पन्ना। रडार न्यूज मध्यप्रदेश के पन्ना जिले में बेजुबान वन्य जीवों के शिकार और संदिग्ध मौतों का सिलसिला थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। एक वर्ष से भी कम समय में यहां के दोनों सामान्य वन मंडलों उत्तर और दक्षिण के अंतर्गत अब तक तीन तेंदुओं और एक भालू का शिकार हो चुका है। इसके अलावा एक हांथी और दो तेंदुओं की पानी में डूबने से संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में असमय मौत होने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। वहीं पन्ना टाईगर रिजर्व अंतर्गत रेडियो कॉलर वाली एक बाघिन शिकारियों का निशाना बन चुकी है। इसी क्रम में मंगलवार 24 जुलाई को जिले के अजयगढ़ क्षेत्र में केन नदी पर बने बरियारपुर डैम में मंगलवार को एक मादा तेंदुए का शव मिलने से हड़कम्प मचा है। मादा तेंदुए के शरीर पर पिछले पैरों के पास एक गहरा घाव होने से यह अंदेशा जताया जा रहा है कि इसकी मौत भी करंट लगने से हुई है। हलांकि उक्त तेंदुआ पानी में बहकर यहां तक कैसे पहुंचा इसका अभी पता नहीं चल पाया है। सूचना मिलने पर अजयगढ़ रेंजर अजय वाजपेयी हमराही वन अमले के साथ बरियारपुर डैम पहुंचे। जहां उत्तरप्रदेश की ओर जाने वाली नहर के गेट के पास पानी में जमा कचरे के बीच मृत तेंदुए का शव तैर रहा था। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को सूचना देकर उसे पानी से बाहर निकाला गया और पंचनामा आदि कार्रवाई के बाद पन्ना लाकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए स्मृति वन में सुरक्षित रखवाया गया।
पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से होगा मौत का खुलासा
युवा मादा तेंदुए के शव की स्थिति और उससे उठ रही दुर्गंध के मद्देनजर यह अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है कि तेंदुए की मौत 2-3 दिन पूर्व हुई है। उत्तर वन मंडल पन्ना के डीएफओ नरेश सिंह यादव ने बताया कि डैम में जिस स्थान पर तेंदुआ मृत पाया गया वहां से उत्तर वन मंडल की अजयगढ़ रेंज की बरियारपुर बीट 5 किलोमीटर और पन्ना टाईगर रिज़र्व की कुड़ई बीट महज 2 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। आपका कहना है कि तेंदुए का शव देखने पर प्रथम दृष्ट्या ऐसा लगता है कि शिकार नहीं हुआ क्योंकि उसके सभी अंग सुरक्षित हैं। जहां तक जख्म के निशान का सवाल है वह पानी में बहने के दौरान किसी से टकराने या फिर कहीं फंसने के कारण भी हो सकता है।
डीएफओ श्री यादव के अनुसार तेंदुए की मौत कब और कैसे हुई आधिकारिक तौर पर इसका खुलासा पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के आने पर हो पायेगा। अभी थोड़ी ही देर बाद पन्ना टाईगर रिज़र्व के वन्य प्राणी चिकित्सक संजीव गुप्ता द्वार स्मृति वन पन्ना में तेंदुए का पोस्टमार्टम किया जायेगा। जिसके बाद मुख्य वन संरक्षक वृत्त छतरपुर की उपस्थिति में शव का वहीं पर दाह संस्कार किया जायेगा। गौरतलब है कि पन्ना जिले में पूर्व में शिकारियों और वन्य जीवों के अंगों की तस्करी करने वाले गिरोह के सक्रीय होने के खुलासे के बीच वन्य प्राणियों के शिकार व संदिग्ध मौत की घटनायें लगातार सामने आ रहीं हैं। अत्यंत ही चिंताजनक यह स्थिति इस बात का साफ संकेत है कि पन्ना जिले के सामान्य और संरक्षित वन क्षेत्रों में विचरण करने वाले बाघ-तेंदुआ और दूसरे वन्य जीव सुरक्षित नहीं हैं।
जंगली सुअर को मारने फैलाया था करंट शिकार बना तेंदुआ
उत्तर वन मंडल पन्ना की विश्रामगंज रेंज की सरकोहा बीट अंतर्गत कुछ दिन पूर्व मिले तेंदुए के अवशेष का खुलासा करते हुए डीएफओ नरेश सिंह यादव ने बताया कि करीब डेढ़ माह पूर्व उक्त तेंदुए का करंट लगाकर शिकार किया गया था। इस मामले में मुख्य आरोपी करण सिंह यादव निवासी ग्राम कृष्णा कल्याणपुर को गिरफ्तार कर न्यालय में पेश किया गया जहां से उसे न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में जिला जेल भेजा गया है। उक्त आरोपी ने पूंछतांछ में बताया कि जंगली सुअर के शिकार के लिए करण सिंह यादव व उसके तीन अन्य साथियों ने एक खेत में करंट फैलाया था किंतु उसकी चपेट में तेंदुआ आ गया। इस मामले वन विभाग की टीम तीन अन्य फरार आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए उनकी तलाश में जुटी है। उल्लेखनीय है कि करंट मृत तेंदुए का शव सड़-गलकर कर चंद हड्डियों और जबड़े के अवशेष में तब्दील हो गया था लेकिन संबंधितों को डेढ़ माह तक इसकी भनक तक नहीं लगी। डीएफओ नरेश सिंह यादव ने इसे प्रथम दृष्टया दायित्वों के निर्वाहन में घोर लापरवाही मानते हुए बीट गार्ड सरकोहा भागी लाल पटेल को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया। जबकि सर्किल प्रभारी रानीपुर राजकुमार तिवारी को नोटिस भेजकर जबाब मांगा है। तेंदुए के शिकार के इस गंभीर मामले में विश्रामगंज रेंजर और उप वन मंडलाधिकारी के विरुद्ध अब तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई।
चंदन के पेड़ों की कटाई मामले हुई कार्रवाई
अजयगढ़ में उत्तर वन मंडल के धरमपुर और अजयगढ़ वन परिक्षेत्र कार्यालय परिसर में स्थित नर्सरी से चंदन के चार पेड़ों की अवैध कटाई के मामले में वनरक्षक मुकेश कुमार मिश्रा निलंबित किया गया है।इसके अलावा डिप्टी रेंजर जयकरण तिवारी को कारण बताओ नोटिस और स्थाईकर्मी सियाराम रजक को सेवाएं समाप्त करने का नोटिस भेजा गया है। उल्लेखनीय है कि तेंदुए के शिकार और चंदन के पेड़ों की कटाई की दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटनाओं के सामने आने से उत्तर वन मंडल पन्ना की काफी किरकिरी हुई है। साथ ही इससे वन और वन्य जीवों की सुरक्षा को लेकर मैदानी वन अमले द्वारा बरती जा रही घोर लापरवाही के चलते निर्मित अराजकतापूर्ण स्थिति और अफसरों के लचर प्रबंधन की पोल खुल गई है।
