भोपाल। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इंदौर, मंदसौर और सतना में मासूम बेटियों से हुई ज्यादती की घटनाओं के संबंध में कहा है कि ये घटनाएं हृदय विदारक हैं, अंदर तक झकझोर देती हैं। जो लोग ऐसा काम करते हैं, वे राक्षस हैं, नरपिशाच हैं। ऐसे लोग धरती पर रहने लायक नहीं हैं। ऐसे व्यक्तियों को फाँसी के फंदे पर लटकाना चाहिये। इसके बिना खौफ पैदा नहीं होगा।

श्री चौहान ने आज यहां इलेट्रानिक मीडिया में अपना वक्तव्य देते हुए कहा कि अक्सर देखा गया है कि निचली अदालत में दरिंदों को फाँसी की सजा हो जाती है। फिर ऊपरी अदालतों में प्रकरण जाता है और प्रक्रिया लंबी हो जाती है। दुष्टों को फाँसी देने में देर हो जाती है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे मामलों में जल्दी सुनवाई के लिये फास्ट ट्रेक कोर्ट बनाने के लिये सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस को पत्र लिखकर अनुरोध किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उच्च अदालतों में भी फास्ट ट्रेक कोर्ट बनाकर सुनवाई होना चाहिये ताकि जल्दी से जल्दी ऐसे नरपिशाचों को फांसी हो सके।

श्री चौहान ने कहा कि वे अभियान चलायेंगे कि मासूम बेटियों से ज्यादती करने वाले दरिदों को किसी भी कीमत पर फाँसी की सजा मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि बलात्कारियों को जेल से कदापि नहीं छोड़ा जाना चाहिये। ऐसे लोग मानसिक रूप से विकृत हैं। वे दोबारा समाज में आकर फिर घिनौना काम करेंगे। इनका सही ठिकाना यह दुनिया नहीं है। श्री चौहान ने कहा कि मुझे दरिंदगी का शिकार हुई बेटियों के स्वास्थ्य की चिंता है। उनके स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा करना मेरी सरकार का परम कर्तव्य है।
