नई दिल्ली , एजेन्सी।  क्यूबा की राजधानी हवाना के होजे मार्टी हवाईअड्डे के नजदीक एक बड़ा विमान हादसा हुआ है। हादसे में 106 लोगों के मारे जाने की खबर है। देश की सरकारी एयरलाइन क्यूबाना डे एविएशन का बोइंग 737 विमान हवाना के होजे मार्टी अंतरराष्ट्रीय एयरपोर्ट के पास दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया है। स्थानीय मीडिया से मिल रही खबरों के मुताबिक यह विमान हवाना से पूर्व की ओर स्थित शहर होलगन जा रहा था, इस विमान में केबिन क्रू के सदस्यों को मिलाकर कुल 110 लोग सवार थे जिसमें यात्रियों की संख्या 104 बताई जा रही है। क्यूबा की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के अखबार के मुताबिक, सिर्फ तीन लोग जिंदा बच पाए हैं और उनकी भी हालत गंभीर है। घायलों का इलाज चल रहा है। क्यूबा के राष्ट्रपति मिगेल डियाज कनेल दुर्घटनास्थल पर पहुंच चुके हैं, उन्होंने कई मौतों की आशंका जताई है। एक प्रत्यक्षदर्शी ने एएफपी समाचार एजेंसी को बताया कि उन्होंने दुर्घटनास्थल के पास धुएं का गुबार उठता हुआ देखा। ये विमान देश के पूर्व में मौजूद एक अन्य शहर होलगिन जा रहा था। मेक्सिकन अधिकारियों का कहना है कि ये विमान 1979 में बना था और बीते साल नवंबर में इसकी विस्तृत जांच हुई थी। मेक्सिकन कंपनी एरोलाइन्स दामोज ने क्यूबा की सरकारी विमानन कंपनी क्यूबन डी एवियेशन को ये विमान किराए पर दिया था।

क्यूबा में 1980 के बाद होने वाला ये सबसे बड़ा विमान हादसा है। विमान हादसे के बाद देश में दो दिनों के राष्ट्रीय शोक की घोषणा कर दी गई है। मेक्सिको की ट्रांसपोर्ट विभाग का कहना है, उड़ान भरते वक्त विमान में कोई तकनीकी खराबी आ गई थी और ये सीधे जमीन पर आ गिरा। सुपरमार्केट में काम करने वाले जोस लुईस ने समाचार एजेंसी एएफपी को बताया, अचानक कुछ हुआ और विमान मुड़ा और नीचे आ गया, हम सकते में थे। रेडियो हवाना क्यूबा का कहना है कि ये हादसा बोयरोस और हवाना को जोड़ने वाली सड़क पर हवाना से 20 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर हुआ है। जांच अधिकारियों के दुर्घटना के कारणों की जांच शुरु कर दी है। अब तक हादसे की वजहों के संबंध में कोई आधिकारिक जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई है।
