राज्य जैव विविधता बोर्ड ने अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय जैव विविधता दिवस पर राज्य मछली महाशीर संरक्षण के लिए खरगौन जिले के बड़वाह वन मंडल को पुरस्कृत किया।

पहली बार राज्य स्तरीय जैव विविधता पुरस्कार वितरित

भोपाल। रडार न्यूज अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय जैव विविधता दिवस पर राज्य जैव विविधता बोर्ड ने जैव विविधता संरक्षण को प्रोत्साहन देने की नई पहल की है। बोर्ड ने आज इस दिशा में उत्कृष्ट कार्य कर रहे शासकीय-अशासकीय संस्थान, व्यक्ति और जैव विविधता वाले विभागों को राज्य स्तरीय वार्षिक जैव विविधता पुरस्कार योजना-2018 के तहत पुरस्कृत किया। अपर मुख्य सचिव वन केके सिंह के मुख्य आतिथ्य में हुए कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक एवं वन बल प्रमुख रवि श्रीवास्तव ने की। कार्यक्रम का संचालन बोर्ड के सदस्य सचिव आर श्रीनिवास मूर्ति ने किया।

एक छात्र एक पौधा लगायें अभियान के प्रमुख पुरस्कृत

अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय जैव विविधता दिवस पर राज्य जैव विविधता बोर्ड ने एक छात्र एक पौधा लगाए अभियान के पं. उदित नारायण शर्मा को पुरस्कृत किया।

व्यक्तिगत श्रेणी में छिन्दवाड़ा के राष्ट्रपति पुरस्कार से सम्मानित सेवा निवृत्त शिक्षक पं. उदित नारायण शर्मा को प्रथम पुरस्कार के रूप में 3 लाख रूपये, प्रशस्ति पत्र और ट्रॉफी से पुरस्कृत किया गया। श्री शर्मा पिछले 38 सालों से एक छात्र एक पौधा लगाये अभियान का संचालन कर रहे हैं। स्कूली छात्र-छात्राओं में पर्यावरण जैव विविधता एवं जल संरक्षण जागरूकता के लिये वह अनवरत कार्य कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने हरियाली गीत माला की भी रचना की है।

डॉ. कनोजिया ने भोपाल में विकसित किया वन

व्यक्तिगत श्रेणी में डॉ. डीपी कनोजिया को भोपाल की आवासीय कालोनी रचना नगर में साल, सागौन, शीशम, हर्रा, बहेड़ा, अचार, महुआ, गूलर, पाखर, पीपल, नीम आदि के 60 से अधिक पौधे रोपने के लिये 2 लाख रूपये के द्वितीय पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। डॉ. कनोजिया पौधों से वृक्ष में तब्दील हो चुके पेड़ों की पिछले 20 सालों से नियमित सिंचाई और सुरक्षा कर रहे हैं। वहीं शासकीय संस्थागत श्रेणी में खरगौन जिले के वन मण्डल बड़वाह को मध्यप्रदेश की राज्य मछली महाशीर के संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन कर कृत्रिम प्रजनन द्वारा संख्या बढ़ाने के लिये द्वितीय पुरस्कार दिया गया।

मटकुली की जैवविविधता प्रबंधन समिति पुरस्कृत

जैव विविधता प्रबंधन समिति श्रेणी में एक लाख रूपये का पुरस्कार होशंगाबाद जिले की जैव विविधता प्रबंधन समिति मटकुली को दिया गया। समिति द्वारा जैव विविधता से आजीविका को जोड़ते हुए लेंटाना से फर्नीचर निर्माण, पॉलीथीन के स्थान पर नॉन वोवेन बेग बढ़ावा देने, पौधरोपण, गर्मियों में पक्षियों के लिये दाना-पानी इंतजाम और जैव विविधता संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूकता के काम किये जा रहे है।

खरगौन के आस्था ग्राम ट्रस्ट प्रथम पुरस्कार-

अपर मुख्य सचिव वन श्री के.के. सिंह ने अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय जैव विविधता दिवस पर राज्य जैव विविधता बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया।

अशासकीय संस्थागत श्रेणी में खरगौन के आस्था ग्राम ट्रस्ट को 3 लाख रूपये प्रशंसा पत्र और ट्रॉफी से पुरस्कृत किया गया। ट्रस्ट वर्ष 1999 से बारह एकड़ बंजर भूमि पर वृक्षारोपण, वॉटरशेड प्रबंधन, जैविक खेती, ड्रिप इरीगेशन और केचुआ खाद निर्माण कर जैव विविधता से भरपूर क्षेत्र का विकास कर रहा है। ट्रस्ट ने क्षेत्र में जैव संसाधनों के संवहनीय उपयोग के लिये विविध प्रयास किये हैं।

मुरैना की समाजसेवी संस्था को द्वितीय पुरस्कार-

अशासकीय संस्थागत क्षेणी में दो लाख रूपये का द्वितीय पुरस्कार मुरैना के सुजाग्रति समाज सेवी संस्था को दिया गया। संस्था पिछले 15 सालों से जैव विविधता संरक्षण, संवर्धन, वृक्षारोपण के साथ विशेष रूप से चम्बल क्षेत्र में संकटग्रस्त औषधीय प्रजाति गुग्गुल के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के कार्य कर रही हैं।

अदभुत चित्रकारी करने वाले विद्यार्थी पुरस्कृत-

अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय जैव विविधता दिवस पर अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री के.के. सिंह ने राज्य जैव विविधता बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित चित्र कला प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को पुरस्कृत किया।

बोर्ड द्वारा जैव विविधता संरक्षण एवं संवंर्धन के प्रति स्कूल-कॉलेज के छात्र-छात्राओं को जागरूक करने के लिये गत् 12 मई को श्जलवायु परिवर्तन, जैव विविधता एवं मानव अस्तित्वश् विषय पर चार श्रेणी में चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की गई। कक्षा 1 से 5 तक की श्रेणी में शीतल गुप्ता, निरंजन थापा और तनीषा डोंगरे को क्रमशरू प्रथम, द्वितीय और तृतीय पुरस्कार दिया गया। कक्षा 6 से 8 तक की श्रेणी में कार्तिक शर्मा को प्रथम, प्रियल जैन को द्वितीय, मीत चावला को तृतीय, कक्षा 9 से 12 तक श्रेणी में रिचा शाक्य को प्रथम अन्तरिक्ष सेठिया को द्वितीय और आयुष विश्वकर्मा को तृतीय पुरस्कार दिया गया। कक्षा 12 से ऊपर की श्रेणी में विजय गहरवार को पहला, साबिर हलीम को दूसरा और शुभम वर्मा को तीसरा पुरस्कार मिला।

जैव विविधता दिवस के 25 वर्ष हुए पूरे-

अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय जैव विविधता दिवस के 25 साल पूरे होने पर इस बार संयुक्त राष्ट्र के निर्णयानुसार 25 साल – जैविक विविधता सम्मेलन – पृथ्वी पर जीवन की सुरक्षा के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है। प्रदेश में इस अवसर पर कार्यशाला, सेमिनार, बैठक और जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। प्रधान मुख्य संरक्षक शाहबाज अहमद, राजेश श्रीवास्तव, एमके सप्रा, जेके मोहन्ती, सुधीर कुमार, भारतीय वन प्रबंधन संस्थान के निर्देशक डॉ. पंकज श्रीवास्तव सहित विभिन्न संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधि और विद्यार्थी उपस्थित थे। आभार डॉ. बकुल लाड ने प्रकट किया।
