पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी के 27वें शहीदी दिवस पर ‘विशेष’

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज  सोमवार 21 मई को पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी के 27वें शहीदी दिवस पर देशभर में लोगों ने उनका पुण्य स्मरण करते हुए श्रृद्धांजलि दी गई। आधुनिक भारत के स्वप्नदृष्टा और संचार क्रांति के अग्रदूत कहलाने वाले राजीव गांधी की आज के ही दिन वर्ष 1991 में तमिलनाडू के श्रीपेरंबदूर में भीषण बम धमाके में हत्या कर दी गई थी। मध्यप्रदेश के पन्ना जिले के वयोवृद्ध कांग्रेसी रामकिशोर मिश्रा ने अपने प्रिय नेता को याद करते हुए एक पुराना फोटो फेसबुक पर शेयर किया है। जिसे खूब पसंद किया जा रहा है। इस फोटो में वे तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी के साथ खड़े नजर आ रहे है। वर्ष 1987 में ली गई यह फोटो नई दिल्ली स्थित प्रधानमंत्री आवास के लाॅन की है। जिसमें राजीव गांधी पन्ना जिले के प्रतिनिधि मण्डल से भेंट कर रहे है। इस फोटो में दमोह-पन्ना संसदीय क्षेत्र के तत्कालीन सांसद व अपने जमाने के मध्यप्रदेश के दिग्गज कांग्रेस नेता रहे डालचंद जैन श्री गांधी के ठीक बाजू में खड़े है। दरअसल उस समय पन्ना जिले की समस्याओं से प्रधानमंत्री को अवगत कराने के लिए क्षेत्रीय सांसद डालचंद जैन के नेतृत्व में स्थानीय कांग्रेस नेताओं का प्रतिनिधि मण्डल दिल्ली गया था। जिसमें रामकिशोर मिश्रा के अलावा एडवोकेट परशुराम गर्ग, भास्कर दीक्षित व डाॅ. हरि सिंह गौर विश्वविद्यालय सागर के छात्र संघ अध्यक्ष भी शामिल रहे। श्री मिश्रा ने राजीव गांधी से अपनी यादगार मुलाकात का किस्सा सुनाते हुए बताया कि उस समय दिल्ली का मौसम थोड़ा सर्द था। देश के प्रधानमंत्री और कांग्रेस के शीर्ष नेतृत्व से अपनी भेंट को लेकर उत्साहित हम सभी लोग ठीक 11 बजे प्रधानमंत्री आवास पहुंच गये। जहां हमें स्वागत् कक्ष में बैठाया गया। कुछ समय बाद एक कर्मचारी आया और उसने हम लोगों से लाॅन में चलने को कहा। जहां पहले से चंद लोग मौजूद थे। श्री मिश्रा बताते है कि राजीव जी से मुलाकात का समय जैसे-जैसे नजदीक आ रहा था कि हमारी धड़कने तेज होने लगी थी। हमारे लिए यह अनुभव अविश्वासनीय-अकल्पनीय और अद्भुद था, कि हम प्रधानमंत्री आवास के अंदर खड़े है और चंद कदम की दूरी पर भवन के अंदर राजीव जी मौजूद है। हम अपनी भावनाओं को संभाल पाते कि तभी सामने की ओर से प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी के रूप में रियल हीरो की इंट्री होती है। फिर क्या था उनके आकर्षक व्यक्तित्व और सौम्य मुस्क्रुराहट को लाॅन में मौजूद लोग कुछ समय के लिए बस देखते ही रह गये। राजीव जी ने सभी का अभिवादन किया। फिर एक-एक करके बड़ी ही सहजता, शालीनता और पूरे धैर्य के साथ लोगों से मिलते हुए उनकी बातें सुनने लगे। थोड़ी देर बाद राजीव जी जब हमारे पास आये तो हम लोगों की खुशी का ठिकाना नहीं रहा। उनसे सीधे मुखातिब होना, उनके साथ खड़ा होना हमारे लिए किसी सपने का सच होने जैसा था। उनकी सरलता, विनम्रता और आत्मीयता देख यह यकीन ही नहीं हो रहा था कि हम देश के प्रधानमंत्री के साथ खड़े है। कांग्रेस नेता रामकिशोर मिश्रा का कहना है कि यह उनके जीवन का सबसे यादगार लम्हा था। जिसके बारे में सोचकर वे आज भी रोमांचित हो उठते है। श्री मिश्रा ने बताया कि प्रतिनिधि मण्डल के नेतृत्वकर्ता के नाते सांसद ‘दादा‘ डालचंद जैन ने हम लोगों का प्रधानमंत्री से परिचय कराया और फिर पन्ना की समस्याओं के संबंध में अवगत कराते हुए एक ज्ञापन सौंपा। बात चल ही रही थी कि इस बीच मैंने राजीव जी से मुखातिब होते हुए कहा कि हमारे लिए यह क्षण अविस्मर्णीय है, हमारा सौभाग्य है कि हम देश के हीरे से मिल रहे है। इतना सुनते ही राजीव जी ने मुस्कुराते हुए कहा – ‘‘मैंने तो सुना है कि हीरे सिर्फ पन्ना में है। पन्ना में मिलने वाले हीरे नायाब होते है, जिनकी प्रसिद्धी तो पूरे दुनिया में है‘‘। देश के प्रधानमंत्री के इस शानदार जवाब ने पन्ना जिले के प्रतिनिधि मण्डल को और अधिक गर्व से भर दिया। श्री मिश्रा कहते है कि हीरों से जुड़ी पन्ना की पहचान पर हम सबको नाज है। शायद यही वजह है कि प्रधानमंत्री के मुंह से पन्ना की तारीफ में निकले शब्द आज भी उनके कानों में गूंज रहे है। उनका मानना है कि आज यदि राजीव गांधी जीवित होते तो निश्चित ही पन्ना जिले को वह मुकाम हांसिल होता जिसका वह हकदार है। बताते चलें कि पन्ना जिले के वयोवृद्ध कांग्रेस नेता रामकिशोर मिश्रा उन चुनिंदा नेताओं में शामिल है जोकि नेहरू-गांधी परिवार की चैथी पीढ़ी के नेतृत्व में पार्टी में सक्रिय है। उन्होंने देश को आजादी दिलाने के लिए कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व में हुए स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के उस ऐतिहासिक संघर्ष के अंतिम दिनों को देखा है। उनका मानना है कि राजीव गांधी को नियति के क्रूर हाथों ने यदि हमसे छीना नहीं होता तो आज भारत देश दुनिया का नेतृत्व कर रहा होता। संचार-सूचना क्रांति और तकनीक के मामले में हम विश्व में अग्रणी होते। श्री मिश्रा का कहना है कि राजीव गांधी उस व्यक्तित्व का नाम है जिसमें पण्डित जवाहर लाल नेहरू की दूरदृष्टि व इंदिरा गांधी की तरह जनहित-राष्ट्रहित से जुड़े फैसले लेने तथा उन्हें लागू करने में दृढ़ता-प्रतिबद्धता का गजब का समन्वय था।
