाकई आईपीएल सट्टा पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाने की है तो उसे सटोरियों से जप्त मोबाईल फोन, रजिस्टर आदि के ब्यौरों और आरोपियों से पूंछतांछ के आधार पर सट्टा लगाने वालों और इस गेम को संचालित करने वालों के नाम भी उजागर करने चाहिये
