लाड़ली लक्ष्मी योजना का कानून बनेगा
प्रदेश में 23 जून से 6 जुलाई तक विकास पर्व मनेगा
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ‘दिल से’ कार्यक्रम में
भोपाल। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि राज्य सरकार ने बीते एक वर्ष में लगभग तीस हजार करोड़ रूपये अलग अलग योजनाओं में किसानों के खातों में पहुँचाने का काम किया है। सामाजिक सुरक्षा का चक्र हर गरीब के साथ जोड़ने की मुख्यमंत्री जन कल्याण योजना की शुरूआत आगामी 13 जून से की जा रही है। राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि लाड़ली लक्ष्मी योजना का कानून बनाया जायेगा, इसके लिये आगामी विधानसभा सत्र में विधेयक लाया जायेगा। प्रदेश में आगामी 23 जून से 06 जुलाई तक विकास पर्व मनाया जायेगा। विकास पर्व का शुभारंभ प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी 23 जून को करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान आज ‘दिल से’ कार्यक्रम के तहत विद्यार्थियों, मजदूरों और किसानों से सीधा संवाद कर रहे थे।
शिक्षा प्राप्त करना बुनियादी अधिकार-
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि आज करीब 22 हजार प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों को लैपटॉप के लिये राशि दी गई है। राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि कक्षा 12वी में 75 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंक लाने वाले सभी विद्यार्थियों को लैपटॉप दिया जायेगा। इससे अब करीब 40 हजार विद्यार्थियों को और लैपटॉप दिया जायेगा। विद्यार्थियों की कैरियर काउंसलिंग के लिये 12वीं में 70 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा अंक लाने वाले विद्यार्थियों की काउंसलिंग की गई है। दूसरे चरण में 70 प्रतिशत से कम अंक लाने वाले विद्यार्थियों की काउंसलिंग की जायेगी। तीसरे चरण में जो विद्यार्थी उत्तीर्ण नहीं हुये हैं उनकी काउंसलिंग की जायेगी। शिक्षा प्राप्त करना बुनियादी अधिकार है। मध्यप्रदेश का कोई भी बच्चा धन के अभाव में शिक्षा से वंचित नहीं रहेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री जन कल्याण योजना की शुरूआत 13 जून से-
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश के किसानों को मुख्यमंत्री कृषक समृद्धि योजना, समर्थन मूल्य पर प्रोत्साहन राशि, सूखा राहत, फसल बीमा योजना सहित विभिन्न योजनाओं में गत एक वर्ष में तीस हजार करोड़ रूपये की सहायता दी गई है। खेती को लाभ का धंधा बनाने के लिये राज्य सरकार कृत संकल्पित है। इसके लिये अनेक उपाय किये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री जन कल्याण योजना गरीब की जिंदगी बदलने वाली योजना है। इस योजना के माध्यम से शोषित, वंचित और पीड़ित वर्ग को न्याय देने का काम किया जा रहा है। इसमें गरीबों की सभी बुनियादी जरूरतों को पूरा किया जायेगा। यह योजना आगामी 13 जून को शुरू हो रही है। इसमें गरीबों को आवास का पट्टा, गरीबों के बच्चों की पढ़ाई, चिकित्सा सहायता, प्रसूति सहायता, मृत्यु होने पर सहायता और कौशल विकास के लिये मदद दी जायेगी।
बिजली बिलों के लिये आगामी जुलाई-अगस्त माह में विशेष कैम्प-
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने बिजली के बिलों का सरलीकरण करने का निर्णय लिया है। आगामी जुलाई और अगस्त माह में ग्रामों के समूहों में विशेष कैम्प लगाये जायेंगे, जिनमें मुख्यमंत्री जन कल्याण योजना में पंजीकृत श्रमिकों के बिल जमाकर उन्हें शून्य बिल का प्रमाण पत्र दिया जायेगा। इस तरह उनके बिजली बिलों के पिछला बकाया राज्य सरकार भरेगी। इसके बाद उन्हें फ्लैट रेट पर दो सौ रूपये प्रति माह का बिल दिया जायेगा। राज्य सरकार ने लाड़ली लक्ष्मी योजना का कानून बनाने का निर्णय लिया है। प्रदेश में अब तक 27 लाख 80 हजार लाड़ली लक्ष्मी हैं। योजना का कानून बनाने से इसका बेहतर क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित होगा।
15 जुलाई से व्यापक वृक्षारोपण अभियान-
श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की पहल पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने 21 जून को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस घोषित किया है। शरीर को स्वस्थ्य रखने के लिये योग आवश्यक है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने स्वच्छता को जनआंदोलन का रूप दिया है। प्रदेश के सभी शहरों को स्वच्छ बनाने के लिये काम किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में आगामी 15 जुलाई से 15 अगस्त तक व्यापक वृक्षारोपण का अभियान चलाया जायेगा। गत जून माह में प्रदेश में नदियों के गहरीकरण का कार्य किया गया है। इसमें शामिल होने वाले सभी नागरिकों को बधाई। नर्मदा सेवा मिशन के तहत नदी संरक्षण का काम किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश को आगे बढ़ाने में सभी नागरिक सहयोग करें। मध्यप्रदेश को सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने के लिये अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ योगदान करें।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने अपने संबोधन में उपलब्धियों के लिये माउंट एवरेस्ट के शिखर पर पहुँचने वाली सीहोर जिले की कुमारी मेघा परमार, नीट की परीक्षा में रैंक लाने वाली शबिस्ता खान और संकल्प केशरी, जकार्ता में आयोजित एशियन सेलिंग चेम्पियनशिप के भारतीय दल में चयन होने वाले प्रदेश के आठ खिलाड़ियों आशीष विश्वकर्मा, गोविंद वैरागी, सतीश यादव, कु. उमा चौहान, कु. रितिका दांगी, एकता यादव, शौला चार्लस और हर्षिता तोमर को बधाई दी। उन्होंने भोपाल के सपूत शहीद मेजर अजय प्रसाद को उनकी 19वीं पुण्य तिथि पर तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश की पूर्व राज्यपाल और प्रदेश की पूर्व मंत्री स्वर्गीय श्रीमती उर्मिला सिंह के निधन पर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी। उन्होंने शहीद बिरसा मुण्डा और स्वर्गीय डा.श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी का स्मरण भी किया।
