डॉक्टरों के रिक्त पदों को भरने कांग्रेस ने दिया धरना
कमीशन के चक्कर में गुणवत्ताविहीन दवाओं की खरीदी केे लगाये आरोप
पन्ना। रडार न्यूज पन्ना जिला चिकित्सालय में चिकित्सक एवं नर्सिंग स्टाफ की भारी कमी तथा दवाओं की खरीदी में अनियमिततायें एवं भ्रष्टाचार को लेकर बुधवार को जिला मुख्यालय पन्ना स्थित जिला चिकित्सालय के सामने किसान कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष शशिकांत दीक्षित के नेतृत्व में किसान कांग्रेस द्वारा धरना देकर उग्र प्रदर्शन करते हुये राज्यपाल के नाम ज्ञापन सौपा गया। आयोजित धरना कार्यक्रम प्रदर्शन में पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता, पदाधिकारी, कार्यकर्ता तथा बड़ी संख्या में आमजन उपस्थित थे। दोपहर 12 बजे से शुरू हुए धरना प्रदर्शन में कांग्रेस के नेताओं भास्कर देव बुंदेला, रविन्द्र शुक्ला, रामकिशोर मिश्रा, पुष्पेन्द्र सिंह, ज्ञानेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह, शिवजीत सिंह भईया राजा, शारदा पाठक, मीना यादव, केशव प्रताप सिंह, लक्ष्मी दहायत, मनोज गुप्ता, मुरारी थापक, आशीष बागरी, अजयवीर सिंह, रामकरण पाण्डेय, जीतेन्द्र जाटव, धीरेन्द्र पाठक, मनीष मिश्रा, रामवीर तिवारी आदि ने संबंधित करते हुये कहा कि स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं के मामले में पन्ना जिले की हालत सबसे खराब है जिला अस्पताल में लोग मरीजों को उपचार के लिये लेकर आते है ताकि वह ठीक हो जाये गंभीर रूप से बीमार मरीजों की अस्पताल में मिलने वाले इलाज से उनकी जान बच जाये किंतु पन्ना जिला चिकित्सालय की जो स्थिति है उसे हर कोई जानता है अस्पताल में आने के बाद मरीजों को देखने के लिये डॉक्टर नहीं मिलते। विशेषज्ञ एवं अनुभवी चिकित्सकों के नही होने से अस्पताल में मरीजों को उपचार के अभाव में दम तोडऩा पड़ता है। हालत है कि गंभीर रूप से बीमार मरीजों को अस्पताल में देखने के लिये जो डॉक्टर उपलब्ध है वे उन्हे अस्पताल से रिफर कर देते है और नतीजा यह हो रहा है कि बाहर के अस्पताल तक पहुंचने के दौरान ही अब तक जिले में कई लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है।
चौपाट है व्यवस्थायें-
किसान कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष शशिकांत दीक्षित ने कहा कि पन्ना जिला चिकित्सालय की हालत से मरीज एवं उनके परिजन भयभीत है, वजह यह है कि अस्पताल में आधे से अधिक चिकित्सक नही है हृदय रोगी तथा अन्य गंभीर बीमारियों के मरीजों को अस्पताल में पहुंचने के बाद दयनीय दौर से गुजरना पड़ रहा है। दुर्घटनाओं में गंभीर रूप से घायलों का इलाज अस्पताल में सर्जिकल तथा अस्थि विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों की कमी के चलते नहीं किया जाता है। जिला अस्पताल में ओपीडी तथा आईपीडी की व्यवस्थाये पूरी तरह से लड़खड़ाई रहती है। नर्सिंग स्टाफ की भी स्थिति यह है कि आधे से ज्यादा पद खाली है। श्री दीक्षित ने कहा कि पन्ना के साथ सरकार तथा जिले से जिन भाजपा के जनप्रतिनिधियों को इस जिले के लोगों ने चुन कर ताकत दी है वे पूरी तरह से अकर्मण्य साबित हुये है। इस जिले की जनता ने न जाने कितने अपने लोगों को उपचार के अभाव में खो दिया है। इसके लिये भाजपा के जनप्रतिनिधि और भाजपा की सरकार दोषी है। श्री दीक्षित ने आरोप लगाया कि पूरे प्रदेश में घटिया दवाओं की खरीदी हो रही है और बड़े पैमाने पर भ्रष्टार हो है जिससे कि अस्पताल की दवाओं से लोगों का भरोसा पूरी तरह से उठ चुका है। श्री दीक्षित ने जिला अस्पताल में दवा सहित अन्य खरीदी के कार्यो में बड़े पैाने पर भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगाये तथा इसकी उच्च स्तरीय जांच की गयी है। प्रदर्शन के दौरान जिले में स्थित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों की बदहाली को भी उठाया गया तथा कहा गया कि जिले में कई प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र ऐसे है जहां डॉक्टर और स्टाफ नही होने से ताला लगा रहता है।
राज्यपाल के नाम सौंपा ज्ञापन –
धरना प्रदर्शन के उपरांत स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं को लेकर जम कर नारेबाजी करते हुये ज्ञापन लेने के लिये उपस्थित तहसीलदार श्रीमती बबीता राठौर को राज्यपाल के नाम संबंधित ज्ञापन सौपा गया तथा समस्याओं के निराकरण नही होने पर उग्र आंदोलन की चेतावनी दी गयी। आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से शिवदयाल बागरी, सरदार सिंह यादव, अभिषेक शर्मा, मनोज सेन, दीपू दीक्षित, आशीष मिश्रा, सौरभ रैकवार, अंका रिछारिया, दीपक तिवारी, हीरालाल विश्वकर्मा, जनमेजय अरजरिया, दयाशंकर दीक्षित, रिंकू सिद्दीकी, पप्पू दीक्षित, सुनील अवस्थी, धर्मेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह, विमलेश सेन, महेन्द्र पाण्डेय, मुस्ताक हुसैन, चंदन रावत, चंद्र प्रकाश पाल, राज प्रताप शर्मा, शहीद चच्चा, डमरू लाल सेन, केशरी अहिरवार, गोकुल विश्वकर्मा, अंकित शर्मा, नृपेन्द्र सिंह, मृगेन्द्र सिंह, रामप्रसाद यादव, विनय कांत पाण्डेय, जीतू तिवारी, रसीद सौदागार, पूनम मिश्रा, लोकेन्द्र यादव, सचिन चैरहा, हिमांशु परौहा, पार्षद जयशंकर व्यास, रनमत सिंह यादव, नीलेश शुक्ला, अंकित दीक्षित, वीरेन्द्र सिंह, पुष्पराज सिंह, पुन्ना सहित कांग्रेस एवं किसान काग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता, पदाधिकारी गण एवं किसान उपस्थित रहे।
