पवई। रडार न्यूज समर्थन मूल्य पर चना बिक्री के लिये उर्पाजन केन्द्रों में पहुंच रहे कि उपज को अमानक स्तर का बताकर प्राईवेट कम्पनी द्वारा खरीदने से इनकार करने के मामले लगातार सामने आ रहे हैं। जिससे उमस भरी प्रचंड गर्मी में चना, सरसों और मसूर लेकर खरीदी केन्द्रों में पहुंचने वाले किसानों और ऐजेंसी के कर्मचारियों के बीच आये दिन विवाद की स्थिति बन रही है। मंगलवार शाम पवई में ऐसा ही एक मामला प्रकाश में आया है, जहां किसान के चने को अमानक बता कर उसे खरीदने से इनकार करने से बात इतनी बढ़ गई कि नाराज किसानों ने समिति प्रबंधक शियाशरण पटैरिया की जमकर पिटाई कर दी। बताया जाता है कि कृषि उजप मंडी पवई में बनाये गये खरीदी केन्द्र पर चना नहीं खरीदे जाने पर ग्राम बुधेड़ा के किसान महेन्द्र सिंह और समिति प्रबंधक शियाशरण पटैरिया के बीच वाद-विवाद हो गया। पीड़ित ने बताया कि महेन्द्र सिंह के चने में 15 प्रतिशत से भी अधिक बटरी होने के कारण क्वालिटी सर्वेयर अमानक स्तर का बताते हुए खरीदने से इनकार कर दिया। इसके बाद भी किसान द्वारा स्वयं गल्ले की तुलाई कर उसे बोरियों में भरता जा रहा था. समिति प्रबंधक शियाशरण ने मना किया महेन्द्र सिंह पिता छुट्टे राजा, माधव सिंह पिता छुट्टे राजा एवं महेन्द्र सिंह के पुत्र ने दबंगई दिखाते हुए उनके साथ सरेआम मारपीट कर दी। पीड़ित समिति प्रबंधक की रिर्पोट पर पवई थाना पुलिस ने आरोपियों के विरूद्ध आईपीसी की धारा 294,353,332,506,34 के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज करते हुए उनकी तलाश शुरू कर दी है।
