वन कर्मचारी संघ ने किया 24 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल का ऐलान

पन्ना। रडार न्यूज पुलिस कर्मचारियों-अधिकारियों की तरह वेतन-भत्तों की मांग कर रहे वन कर्मचारी संघ की सरकार से वार्ता बेनतीजा रहने पर मध्यप्रदेश वन कर्मचारी संघ ने 24 मई 2018 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल करने का निणर्य लिया है। इस प्रांतव्यापी आंदोलन के तहत पन्ना में भी वन कर्मचारियों ने हड़ताल पर जाने की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। वन कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल इस बार ऐसे समय पर हो रही जब प्रदेश के कई जिलों में तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण का कार्य चल रहा है, जिसमें पन्ना भी शामिल है।

वन कर्मचारी संघ पन्ना के अध्यक्ष महीप कुमार रावत ने बताया कि 20 मई को भोपाल में हुई बैठक में लंबित मांगों के निराकरण को लेकर हड़ताल पर जाने के सामुहिक निर्णय से सभी वन कर्मचारियों को तत्परता से अवगत कराते हुए उनसे यह कहा गया था कि वे तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण परिदान को तत्काल क्रेता को सौंप दें, ताकि उनके ऊपर किसी तरह की कोई जबाबदारी न रहे। ऐसा इस लिए कहा गया क्योंकि हड़ताल पर जाने की स्थिति में परिदान में कमी या गड़बड़ी होने के आरोप लगाकर वनकर्मियों से बाद में रिकवरी की जा सकती है। उल्लेखनीय है कि वनकर्मियों के हड़ताल पर जाने से पन्ना सहित समूचे प्रदेश में बाघों, दूसरे वन्यप्राणियों और जंगलों की सुरक्षा कौन करेगा, यह महत्वपूर्ण सवाल फिलहाल अनुत्तरित है। शासन की ओर से वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था बनाने के लिए क्या प्रबंध किये गये इसकी कोई जानकारी नहीं है। वन कर्मचारी संघ अध्यक्ष महीप कुमार रावत ने 24 मई से प्रस्तावित हड़ताल के प्रभाव के संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस बार की हड़ताल आर-पार के संघर्ष जैसी होगी। जिसका व्यापक असर आने वाले दिनों में देखा जायेगा। दरअसल वर्तमान में तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण के साथ-साथ संग्राहकों को बोनस वितरण और चरण पादुका आदि सामग्री वितरण के कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित हो रहे हैं, हड़ताल शुरू होने पर उक्त सभी कार्य पूरी तरह ठप्प हो जाएगें। इसके अलावा कम वर्षा वाले क्षेत्रों में वन्यजीवों को पानी की आपूर्ति भी बाधित होगी। श्री रावत ने बताया कि प्रदेश वन कर्मचारी संघ की बैठक में हड़ताल की रूपरेखा को लेकर यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि इस बार हड़ताल तभी समाप्त होगी, जब सरकार की ओर से अधिकृत प्रतिनिधि हमारे मंच पर आकर लंबित मांगों का समयसीमा में निराकरण करने का आश्वासन देंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी जायज मांगे जब तक पूरी नहीं होती, तब तक हम एकजुटता के साथ संघर्ष करते रहेंगे।
