दहेज की मांग को लेकर एक वर्ष पूर्व की गई थी एएनएम पूजा सिंह सेंगर की हत्या
पन्ना। रडार न्यूज मध्यप्रदेश के पन्ना जिले के अजयगढ़ कस्बा में करीब एक वर्ष पूर्व हुई एएनएम पूजा सिंह की सनसनीखेज जघन्य हत्या के मामले में विचारण उपरांत अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश पन्ना अनुराग दिवेदी ने मृतिका के आरोपी पति डॉक्टर राकेश सिंह सेंगर एवं जेठ रमेश सिंह सेंगर को दोषी मानते हुए आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। इसके अलावा दोनों अभियुक्तों को ढ़ाई-ढ़ाई हज़ार रुपये के अर्थदण्ड से भी दण्डित किया गया है। दहेज की मांग को लेकर पूजा की हत्या करने मामले आई विटनिस रहे उसके चार साल के मासूम बेटे आर्यन उर्फ राज सिंह द्वारा न्यालय में दी गई गवाही हत्यारोपी पिता और डॉक्टर राकेश सिंह सेंगर और ताऊ रमेश सिंह सेंगर को उनके गुनाह की सजा दिलाने में सबसे अधिक महत्वपूर्ण साबित हुई ।
हत्या के इस बहुचर्चित मामले में अभियोजन की ओर से पैरवी करने वाले जिला लोक अभियोजन अधिकारी पन्ना प्रवीण कुमार सिंह ने न्यालय द्वारा पारित निर्णय की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 18 मई 2017 को राकेश सिंह सेंगर पिता लाल बहादुर सेंगर निवासी कीरतपुर थाना धरमपुर हाल निवासी अजयगढ़ ने स्थानीय थाना पुलिस को सूचना दी थी कि उसकी पत्नि पूजा सिंह सेंगर ने फांसी लगा ली है, जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई। इस मामले में पुलिस द्वारा की गई जांच के दौरान पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में मृतिका के शरीर में चोटें होने, पूजा को विवाह के बाद से ही पति और ससुराल पक्ष द्वारा प्रताड़ित करने संबंधी मायके पक्ष के लोगों द्वारा दी गई जानकारी, घटना के साक्ष्य व मृतिका के चार वर्षीय पुत्र द्वारा बताए गये घटनाक्रम के आधार पर पुलिस ने आरोपी राकेश सिंह सेंगर एवं उसके बड़े भाई रमेश सिंह सेंगर के विरूद्ध दहेज प्रताड़ना व हत्या का मामला पंजीबद्ध किया गया था।
मम्मा को पहले पीटा फिर रस्सी से लटका दिया
प्रकरण की विवेचना उपरांत इसे विचारण हेतु न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया गया। अपराध की प्रकृति को देखते इसे जघन्य एवं सनसनीखेज प्रकरण के रूप में चिन्हित किया गया। मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान न्यायालय में अभियोजन की ओर से महत्पूर्ण साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत किए गये। साथ ही साक्षियों के कथन कराये गये। इस घटना के आई विटनिस मृतिका पूजा सिंह सेंगर के चार साल के मासूम बेटे आर्यन उर्फ राज सिंह ने अपने कथनों में बड़ी ही निर्दोषिता के साथ न्यालय को बताया कि- “मम्मा को पापा ने चप्पल और वाइपर से पीटा और फिर ताऊ जी ने उन्हें रस्सी से लटका दिया। मासूम ने बताया कि जिस समय उसकी मां के साथ यह क्रूरता हो रही थी उस समय मैं उसी कमरे में सोफे पर बैठा रोते हुए सबकुछ देख रहा था।” मासूम बच्चे की अहम गवाही और मृतिका की पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट सहित अन्य साक्ष्यों के आधार पर अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश पन्ना अनुराग दिवेदी ने अभियोजन के प्रकरण को युक्तियुक्त संदेह से परे मानते हुए पूजा सिंह की हत्या के आरोप में उसके दहेज लोभी पति डॉक्टर राकेश सिंह सेंगर एवं जेठ रमेश सिंह सेंगर को दोषी माना है।
इन धाराओं में हुई सजा
न्यालय ने अभियुक्त डॉक्टर राकेश सिंह सेंगर पिता लाल बहादुर सेंगर 36 वर्ष व उसके बड़े भाई रमेश सिंह सेंगर पिता लाल बहादुर सेंगर 45 वर्ष दोनों निवासी ग्राम कीरतपुर थाना धरमपरु हाल निवासी चौबियाना मोहल्ला अजयगढ़ जिला पन्ना को धारा 302, 34 भादवि में अजीवन कारावास एवं 1 हजार रुपये के अर्थदण्ड, धारा 498ए में 3 वर्ष का कारावास व एक हजार रुपये के अर्थदण्ड के साथ साथ दहेज प्रतिषेध अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अंतर्गत 2 वर्ष के कारावास व 500 रुपये के अर्थदण्ड से दण्डित किया गया है।
