मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों के सम्मान समारोह को संबोधित किया।

प्रदेश में आठ वर्षो में प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों की संख्या में 47 गुना वृद्धि 

प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों का सम्मान समारोह सम्पन्न 

भोपाल । मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों का आव्हान किया कि वे दृढ़ निश्चय के साथ अपना रास्ता चुनकर आगे बढ़ें। पढ़ाई के लिये पैसों की कमी नहीं होने दी जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जीवन में आगे बढ़ने के लिये प्रेरणा, परिश्रम और धन की जरूरत होती है। परिश्रम विद्यार्थी करें, धन की व्यवस्था राज्य सरकार करेगी। श्री चौहान आज यहाँ स्थानीय लाल परेड मैदान में प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थी सम्मान समारोह को संबोधित कर रहे थे। समारोह में म.प्र. बोर्ड परीक्षा में 75 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंक लाने वाले विद्यार्थी शामिल हुए। इन विद्यार्थियों को मुख्यमंत्री ने लेपटॉप खरीदने के लिये ऑनलाइन 25-25 हजार रूपये की राशि उनके बैंक खातों में वितरित की। श्री चौहान ने विद्यार्थियों को उज्जवल भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएँ दीं और शिक्षकों को विद्यार्थियों का कुशल मार्गदर्शन करने के लिये बधाई दी।

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने लाल परेड मैदान में आयोजित समारोह में प्रतिभावान विद्यार्थियों को सम्मानित किया।

समारोह में आज 22 हजार 35 प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों को लेपटॉप खरीदने के लिये ऑनलाइन राशि दी गई। अन्य 66 हजार बच्चों के खातों में राशि जल्दी पहुँचाई जायेगी। उल्लेखनीय है कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान की पहल पर वर्ष 2009 से परीक्षाओं में अच्छे अंक लाने वाले विद्यार्थियों को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिये यह योजना शुरू की गई थी। सत्र 2009-10 में प्रतिभाशाली छात्र-छात्राओं की संख्या 473 थी। अब 2017-18 में 8 वर्ष में यह संख्या लगभग 47 गुना बढ़कर 22,035 हो गई है। इस वर्ष हायर सेकेण्डरी स्कूल परीक्षा में कुल 5,95,505 छात्र-छात्राएँ शामिल हुए थे, जिनमें से 22035 विद्यार्थियों को आज समारोह में प्रोत्साहन स्वरूप लेपटॉप के लिये ऑनलाइन धनराशि दी गई है।

श्री चौहान ने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि वे 25 हजार रूपये की प्रोत्साहन राशि से अपनी पसंद का लेपटॉप खरीदें और पढ़ाई में उसका भरपूर उपयोग कर ज्ञान का नया संसार रचें। उन्होंने कहा कि अच्छी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त करना हर बच्चे का अधिकार है। देश और प्रदेश का भविष्य बनाने के लिये बच्चों की शिक्षा में कोई कमी नहीं आने दी जायेगी। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को असाधारण क्षमता और प्रतिभा का पुंज बताते हुए कहा कि सही दिशा मिलने पर बच्चे अपना और प्रदेश का सुनहरा भविष्य गढ़ने में सक्षम हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने विद्यार्थियों को लक्ष्य तय करने का संकल्प दिलाया। उन्होंने कहा कि लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने के लिये रोडमैप बनायें और ईमानदारी से उसका पालन करें। दृढ़ निश्चय और इच्छाशक्ति से सफलता अवश्य मिलती है। श्री चौहान ने कहा कि ऊँची उड़ान भरने के लिये पूरा आकाश है। अपने भीतर क्षमताएँ पैदा करो और पूरा आकाश नाप लो। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को सीख दी कि अपने माता-पिता और बहन-बेटियों का हमेशा सम्मान करें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देश बदल रहा है। इस बदलाव में अपना योगदान देने के लिये तैयार रहें। नई टेक्नोलॉजी का रचनात्मक उपयोग करें और इसके दुरूपयोग से हमेशा बचें। हमेशा सचेत रहें कि गलत राह पर कदम ना पड़ जाये। निराशा को अपने पास नहीं आने दें। किसी भी प्रकार के भटकाव से बचें। सिर्फ अपने लक्ष्य पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि बेटियों की शिक्षा व्यवस्था के लिये राज्य सरकार प्रतिबद्ध है। सरकारी नौकरियों में उनके लिये पद आरक्षित किये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जिसने बेटियों की तरफ बुरी नजर डाली और बेटियों की गरिमा को ठेस पहुँचाने की कोशिश भी की, उसे सीधे फाँसी की सजा मिलेगी।

आयुक्त लोक शिक्षण श्रीमती जयश्री कियावत ने बताया कि इस बार शासकीय शालाओं से जेईई मेन्स में 902 बच्चों का चयन हुआ है। सम्मान समारोह में भोपाल के प्रभारी, पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री श्री गोपाल भार्गव, स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री कुँवर विजय शाह, स्कूल शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री दीपक जोशी, सांसद आलोक संजर, विधायक रामेश्वर शर्मा, विष्णु खत्री, सुरेन्द्रनाथ सिंह, राज्य बाल आयोग के अध्यक्ष राघवेन्द्र शर्मा, माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल के उपाध्यक्ष भागीरथ कुमरावत, जिला पंचायत के अध्यक्ष मनमोहन नागर, माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल के अध्यक्ष एस.आर. मोहंती, प्रमुख सचिव स्कूल शिक्षा श्रीमती दीप्ति गौड़ मुखर्जी और सभी संभागों से 75 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा अंक प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थी उपस्थित थे।
