मुख्यमंत्री ने किसानों के खातों में ट्रांसफर किये फसल बीमा योजना के 43.90 करोड़
भोपाल। रडार न्यूज मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान और केन्द्रीय सड़क परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने सोमवार को गुना में विकास पर्व एवं किसान महा-सम्मेलन में 5 हजार 130 करोड़ की लागत के विकास कार्यों का भूमि-पूजन और लोकार्पण किया। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने फसल बीमा योजना में किसानों के बैंक खातों में 43 करोड़ 90 लाख की बीमा राशि ऑनलाईन ट्रांसफर की। कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न योजनाओं के 43 हजार 882 हितग्राहियों को हित-लाभ भी वितरित किये गये। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग से मध्यप्रदेश अब बीमारू राज्य की श्रेणी से बाहर निकलकर देश के अग्रणी राज्यों की श्रेणी में शामिल हो गया है। केन्द्र द्वारा प्रदेश को सड़कों के निर्माण के लिये 13 हजार 500 करोड़ रूपये की राशि दी गई, जिससे प्रदेश में बेहतर सड़कों का निर्माण संभव हो सका है। मुख्यमंत्री जन-कल्याण (संबल) योजना के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के कृषि को लाभ का धंधा बनाने तथा कृषि उत्पादन दोगुना करने के संकल्प को प्रदेश में पूरा करने के लिये सभी संभव प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं।
देश में 100 नये राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का निर्माण
केन्द्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा कि ग्वालियर क्षेत्र के चम्बल एक्सप्रेस-वे का निर्माण कार्य इसी वर्ष शीघ्र शुरू किया जायेगा। इसके लिये जमीन अधिग्रहण का कार्य शुरू हो गया है। इसके बन जाने से अंचल के लोगों को रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे, उद्योग धंधे विकसित होंगे तथा आवागमन के लिये एक नया मार्ग मिलेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली और मुम्बई के बीच एक नये हाई-वे का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। जिस पर एक लाख करोड़ रूपये की राशि व्यय होगी। यह हाई-वे राजस्थान, मध्यप्रदेश्, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र राज्यों से गुजरेगा। इस हाई-वे में मध्यप्रदेश की 250 किलोमीटर की सड़क शामिल है। यह हाई-वे भी प्रदेश के विकास में सहायक होगा। श्री गडकरी ने बताया कि केन-बेतवा-लिंक नदी प्रोजेक्ट के पानी के बँटवारे के संबंध में शीघ्र ही समाधानकारक निराकरण किया जायेगा। केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने जानकारी दी कि देश में 100 नये राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण कार्य शुरू किये जा रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान और केन्द्रीय मंत्री श्री गडकरी को समारोह में एनआरएलएम के स्व-सहायता समूह की महिलाओं द्वारा निर्मित सामग्री भेंट की गई। असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों ने संबल योजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिये मुख्यमंत्री को आभार-पत्र भेंट किया। गुना अभिभाषक संघ द्वारा भी प्रदेश में एडवोकेट प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट के लिये मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया गया। समारोह में लोक निर्माण मंत्री रामपाल सिंह, जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री जयभान सिंह पवैया, सांसद रोडमल नागर, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती अर्चना चौहान, विधायक पन्नालाल शाक्य और सुश्री ममता मीना, अन्य जन-प्रतिनिधि और विशाल जन-समुदाय मौजूद था।
