किसानों की आय हुई दोगुनी, जीवन स्तर में भी सकारात्मक बदलाव दिखने लगे हैं
पन्ना। रडार न्यूज कपिलधारा कूप योजना ने पन्ना जिले के पिछड़ा वर्ग बाहुल्य ग्राम महाराजगंज की तकदीर बदल दी है। पन्ना जिले की जनपद पंचायत शाहनगर अन्तर्गत आने वाले पिछड़ा वर्ग बाहुल्य ग्राम महाराजगंज में कुल 452 परिवार निवासरत है। यहां के लोगों की आय का मुख्य स्त्रोत कृषि या मजदूरी है। यहां का किसान खेती के मामले में ज्यादातार वर्षा जल पर ही आश्रित है। इस कारण से ज्यादातर केवल धान की फसल ही ले पाते है। इस ग्राम पंचायत में मनरेगा योजनान्तर्गत छोटे किसानों को कपिलधारा उपयोजना के अन्तर्गत सिंचाई कूप की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है। जिसके अन्तर्गत 35 कपिलधारा कूप इस ग्राम पंचायत में पूर्ण हो चुके है। सभी कूपों में पर्याप्त पानी है। कल तक जो किसान मुश्किल से केवल एक फसल ले पाते थे, कपिलधारा कूप की मदद सेे दो फसलें ले रहे है। जो किसान पहले सिर्फ धान की फसल लेते थे, वह अब चना, मसूर, गेहूं आदि की फसल भी लेने लगे है। जिससे इन किसानों को कृषि से प्राप्त होने वाली आय लगभग दोगुनी हो गई है। वर्तमान समय में कपिलधारा कूप के माध्यम से लगभग 80 हेक्टेयर भूमि की सिंचाई हो रही है। जिसमें कुछ किसान दो फसलों के अतिरिक्त सब्जी आदि का भी उत्पादन करके अपनी आमदनी में वृद्धि कर रहे है। निश्चित् रूप से कपिलधारा कूप योजना का लाभ जिन किसानों को मिला है, उनकी आर्थिक उन्नति तो हुई ही है, साथ ही उनका रहन सहन में भी सुधार आया है। वर्तमान समय में महाराजगंज में 2.2 लाख रूपये की लागत से 10 नये स्वीकृत हितैषी कपिलधारा कूप का कार्य स्वयं हितग्राहियों द्वारा किया जा रहा है। सभी कूपों में 8.10 फिट पानी उपलब्ध है एवं कूपों में बंधाई का कार्य तेजी से चल रहा है। वर्तमान समय में हितग्राही पहलवान आदिवासी, लोकेश कुमार, बाई लोधी, मानिक लाल, श्यामले लोधी, बेनी प्रसाद, हक्के, कुसुम बाई, सोना बाई एवं राजाराम लोधी के कूपों में काम चल रहा है। कूप पूर्ण होने पर निश्चित् ही इन किसानों को भी अपनी खेती में पर्याप्त लाभ प्राप्त होगा। गत दिवस दिनांक 11 मई 2018 को ग्राम पंचायत महाराजगंज में मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी, जिला पंचायत पन्ना डाॅ. गिरीश कुमार मिश्रा द्वारा भी हितैषी कपिलधारा कूपों का निरीक्षण किया गया। जिसमें उन्होंने पाया कि हितैषी कपिलधारा कूपों का कार्य हितग्राहियों द्वारा पूरी लगन के साथ किया जा रहा है और शीघ्र ही ये कूप पूर्ण हो जायेंगे। उन्होने ग्राम पंचायत में निर्मित कपिलधारा कूपों के पर्याप्त जल स्तर एवं उससे किसानों को होने वाले लाभ को देखकर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की है। यह कहना अतिश्योक्ति नहीं है कि कपिलधारा कूप योजना मकरंदगंज के कृषकों के लिए वरदान साबित हुई है जिसने गांव की तस्वीर ही बदल दी है।
