केले की क्षतिग्रस्त फसलों को देखने खेतों में पहुँचे मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान
मुख्यमंत्री ने केला उत्पादक किसानों के लिये कीं महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएँ
भोपाल। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान आज बुरहानपुर जिले में आँधी-तूफान से क्षतिग्रस्त केले की फसलों का जायजा लेने सीधे खेतों में पहुँचे। फसलों को हुए नुकसान से किसानों को राहत देने का भरोसा दिलाते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केला उत्पादक किसानों को प्राकृतिक आपदा से हुई क्षति का अधिकतम मुआवजा दिलाया जाएगा। श्री चौहान ने घोषणा की कि राज्य सरकार राजस्व पुस्तक परिपत्र के प्रावधानों में शीघ्र ही संशोधन करेगी और किसानों को देय 13 हजार 500 रुपये प्रति हैक्टेयर मुआवजा राशि में लगभग साढ़े सात गुना वृद्धि करते हुए एक लाख रुपये प्रति हैक्टेयर मुआवजा देगी।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्राकृतिक आपदा की इस घड़ी में राज्य सरकार केला उत्पादक किसानों के साथ है। किसानों को हर संकट से राहत दिलवाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं जानता हूँ कि केले की फसल बहुत नाजुक होती है, आँधी-तूफान से एक बार अगर पौधे का तना टेड़ा हो जाये, तो पूरा पौधा खराब हो जाता है। श्री चौहान ने किसानों को राहत देने के लिये महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएँ करते हुए कहा कि केला उत्पादक किसानों को फसल बीमा योजना में अधिकतम बीमा राशि दिलवाने के लिये बीमा कम्पनी और भारत सरकार के अधिकारियों से चर्चा की जाएगी। क्षतिग्रस्त फसलों के लिये संबंधित किसानों का बिजली बिल राज्य सरकार भरेगी। फसल ऋण की वसूली को फिलहाल स्थगित किया जाएगा।
खेतों से केले की क्षतिग्रस्त फसल को हटाकर खेत को साफ करने के कार्य के लिये छोटे और सीमांत किसानों को रोजगार गारंटी योजना में मजदूरी का भुगतान करवाया जाएगा। केला उत्पादक किसानों के फसल ऋण का ब्याज राज्य सरकार भरेगी और केले की अगली फसल के लिये किसानों को बिना ब्याज का ऋण उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने ग्राम उमरदा में कृषक काशीनाथ और शहपुर में कृषक अनिल महाजन और भागवत के खेतों में जाकर केले की क्षतिग्रस्त फसलों का जायजा लिया। इस मौके पर महिला बाल विकास मंत्री श्रीमती अर्चना चिटनिस, सांसद नन्दकुमार सिंह चौहान, विधायक सुश्री मंजु दादू, महापौर अनिल भोंसले, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्षसंजय जाधव, स्थानीय जन-प्रतिनिधि और वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी भी मौजूद थे।
