बोलेरो से राहगीरों को ठोकर मार कर भाग निकले थे भाजपा नेता गोरेलाल
एक व्यक्ति की हो चुकी है मौत, तीन घायलों का जारी है इलाज
पन्ना। रडार न्यूज पन्ना जिले के अमानगंज थाना अंतर्गत हुए बहुचर्चित ‘‘हिट एण्ड रन केस‘‘ में आरोपी पूर्व विधायक एवं वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता गोरेलाल अहिरवार को पुलिस ने शुक्रवार को उनके गृह ग्राम झरकुआ के पास से गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस का दावा है कि आरोपी अपनी जीप से भागने की फिराक में था, लेकिन तभी मुखबिर से सटीक सूचना मिलने पर समय रहते उसे गिरफ्तार किया गया। पुलिस ने पूर्व विधायक की बोलेरो जीप क्रमांक-एमपी-35-सीए-0491 को भी जब्त कर ली है। अमानगंज के समीप 12 मई को पूर्व विधायक गोरेलाल अहिरवार अत्यंत ही लापरवाहीपूर्वक बोलेरो जीप चलाते हुए दो सड़क दुघर्टनाओं को अंजाम देकर मौके से फरार हो गये थे। इन दुघर्टनाओं में चार व्यक्ति घायल हुए थे। जिसमें अत्यंत ही गंभीर रूप से घायल सुरेश पड़रहा पुत्र जागेश्वर पड़रहा 60 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम सिंगौरा की इलाज के दौरान कटनी में गत् दिवस असमय मौत हो गई। घायल वृद्ध की मौत का दुःखद खबर आने के बाद से क्षेत्र में उपजे जनाक्रोश के मद्देनजर हरकत में आई पुलिस ने आनन-फानन में कार्यवाही करते हुए आरोपी पूर्व विधायक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस के अनुसार घटना के समय पूर्व विधायक बिना बीमा की गाड़ी चला रहे थे। अर्थात उनके वाहन के बीमा की वैधता तिथि समाप्त हो चुकी थी।
घायलों को तड़पता छोड़ भाग गये थे विधायक-
उल्लेखनीय है कि 12 मई को बोलेरो जीप से गुनौर से अमानगंज की ओर जा रहे पूर्व विधायक एवं वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता गोरेलाल अहिरवार ने रास्ते में घटारी ग्राम के पास अत्यंत ही लापरवाहीपूर्वक वाहन चलाते हुए सामने से आ रहे मोटरसाईकिल सवार इन्द्रभान सिंह पिता करण सिंह निवासी ग्राम गौरा व सुरेश पड़रहा 60 वर्ष निवासी सिंगौरा थाना अमानगंज को सीधी ठोकर मार दी थी। सड़क दुर्घटना गंभीर रूप से घायल दोनों व्यक्तियों का हालचाल जानने अथवा उन्हें उपचार हेतु अपने वाहन से स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र ले जाने के बजाय आरोपी गोरेलाल मौके से भाग निकले थे। रास्ते में अमानगंज की पानी की टंकी के समीप तेज रफ्तार बोलेरो चलाकर पूर्व विधायक गोरेलाल ने पुनः एक अन्य दुर्घटना को अंजाम देते हुए सामने से आ रही मोटरसाईकिल को ठोकर मार दी। इस बार भी पूर्व विधायक घायलों को उनके हाल पर छोड़कर मौके से फरार हो गया। इस दुर्घटना में मोटरसाईकिल चला रहे नंदकिशोर कोरी पिता रमेश कोरी निवासी ग्राम महेवा और पीछे बैठी उसकी मां को गंभीर चोटें आईं थी। स्थानीय लोगों और पुलिस की मदद से घायलों को प्राथमिक उपचार हेतु सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र अमानगंज लाया गया। जिसकेे बाद घायलों को समुचित इलाज हेतु सतना और कटनी ले जाया गया।
दर्ज है दो आपराधिक प्रकरण-
अमानगंज थाना ने पुलिस हिट एण्ड रन के इस मामले में घायल इन्द्रभान सिंह की रिपोर्ट पर आरोपी पूर्व विधायक एवं भाजपा नेता गोरेलाल अहिरवार पर अपराध क्रमांक 189/18 धारा 279, 337 भादवि एवं 184 मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के तहत् प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध किया था। इस मामले में घायल सुरेश पड़रहा की मौत होने पर प्रकरण में धारा 304ए आईपीसी को जोड़ा जा रहा है। वहीं सड़क दुर्घटना के दूसरे मामले में घायल नंदकिशोर कोरी की रिपोर्ट पर पूर्व विधायक के खिलाफ अपराध क्रमांक 192/18 धारा 279, 337 भादवि एवं 184 मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के तहत् प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध है। साथ ही वाहन बीमा की वैधता तिथि समाप्त होने पर बोलेरो चलाने के मामले में भी मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट की धारा 146, 196 के तहत् कार्यवाही की गई है।
