पिपरवाह निवासी छविरानी पति संत कुमार यादव ने अपनी पत्नि के पेट दर्द की समस्या को लेकर जब डॉक्टर मीना नामदेव को दिखाया तो जांच उपरांत डॉ मीना नामदेव ने बताया कि गर्भाशय में टयूमर है और उसको आपरेशन द्वारा निकालना पड़ेगा। पति की सहमति के बाद आज छविरानी का सफलतापूर्वक आपरेशन कर तीन किलो का टयूमर गर्भाशय से निकाला गया. आपेशन की बेहद जटिल प्रक्रिया में लगभग डेढ़ घंटे का समय लगा। यह पहला मामला है कि पन्ना जिला चिकित्सालय में इस प्रकार के आपेशन को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया गया है। डॉक्टर मीना नामदेव ने बताया कि जब मरीज को देखा तो उसकी हालत बेहद नाजुक थी, जांच उपरांत पता चला कि छविरानी के गर्भाशय में एक बड़ा सा टयूमर है तथा उसको निकाला जाना अति आवश्यक है. परिजनों की सहमति मिलने के बाद छविरानी का आपरेशन किया गया, जो पूरी तरह से सफल रहा. उन्होंने बताया कि मरीज अब खतरे से बाहर है. आपरेशन के दौरान निश्चेतना विशेषज्ञ डॉ नीरज जैन, स्टाफ नर्स सपना साहू, माधुरी सिस्टर, ड्रेसर वहीद खान, वार्ड बॉय बहौरी लाल सहित पूरे स्टाफ का सहयोग रहा.
