मप्र अधिकारी-कर्मचारी संयुक्त मोर्चा ने की मांग

मुख्यमंत्री और मुख्य सचिव के नाम सौंपा 42 सूत्रीय मांगों का ज्ञापन

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज  राज्य में विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी वर्षों से लंबित अपनी जायज मांगों को पूरा कराने के लिए सक्रिय हो गये है। प्रदेश सरकार पर दबाव बनाने की रणनीति के तहत् कर्मचारी संगठनों ने पिछले कुछ समय से अपने प्रदर्शन-आंदोलन भी तेज कर दिये है। वहीं मध्यप्रदेश अधिकारी-कर्मचारी संयुक्त मोर्चा के बैनर तले विभिन्न कर्मचारी संगठन एकजुटता के साथ अपने हितों की आवाज बुलंद कर रहे है। इसी क्रम में बुधवार को जिला मुख्यालय पन्ना में संयुक्त मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष अलोक कुमार खरे, संयोजक कमलेश त्रिपाठी और संरक्षक केपी सिंह यादव के नेतृत्व में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों द्वार अपनी महत्वपूर्ण मांगों को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान व मुख्य सचिव के नाम कलेक्टर को तीन पेज का एक ज्ञापन सौंपा गया है। इस 42 सूत्रीय ज्ञापन के माध्यम से यह मांग की गई है कि वर्ष 2016 में पदोन्नति पर लगाई गई रोक को हटाकर न्यायालय के निर्णय के परिप्रेक्ष्य में अंतरिम व्यवस्था कर पदोन्नति को तत्काल प्रारंभ किया जाये। ताकि पात्रतानुसार विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों को पदोन्नति का लाभ मिल सके। लम्बे समय से चली आ रही लिपिकों की वेतन विसंगतियों को दूर करते हुए मंत्रालय के कर्मचारियों के समान वेतनमान, समयमान वेतनमान-पदोन्नति एवं सभी प्रकार के लाभ प्रदान किये जायें। सातवें वेतनमान के अन्य सभी प्रासंगिक लाभ केन्द्र सरकार के समान दिया जाये। वेतनमान में ग्रेड-पे केन्द्र सरकार एवं छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के समान दिया जाये। अग्रवाल वेतन आयोग की कर्मचारी हितैषी अनुसंशाओं को लागू करते हुए कार्यभारित कर्मचारियों को नियमित किया जाये एवं सेवानिवृत्ति पर अवकाश नगदीकरण का लाभ प्रदान किया जाये।

संविदा कर्मचारियों को करो नियमित-

मध्यप्रदेश अधिकारी-कर्मचारी संयुक्त मोर्चा ने प्रदेश के सभी विभागों के संविदा कर्मचारियों को तत्काल नियमित करने तथा नियमित कर्मचारियों की तरह वेतन-भत्ते और सभी सुविधायें देने की मांग प्रमुखता से की है। जिन संविदा स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों की सेवायें समाप्त की गई है उनकी सेवा तत्काल प्रभाव से बहाल करने का मुद्दा भी उठाया है। चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों को 5200-20200 का वेतनमान देते हुए ग्रेड-पे में सुधार किया जाये, इनकी सेवानिवृत्ति की आयु को बढ़ाकर 64 वर्ष करने की मांग की गई है। संयुक्त मोर्चा का कहना है कि वाहन चालकों की भर्ती पर लगे प्रतिबंध को हटाते हुए अनुबंध पर टैक्सी लगाने की प्रथा को बंद किया जाये। इसके अलावा सीएम की घोषणानुसार स्वास्थ्य विभाग में ग्रामीण अंचल में कार्य करने वाले मैदानी अमले को ग्रामीण भत्ता देते हुए डाॅक्टरों के समान रात्रिकालीन भत्ता दिया जाये साथ ही ब्रह्मस्वरूप समिति की सिफारिशों का लाभ देने सहित अन्य मांगें शामिल है।
