जीआरएस ने प्रचण्ड गर्मी और लू के थपेड़ों के बीच अर्धनग्न होकर किया प्रदर्शन

नियमितीकरण की मांग को लेकर हड़ताल पर डटे प्रदेशभर के ग्राम रोजगार सहायक

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज  पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं को ग्राम स्तर पर क्रियान्वित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करने वाले ग्राम रोजगार सहायक (सहायक सचिव) नियमितीकरण की मांग को लेकर 15 मई से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर है। ग्राम रोजगार सहायक संगठन के प्रांतीय आव्हान पर मध्यप्रदेश के समस्त जीआरएस के एक साथ अनिश्चितकालीन काम बंद हड़ताल पर जाने से पंचायतों में कामकाज लगभग ठप्प हो गया है। अल्प मानदेय पर काम करने वाले ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों की मांग है कि उनका नियमितीकरण करते हुए दूसरे विभागों के कर्मचारियों की तरह सम्मानपूर्वक जीवन यापन के लिए पर्याप्त वेतन-भत्ते और आवश्यक सुविधायें प्रदान की जायें। ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों की एकजुटता के चलते इनकी प्रांतव्यापी हड़ताल का दो दिन में ही व्यापक असर दिखने लगा है। उधर हड़ताली जीआरएस लगातार अपने आंदोलन को तेज कर रहे है।

जमकर की नारेबाजी-

हड़ताल के तीसरे दिन गुरूवार 17 मई 2018 को जिला मुख्यालय पन्ना में जनपद पंचायत कार्यालय के बाहर धरने पर बैठे ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों ने अपनी जायज मांग को लेकर शासन-प्रशासन का ध्यान आकृष्ठ कराने के लिए 43 डिग्री सेल्सियस तापमान में प्रचण्ड धूप और लू के धपेड़ों के बीच अर्धनग्न होकर प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान जीआरएस बुलंद आवाज में नारा लगा रहे थे कि- ‘‘अभी करो अर्जेंट करो हमको पर्मानेंट करो‘‘। ग्राम रोजगार सहायक संघ पन्ना के ब्लाॅक अध्यक्ष कृष्ण यादव ने अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल के संबंध में चर्चा के दौरान बताया कि जिले की सभी 395 ग्राम पंचायतों के सहायक सचिव हड़ताल पर है। प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रोशन सिंह परमार के निर्देशानुसार वर्तमान में सभी विकासखण्ड मुख्यालयों में संबंधित ब्लाॅक इकाईयों द्वारा 15 मई से लगातार धरना प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है।

अल्प मानदेय में नहीं होता गुजारा-

जीआरएस संघ के मीडिया प्रभारी रामदास शर्मा का कहना है कि ग्राम रोजगार सहायकों को जितना काम करना पड़ता है उसके एवज में जो मानदेय दिया जाता है वह काफी कम है। जबरदस्त मंहगाई के इस दौर में 9 हजार रूपये के अल्प मानदेय में परिवार का भरण-पोषण करना हमारे लिए काफी मुश्किल हो रहा है। परिणामस्वरूप प्रदेशभर के जीआरएस आर्थिक समस्याओं से जूझ रहे है। श्री शर्मा का कहना है कि शासन-प्रशासन के समक्ष जीआरएस के संविलियन और नियमितीकरण करने की मांग को कई बार प्रमुखता से रखा गया। लेकिन इस न्यायोचित मांग का समय पर निराकरण न होने से हमें मजबूर होकर आंदोलन का रास्ता चुनना पड़ा है।

मांग पूरी होने तक जारी रहेगा आंदोलन-

जीआरएस संघ के जिला उपाध्यक्ष कमलेश पाठक का कहना है कि जब तक हमारी मांग पूरी नहीं होती तब तक अपने हितों की रक्षा के लिए पूरी एकजुटकता के साथ इसी तरह संघर्ष करते रहेगें। जनपद कार्यालय पन्ना के बाहर प्रदर्शन करने वालों में मुख्य रूप से बलराम पटैरिया, उपाध्यक्ष कु. रूचि बुंदेला, सतीष तिवारी, भूपत यादव, इब्राहीम खान, संतोष साहू, सचिन सिंह परमार, नारायण चंद्र, द्वारका ओमरे, रामस्वरूप यादव, जयकिशोर विश्वकर्मा, देवीदयाल सेन, अभिलाषा चैबे, गीता द्विवेदी, गायत्री दुबे ,वर्षा सिंह, रंजना मिश्रा, सहित बडी संख्या में ग्राम रोजगार सहायक शामिल रहे।
