जवान बेटे की मौत पर आक्रोशित दलित समाज ने किया चक्काजाम
डॉक्टर का मेडिकल चेकअप कराने पुलिस को सौंपा ज्ञापन
मोहन्द्रा। रडार न्यूज़ पन्ना जिले के मोहन्द्रा क़स्बा में एक दलित युवक को स्थानीय स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में समय पर समुचित इलाज ना मिलने से उसकी असमय मौत हो गयी। मृतक के परिजनों का आरोप है की जब वे मनीष को इलाज के लिए स्वास्थ्य केंद्र लेकर पहुंचे तो वहाँ तैनात डाॅक्टर शराब के नशे में था। खून की उल्टी कर रहे मनीष चौधरी की उपचार के आभाव में मौत होने से आक्रोशित परिजनों व दलित समाज के लोगों ने चक्काजाम लगा दिया। जिससे काफी देर तक स्तिथि तनावपूर्ण बनी रही । डॉक्टर का मेडिकल चेकअप कराने की मांग पर अड़े परिजन पुलिस की समझाइश के बाद शव का अंतिम संस्कार करने के लिए बमुश्किल राजी हुए। तब कहीं जाकर हालात सामान्य हो सके। प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार राजमिस्त्री का कार्य करने बाले आशाराम चौधरी का अठारह वर्षीय पुत्र मनीष चौधरी आज सुबह शौंच के लिये बाहर गया था। लौटते समय रास्ते में उसे खून की उल्टी हुई। और उसकी हालत बिगड़ गई सूचना मिलने पर उसके परिजन उपचार के लिये उसे प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र मोहन्द्रा लेकर आये। जहां उन्होनें मरीज के गंभीर हालत में होने की सूचना चिकित्सा प्रभारी मोहन्द्रा को दी। लेकिन आये दिन मरीजों से दुर्व्यवहार करने और ड्यूटी के समय शराब के नशे रहने वाले डाॅक्टर ने उनकी बात को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया।
परिणामस्वरुप थोड़ी ही देर में नवयुवक की मौत हो गई। तब कुछेक लोगों ने डाॅक्टर से उनके द्वारा बरती गई लापरवाही के लिये उलाहना दिया तो डाॅक्टर साहब उल्टा भड़क गए और मृतक के परिजनों सहित वहां मौजूद सभी लोगों को खरी खोटी सुना दी। जवान बेटे की मौत के मातम के बीच लापरवाह डाॅक्टर द्वारा अभद्रता किये जाने के बाद वहां माहौल तनावपूर्ण हो गया। गुस्साये परिजनों ने इसके बाद समाजजनों के साथ मिलकर सड़क में जाम लगा दिया। आक्रोशित लोग डाॅक्टर के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की मांग को लेकर नारेबाजी करने लगे। मृतक के परिजन शराबी डाॅक्टर का मेडिकल परीक्षण कराने के उपरांत कार्यवाही पर अड़े थे। देखते ही देखते सड़क में भारी भीड़ जमा हो गई। हालांकि चौकी प्रभारी मोहन्द्रा के समझाने के बाद जाम तो खुल गया। पर करीब दो घंटे तक कस्बे की स्थिति तनावपूर्ण बनी रही। स्थानीय पुलिस चौकी के प्रभारी द्वारा किसी भी अप्रिय स्थिति से निपटने आसपास के थानों से भारी पुलिस बल बुला लिया। पुलिस ने अपनी मौजूदगी में दाह संस्कार कराकर माहौल को शांत किया। लेकिन इतना सब होने के बाद भी कथिततौर पर शराब के नशे में रहे डाॅक्टर का मेडिकल परीक्षण नहीं कराया गया ।
