भोपाल। रडार न्यूज़ मध्यप्रदेश खनिज उत्पादन में देश के 10 प्रमुख राज्य में से एक है। खदानों की नीलामी और दोहन को बढ़ावा देने से लाखों लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा, लेकिन खदानों का दोहन करें, शोषण नहीं। खनिज का दोहन करते समय पर्यावरण और वन का विशेष ध्यान रखें। मध्यप्रदेश में खदानों के लिये सिंगल विण्डो प्रणाली लागू की गई है। खदान नीलामी में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिये ऑनलाइन नीलामी की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने यह बात आज इंदौर के ब्रिलिएंट कन्वेंशन सेंटर में चतुर्थ राष्ट्रीय माइनिंग और मिनरल्स कॉन्क्लेव में कही। सम्मेलन में केन्द्रीय खनिज मंत्री सहित 21 राज्यों के खनिज मंत्री शामिल हुए।
4 साल में 43 खनिज ब्लॉकों की नीलामी-
केन्द्रीय खनिज मंत्री नरेन्द्र सिंह तोमर ने कहा कि देश के कुल क्षेत्रफल के एक चौथाई भाग में खनिज उपलब्ध हैं। खनिज दोहन से बहुसंख्य लोगों को रोजगार मिल सकता है। श्री तोमर ने बताया कि देश में पिछले 4 साल में 43 खनिज ब्लॉकों की नीलामी हुई है, जिससे भारत सरकार को आने वाले सालों में एक लाख 55 हजार करोड़ रुपये की आय होगी। श्री तोमर ने बताया कि खदानों के आसपास बसे ग्रामीणों और आदिवासियों के पुनर्वास के लिये 11 हजार करोड़ का प्रावधान किया गया है। पिछले 4 साल में खनिज उत्पादन में 6 प्रतिशत और राजस्व में 23 प्रतिशत वृद्धि हुई है। लोहा, हीरा, सोना का दोहन बढ़ा है।
केन्द्रीय खनिज राज्य मंत्री श्री हरिभाऊ चौधरी ने कहा कि पिछले 4 साल में नई नीतियों से खदानों की नीलामी में पारदर्शिता आयी है। उन्होंने कहा कि इंदौर कॉन्क्लेव में प्राप्त सुझावों को परीक्षण के बाद राष्ट्रीय-स्तर पर लागू किया जायेगा।
राष्ट्रीय आय में होगी वृद्धि-
नीति आयोग के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी अमिताभ कांत ने कहा कि खनिज उत्पादन मेक इन इण्डिया का अभिन्न अंग है। हमारे देश में इतना अधिक खनिज है, जो 600 साल तक खत्म नहीं होगा। केन्द्र सरकार खनिज के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय आय में बढ़ोत्तरी की नीतियाँ बना रही है। अधिकांश उद्योग प्रत्यक्ष अथवा अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से खदानों पर निर्भर हैं।
फेडरेशन ऑफ माइनिंग एसोसिएशन ऑफ इण्डिया के अध्यक्ष संजय पटनायक ने कहा कि खदान नीलामी में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देशों का पालन किया जा रहा है। केन्द्रीय इस्पात सचिव डॉ. अरुणा शर्मा ने कहा कि आने वाले वर्षों में खनिज उत्पादन में 25 प्रतिशत तक वृद्धि की संभावना है। उन्होंने कहा कि मशीनीकरण से खनन उद्योग से प्रदूषण 90 प्रतिशत तक कम हुआ है।
