युवती ने प्रेमी के खिलाफ पुलिस थाना में दर्ज कराई रिपोर्ट
शादी का झांसा देकर नौ माह से कर रहा था यौन शोषण
शाहनगर। रडार न्यूज बुन्देलखण्ड अंचल के पन्ना में पिछले एक माह से लगातार यौन शोषण और दुष्कर्म के हैरान करने वाले मामले सामने आ रहे है। जिनके कारण पन्ना जिला गलत वजहों से सुर्खियों में बना है। यहां के शाहनगर थाना अंतर्गत एक युवक ने विवाह के कुछ दिन बाद पत्नी को चरित्र संदेह पर वापिस उसके घर भेजने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। दरअसल सुहागरात के दिन युवक को जब यह पता चला कि उसकी 19 वर्षीय नवविवाहिता पत्नी गर्भवती है तो उसके पैरों तले से जमीन खिसक गई। इस अप्रत्याशित घटनाक्रम की जानकारी उसने अपने परिजनों को दी और फिर ससुराल पक्ष के लोग नवविवाहिता को 23 जून 2018 को वापिस उसके घर छोड़ गये। ससुराल पक्ष ने युवती के परिजनों को अपनी बदनामी और उनके बेटे के भविष्य को चैपट करने का उलाहना देते हुए उसे रखने से साफतौर पर मना कर दिया है। मालूम हो कि शाहनगर थाना क्षेत्र की उक्त युवती का विवाह 18 जून 2018 को ही हुआ था। विवाह की खुशियों के बीच उस समय अचानक भुचाल आ गया जब ससुराल पक्ष को बहु के तकरीबन 7 माह की गर्भवती होने का पता चला। गर्भवती होने के खुलासे के बाद चैतरफा शर्मिंदगी का सामना कर रही युवती ने अपनी इस हालत के लिए प्रेमी राजेश गड़ारी को जिम्मेदार ठहराया है। उसने अपने परिजनों के साथ शाहनगर थाना पहुंचकर ग्राम मंहगवा सरकार निवासी राजेश गड़ारी पुत्र फग्गू गड़ारी के खिलाफ यौन शोषण करने की रिपोर्ट लिखाई है। युवती का आरोप है कि शादी का झांसा देकर राजेश पिछले नौ माह से उसका दैहिक शोषण कर रहा था। मना करने पर राजेश द्वारा उसे शीघ्र विवाह करने का भरोसा दिलाया गया। बाद में युवती के गर्भवती होने पर राजेश ने विवाह करने से मना कर दिया। इस बीच परिजनों ने दूसरी जगह विवाह कर दिया। पीड़िता की रिपोर्ट पर शाहनगर थाना पुलिस ने उसके प्रेमी राजेश के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म व एससी-एसटी एक्ट की धाराओं के तहत् प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर मामले को विवेचना में लिया है। फिलहाल आरोपी फरार है। तीन परिवारों को प्रभावित करने वाला यह घटनाक्रम क्षेत्र में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।
इनका कहना है- ‘‘युवती की रिपोर्ट पर अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के प्रयास किये जा रहे है। आरोपी को शीघ्र ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया जायेगा।‘‘
