अमहा सिंचाई योजना की नहरों के विस्तार से 333 एकड़ भूमि में अतिरिक्त सिंचाई

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज    मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान अपने पुर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के तहत बुधवार 25 जुलाई 2018 को दमोह से पन्ना जिला पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने पवई जनपद मुख्यालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में अमहा लघु सिंचाई नहर विस्तारीकरण योजना तथा पवई एवं शाहनगर विकासखण्ड के 158 ग्रामों को शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने हेतु पवई मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना पर आधारित ग्रामीण समूह जल प्रदाय योजना का शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान प्रदेश की राज्यमंत्री एवं जिले की प्रभारी मंत्री श्रीमति ललिता यादव, खजुराहो सांसद नागेन्द्र सिंह, बुदेलखण्ड प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष रामकृष्ण कुसमरिया, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष रविराज सिंह यादव, पूर्व मंत्री ब्रजेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह, भाजपा नेता उमेश सोनी सहित विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधिगण, कार्यपालन यंत्री जल संसाधन विभाग पवई बी.एल. दादौरिया, महाप्रबंधक मध्य्प्रदेश जलनिगम मर्यादित कुलदीप सिंह कलम, एसडीएम पवई अभिषेक सिंह ठाकुर, मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जनपद पवई सतीष सिंह,पत्रकारबन्धु, गणमान्य नागरिक एवं बड़ी संख्या में आमजन मौजूद रहे।

डेढ़ लाख की आबादी को मिलेगा शुद्ध पेयजल

उल्लेखनीय है कि पवई एवं शाहनगर विकासखण्ड के 158 ग्रामों के लिए शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने की इस ग्रामीण समूह जल प्रदाय योजना की लागत 211.32 करोड़ रूपये है। योजना का क्रियान्वयन मध्यप्रदेश जल निगम मर्यादित भोपाल के माध्यम से किया जा रहा है। जिसकी निर्माण एजेन्सी मेसर्स यूनीप्रो. लिमिटेड हरियाणा है। महाप्रबंधक मध्य्प्रदेश जलनिगम मर्यादित कुलदीप सिंह कलम ने बताया कि योजना में शामिल 158 ग्रामों में से अधिकांश में वर्तमान में हैण्डपम्पों के माध्यम से शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। लेकिन ग्रीष्मकाल में इनमें से अधिकांश हैण्डपम्पों में जल स्तर कम हो जाने के कारण पेयजल संकट हो जाता है। इस योजना के माध्यम से इन ग्रामों की लगभग एक लाख 47 हजार 283 की आबादी का प्रारंभ में 14.73 मिलियन लीटर शुद्ध पेयजल प्रतिदिन प्रत्येक घर में उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। यह योजना 20 वर्ष के लिए रूपांकित जनसंख्या जो वर्ष 2035 तक लगभग 2 लाख 6 हजार 197 होगी, को कुल 20.62 मिलियन लीटर शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए तैयार की गयी है। इस योजना के तहत लगभग 35348 घरों में नल कनेक्शन प्रदाय किए जाएंगे।

अमहा लघु सिंचाई नहर विस्तारीकरण योजना
मोहन्द्रा के समीप स्थित अमहा सिंचाई जलाशय।

कार्यपालन यंत्री जल संसाधन संभाग पवई बी.एल. दादौरिया ने बताया कि अमहा लघु सिंचाई योजना का निर्माण 15 वर्ष पूर्व किया गया था। तालाब में जीवित जल भराव क्षमता 5.02 मिलियन घन मीटर है। योजना से 395 एकड़ खरीफ एवं 1200 एकड़ रबी क्षेत्र की सिंचाई का प्रावधान किया गया था। योजना से रूपांकित क्षेत्र की सिंचाई करने के बाद तालाब में लगभग 0.80 मिलियन घन मीटर पानी रबी सिंचाई के बाद शेष रहता था। इसका मुख्य कारण तालाब का कैचमेंट क्षेत्र पहाड़ियों से घिरा होना है। जिससे माह दिसंबर तक तालाब में पानी की आवक निरंतर रहती है। तालाब में शेष उपलब्ध पानी से ठिंगरी माईनर के अंतिम छोर से 3.25 किलोमीटर नहर की लम्बाई में वृद्धि एवं 2.50 किलोमीटर मोहन्द्रा सबमाईनर का निर्माण किया जाएगा। योजना की प्रशासकीय स्वीकृति मध्यप्रदेश जल संसाधन विभाग द्वारा 105.89 लाख की जारी गयी है। योजना निर्माण के उपरांत ग्राम-ठिंगरी, पडरिया, रानीपुरा एवं मोहन्द्रा की 333 एकड़ भूमि में अतिरिक्त सिंचाई की जा सकेगी।
