मुख्यमंत्री निवास में मनाया गया अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस
भोपाल। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि योग जीवन को अर्थपूर्ण बनाता है। श्री चौहान आज मुख्यमंत्री निवास में आयोजित चौथे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस कार्यक्रम में स्कूली बच्चों को संबोधित कर रहे थे। कार्यक्रम का आयोजन स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के तत्वावधान में राज्य-स्तरीय योग प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र द्वारा किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने बच्चों से कहा कि रोज आधा घंटा योग करें। नियमित योगाभ्यास से ही योग के फायदे मिलेंगे। योगासन, प्राणायाम को जीवन का अभिन्न अंग बनायें। उन्होंने कहा कि योग से शरीर मजबूत होता है। मन प्रसन्न और बुद्धि प्रखर बनती है। खूब मन लगाकर पढ़ें। अच्छे अंक लायें। उच्च शिक्षा की फीस राज्य सरकार भरवाएगी।
योगाभ्यास में भोपाल के विभिन्न स्कूलों के 500 से अधिक बच्चे शामिल हुए। बच्चों ने योगासन और प्राणायाम का अभ्यास किया।
