साथियों की मौत का बदला लेने की फिराक में नक्सली

छत्तीसगढ़। रडार न्यूज महाराष्ट्र और तेलंगाना के लगभग 50 नक्सली दल एकजुट होकर किसी बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम देने की फिराक में हैं. महाराष्ट्र के गढ़चिरौली में हाल ही में तीन दर्जन से ज्यादा नक्सलियों के मारे जाने के बाद ये संगठित नक्सली दल पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों से बदला लेने की तैयारी में हैं. आईबी के इनपुट के बाद तीनों राज्यों ने अपनी सरहद पर चौकसी बढ़ा दी है. वीआईपी और वीवीआईपी को भी नक्सली मंसूबों से वाकिफ कर सतर्क किया गया है. छत्तीसगढ़ के बीजापुर में भैरमगढ़ और केशकुतुल के जंगलों में फेंके गए पर्चों के जरिये नक्सलियों ने अपने मंसूबों से पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों को वाकिफ कराया है. इन पर्चों और बैनर पोस्टरों के जरिये नक्सलियों ने किसी बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम देने की चेतावनी दी है. दरअसल महाराष्ट्र के गढ़चिरौली में पिछले महीने 22 अप्रैल को 36 से ज्यादा नक्सलियों को मार गिराए जाने और छत्तीसगढ़ और तेलंगाना की सरहद पर कई नक्सलियों के धर दबोचे जाने से नक्सली बौखलाए हुए हैं. वो हर हाल में अपने साथियों की मौत का बदला लेना चाहते हैं. पुलिस नक्सली मुठभेड़ के इतिहास में कभी भी एक साथ तीन दर्जन से ज्यादा नक्सली नहीं मारे गए. लिहाजा गढ़चिरौली की मुठभेड़ ने पूरे नक्सली आंदोलन को हिला कर रख दिया है.

लिहाजा कुख्यात नक्सली नेता हिड़मा के नेतृत्व में तमाम नक्सली दलों को एकजुट कर पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों से बदला लेने की व्यूह रचना रची जा रही है. छत्तीसगढ़ में बस्तर के कई हिस्सों से नक्सलियों के जमावड़े और मूवमेंट की खुफिया खबर मिलने के बाद पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों से लेकर विधायकों, सांसदों, मंत्रियों समेत महत्वपूर्ण लोगों को सतर्क किया गया है. उधर पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों के जवान भी नक्सलियों से आरपार की लड़ाई के मूड में हैं. गढ़चिरौली एनकाउंटर में बड़ी तादाद में नक्सलियों के मारे जाने से इन जवानों का हौसला बुलंद है. महाराष्ट्र और तेलंगाना से सटी छत्तीसगढ़ की सरहद पर कड़ी चौकसी बरती जा रही है. यहां के जंगलों के भीतर पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों के जवान नक्सलियों को मुंहतोड़ जवाब देने के लिए मोर्चा संभाले हुए हैं. सरहदों के घने जंगलों में नक्सली जमावड़े की खबर मिलने के बाद एक जॉइंट ऑपरेशन के तहत नक्सलियों की घेराबंदी शुरू हो गई है.

45 डिग्री तापमान के बीच जवानों ने जंगल के भीतर दाखिल होकर न1क्सलियों के अरमानों पर पानी फेरना शुरू कर दिया है. गर्मी के मौसम में जंगल में दाखिल होना कम खतरनाक नहीं होता. पतझड़ की वजह से जंगल के पेड़ों से पत्तियां गिर जाती हैं और ठूंठ में तब्दील हो जाती हैं. इससे विजिबिलिटी बढ़ जाती है. इस दौरान जंगल के भीतर पहले से ही मोर्चा संभाले नक्सली पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों पर अंधाधुंध फायरिंग कर देते हैं. यही नहीं गर्मी की वजह से सांप और दूसरे जहरीले जीव भी अपने बिलों से बाहर आ जाते हैं. ऐसे मे अपनी जान जोखिम में डाल कर ये जवान नक्सलियों  से लोहा लेने के लिए डटे हुए हैं. नक्सली चेतावनी के मद्देनजर पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों के जवानों को पूरे लाव लश्कर के साथ जंगलों में उतारा गया है. नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी वाले कुछ चिन्हित इलाकों में आधुनिक हथियारों और संचार माध्यमों से लैस फोर्स उतारी गई है. एक जॉइंट ऑपरेशन के तहत पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों के जवान नक्सलियों को मुंहतोड़ जवाब देने की तैयारी में हैं.

हालांकि गरियाबंद के जंगलों में IED ब्लास्ट की चपेट में आने से दो जवानों के शहीद होने और चार जवानों के जख्मी होने की खबर है. इसके बावजूद सुरक्षाबलों के हौसले बुलंद नजर आ रहे हैं. महाराष्ट्र और तेलंगाना से सटी छत्तीसगढ़ की सरहद पर सेना के हेलीकॉप्टरों को भी ख़ास इलाकों में पहले ही मौजूद रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं. एक गोपनीय इनपुट के आधार पर तेलंगाना की सरहद पर हिड़मा की मौजूदगी और उसके साथ करीब 250 नक्सलियों के जमावड़े की भी खबर है. पुलिस और केंद्रीय सुरक्षाबलों के जवानों ने महाराष्ट और छत्तीसगढ़ की सरहद के कई हिस्सों से नक्सली चेतावनी के पर्चे बरामद कर उन इलाकों में अपनी मौजूदगी दर्ज कराई है. CRPF, ITBP, BSF और छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस का दस्ता जंगल के भीतर दाखिल होकर नक्सलियों को सबक सिखाने में जुटा है.
