मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आष्टा जिला सीहोर में नर्मदा-पार्वती लिंक परियोजना के प्रथम एवं द्वितीय चरण का भूमि-पूजन किया।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान द्वारा 3415 करोड़ की नर्मदा-पार्वती लिंक परियोजना का शिलान्यास 

डेढ़ लाख से ज्यादा बीमित कृषकों के खातों में 482 करोड़ रुपये की राशि हुई जमा 

भोपाल। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आज सीहोर जिले की महत्वाकांक्षी नर्मदा-पार्वती लिंक परियोजना का शिलान्यास किया। परियोजना के पहले और दूसरे चरण में इंदिरा सागर जलाशय से लगभग 295 मीटर ऊँचाई तक पानी लिफ्ट कर किसानों के खेतों तक पाइप लाइन से पहुँचाया जायेगा। इसके लिए पहला पंपिंग स्टेशन कन्नौद तहसील के धरमपुरी में बनाया जाएगा। दूसरे पंपिंग स्टेशन से आष्टा तहसील के सिंगारचोली गाँव के पास निर्मित जंक्शन स्ट्रक्चर में डालकर खेतों तक पहुँचाने की व्यवस्था होगी। योजना से सीहोर जिले की आष्टा, जावर तथा इछावर तहसील के 187 गाँव का लगभग ढाई लाख एकड़ रकबा सिंचित होगा। 
आष्टा में आज संपन्न शिलान्यास समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि परियोजना के पूरा होने पर सीहोर जिले के किसानों की तकदीर और क्षेत्र की तस्वीर बदलेगी। परियोजना से किसानों को ढाई हेक्टेयर तक के चक में पाइप लाइन से सिंचाई के लिए पानी उपलब्ध होगा। योजना से सीहोर जिले के उन किसानों को सिंचाई का लाभ मिलने लगेगा, जो भौगोलिक रूप से नर्मदा नदी से ऊँचाई पर बसे हैं। किसानों को सिंचाई के लिए पानी जल्दी मिल सके, इसके लिए नहरों के स्थान पर पाइप लाइन से सिंचाई की व्यवस्था की जा रही है।

नर्मदा-क्षिप्रा-कालीसिंध-पार्वती को जोड़ने पर 20 लाख करोड़ खर्च होंगे-

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि नर्मदा-क्षिप्रा-कालीसिंध-पार्वती नदियों को जोड़ा जा रहा है। इस पर करीब 20 लाख करोड़ की लागत आएगी और साढ़े सात लाख हेक्टेयर ऐसे क्षेत्र में सिंचाई हो सकेगी, जहाँ किसान केवल अच्छी वर्षा होने पर ही फसल ले पाते थे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस परियोजना के पूरा होने पर क्षेत्र में पीने के पानी की समस्या से भी निजात मिलेगी।मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि सरकार हर हाल में किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति सुधारने और खेती को लाभ का व्यवसाय बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। आज ही सीहोर जिले के एक लाख इक्यावन हजार से अधिक किसानों के खातों में फसल बीमा योजना की 482 करोड़ से अधिक राशि जमा करवाई गई है। पिछले साल बेचे गए गेहूँ पर 200 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के मान से बोनस दिया गया। श्री चौहान ने विभिन्न फसलों का समर्थन मूल्य बढ़ाए जाने पर प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि इसका लाभ भी प्रदेश के किसानों को मिलेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश की सोयाबीन को चीन निर्यात करने के प्रयास भी किए जा रहे हैं, इससे भी प्रदेश के किसानों को फायदा होगा।

मध्यप्रदेश के असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों के लिए शुरू की गई संबल योजना की जानकारी देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि यह योजना देश भर में अनूठी है। अभी तक प्रदेश में करीब दो करोड़ असंगठित श्रमिकों ने योजना में अपना पंजीयन करवाया है। गरीब परिवारों के बच्चों को नि:शुल्क शिक्षा, चिकित्सा देने की व्यवस्था संबल योजना में की गई है।मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि अब बिजली के भारी-भरकम बिल गरीबों को परेशान नहीं करेंगे। प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में शिविर लगाकर गरीबों के बिजली के बिल माफ किए जा रहे हैं। इसके बाद उन्हें हर माह 200 रुपये महीने के मान से बिजली बिल दिए जाएंगे। इसमें चार बल्ब, दो पंखे, एक कूलर और टी.वी. चलाया जा सकेगा। अंसगठित क्षेत्र के पंजीकृत श्रमिकों को रहने के लिए जमीन तथा मकान बनाकर दिए जाएंगे। श्री चौहान ने प्रदेश के विकास के लिए सभी के सहयोग की अपेक्षा की है।

 194 करोड़ से ज्‍यादा के विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण-भूमिपूजन-

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने सीहोर जिले के आष्टा में नर्मदा-पार्वती लिंक परियोजना के प्रथम और द्वितीय चरण के भूमि-पूजन कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण किया।

इसके पहले मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने 119 करोड़ 11 लाख रुपये की लागत से 22 कार्यों का भूमि-पूजन तथा 75 करोड़ 9 लाख लागत के 6 निर्माण कार्यों का लोकार्पण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभा-स्थल के समीप वृक्षारोपण कर नागरिकों से एक पौधा अवश्य लगाने की अपील की। कार्यक्रम में लोक निर्माण मंत्री रामपाल सिंह, नर्मदा घाटी विकास राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) लालसिंह आर्य, सांसद मनोहर ऊँटवाल, विधायक रणजीत सिंह गुणवान, सुदेश राय, जसवंत सिंह हाड़ा, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती उर्मिला मरेठा और पाठ़य-पुस्तक निगम के अध्यक्ष रायसिंह सैंधव उपस्थित थे।
