राजभवन परिसर में योगाभ्यास कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुईं राज्यपाल
भोपाल। राज्यपाल श्रीमती आनंदीबेन पटेल ने कहा है कि योग शरीर को रोगमुक्त रखने के लिए सबसे सस्ता और सरल उपाय है। योग से मन को शांति तथा मस्तिष्क को ताकत मिलती है। मन में अच्छे विचार उत्पन्न होते हैं। काम करने में मन लगता है। श्रीमती पटेल ने बतायाकि हमारे ऋषि-मुनियों ने भी योग के द्वारा अपने मन, मस्तिष्क को स्वस्थ रखकर दीर्घायु तक तपस्या और आराधना की। राज्यपाल आज अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर 21 जून, 2018 को राजभवन में होने वाले योग कार्यक्रम के पूर्व अभ्यास कार्यक्रम को संबोधित कर रही थीं। राजभवन में आज हुए योगाभ्यास में राज्यपाल के साथ राजभवन के अधिकारी, कर्मचारी और गणमान्य लोगों ने भाग लिया।
योग गुरू राजेश जैन त्रिलोक ने योगाभ्यास करवाया। इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के योग दिवस संदेश का प्रसारण भी किया गया। राज्यपाल श्रीमती पटेल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने योग को जन-आंदोलन बनाकर इससे लोगों को जोड़ने और मानवता के बंधन को मजबूत करने का आव्हान किया है। संपूर्ण वैश्विक समुदाय 21 जून को योग के पहले अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस का जश्न मनाने के समर्थन में एक साथ है। दुनिया भर में कई लोग और संगठन योग के पहले अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस को यादगार बनाने की दिशा में काम कर रहे हैं। राज्यपाल ने प्रदेशवासियों से आग्रह किया है कि प्रधानमंत्री के योग दिवस संकल्प को पूरा करने के लिए 21 जून को अधिक से अधिक संख्या में योग कार्यक्रम में शामिल हों। इस अवसर राज्यपाल के सचिव भरत महेश्वरी तथा बड़ी संख्या में योग प्रेमी उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम में लगभग 500 पुरूष और महिलाओं ने योगाभ्यास किया।
