भोपाल। रडार न्यूज़ राज्य शासन द्वारा आवासहीन व्यक्तियों को आवास के लिये भू-खण्ड उपलब्ध कराने के लिये चलाये जा रहे भू-खण्ड अधिकार में 17 जुलाई तक 35 लाख 56 हजार 45 भूमिहीन व्यक्तियों को आवास के लिये भू-खण्ड दिये जा चुके हैं। राज्य शासन द्वारा यह भी निर्णय लिया गया है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति ने 31 दिसम्बर, 2014 के पहले निवास और उसके अनुषांगिक प्रयोजन के लिये भवन का निर्माण कर लिया है, तो वह जमीन उसे आवंटित कर दी जायेगी। इस संबंध में अधिनियमों में जरूरी संशोधन किये जा चुके हैं। यह आवासीय भू-खण्ड आबादी क्षेत्र में, घोषित आबादी में, दखलरहित भूमि में व्यवस्थापन, वास-स्थान दखलकार अधिनियम और नगरीय क्षेत्रों में पट्टाधृति अधिकार के अंतर्गत दिये गये हैं।
राजस्व मंत्री उमाशंकर गुप्ता ने जानकारी दी है कि एक जनवरी 2018 के बाद जिला श्योपुर में 1510, मुरैना में 301, भिण्ड में 49 हजार 850, शिवपुरी में 46 हजार 372, गुना में 6284, अशोकनगर में 13 हजार 191, दतिया में 2200, देवास में 34 हजार 83, रतलाम में 12 हजार 718, शाजापुर में 38 हजार 637, आगर में 12 हजार 668, मंदसौर में 23 हजार 417, नीमच में 39 हजार 875, उज्जैन में 24 हजार 992, इंदौर में 1065, धार में 5566, झाबुआ में 2290, खरगोन में 84 हजार 293, बड़वानी में 12 हजार 427, बुरहानपुर में 6805 और अलीराजपुर में 1247 व्यक्ति को आवासीय पट्टे वितरित किये जा चुके हैं।
इसी तरह जिला भोपाल में 8 हजार 441, सीहोर में 9 हजार 329, रायसेन में 59 हजार 956, राजगढ़ में 60 हजार 352, विदिशा में 50 हजार 730, बैतूल में 5 हजार 137, होशंगाबाद में 446, हरदा में 21 हजार 964, सागर में 8 हजार 230, दमोह में एक लाख 33 हजार 28, छतरपुर में 3029, टीकमगढ़ में 609, पन्ना में 1259, जबलपुर में 6 हजार 620, कटनी में 3 हजार 450, नरसिंहपुर में 49 हजार 972, छिन्दवाड़ा में 4 हजार 818, मण्डला में एक हजार 699, डिण्डोरी में 14 हजार 531, सिवनी में 5 हजार 987, बालाघाट में 2 हजार 820, रीवा में 9 हजार 452, सिंगरौली में एक हजार 185, सीधी में 14 हजार 931, सतना में 7 हजार 746, शहडोल में 4 हजार 711, अनूपपुर में 358 और उमरिया में 16 हजार 298 भूमिहीन व्यक्तियों को आवासीय भूमि के पट्टे वितरित किये गये हैं। शेष 7 लाख 99 हजार 700 आवासहीनों को पट्टे देने की कार्यवाही जारी है। उल्लेखनीय है कि भू-खण्ड अधिकार अभियान के अंतर्गत एक जनवरी, 2018 के पहले 26 लाख 63 हजार 935 और एक जनवरी, 2018 के बाद 8 लाख 92 हजार 110 भू-खण्ड के पट्टे आवास के लिये पात्र भूमिहीन व्यक्तियों को वितरित किये जा चुके हैं।
